Ventajas: We liked everything, very friendly staff, comfortable and clean room and super breakfast. We were a 10 minute stroll to the centre, and only 5 minutes from the nearest Christmas market

Desventajas: The hotel was more understated from the front than we had expected - not really a problem though.

Desventajas: Had a hard time getting the room temperature down, even going to the front desk. Only opening the window worked.

Ventajas: Hotel fantástico y la ubicación buenísima, a 5 minutos andando de Karsplatz. Todo estupendo .Un hotel clásico, con unos salones muy acogedores y habitaciones muy cómodas y bonitas. Todo el personal muy amable. El desayuno excepcional, ,completísimo, hay de todo y de mucha calidad. El mejor desayuno que recordamos, de 10. Si volvemos a Viena repetiremos segurísimo.

Desventajas: Todo nos encantó

Ventajas: La estancia en el hotel ha sido muy agradable. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras, y con camas muy cómodas para el descanso. El personal muy amable. La situación del hotel es estupenda. Y el desayuno es excepcional!!!. Una experiencia para recomendar y repetir.

Ventajas: Very nice and comfortable place. Highly efective and beautiful design of the flat/room. Shop and restaurant are inside of the building, so you can have everything you need in one place. Large parking right outside of the building is very convenient.

Desventajas: Not much except a bit far from the city Centre.

Ventajas: It has supermarket in the basement, next to shopping mall, next to tram stations. The room was big and it have small kitchen. Moreover, the place was quite and barely hear outside noises.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Very clean and comfortable apartments. Modern furniture with automation. There are all the necessary appliances for cooking. Our apartments were located on the 8th floor - beautiful view of the city.

Desventajas: Not found

Ventajas: Everything was perfect and clean. An information that could be useful is regarding the parking. You can let the car in the front of the building (we left the car there for 3 days and nothing happened). We were very happy with our apartment. There is a restaurant and a cafeteria at the first floor. Also, a supermarket at the basement. You can find everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom (towels, soap, tissues)

Ventajas: El apartamento me pareció excepcional, con unas espectaculares vistas sobre la ciudad. Las instalaciones son muy modernas y todo resulta cómodo y acogedor... Una bella experiencia y un sitio del que uno siempre se va a acordar gratamente.

Desventajas: Está un poco apartado del centro de la ciudad y le falta el calor del contacto humano: está todo automatizado (aunque se puede solicitar la ayuda de un empleado, si se necesita). No hablan ni tienen indicaciones en español, pese a ser una lengua mucho más hablada que las que sí utilizan sus empleados y en las que dan sus informaciones. Españoles, mejicanos, colombianos, argentinos, norteamericanos, chilenos y un largo etcétera no son considerados por la dirección de estos apartamentos.

Ventajas: La amplitud, comodidad , modernidad y equipación del apartamento. Disponía de todo tipo de detalles, cafetera con cápsulas de Nespresso de cortesía, cocina completamente equipada, persianas automáticas, luz regulable, climatización óptima, cerramientos inmejorables, todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una inolvidable estancia.

Desventajas: La ubicación del apartamento, se encuentra un tanto alejado del centro, pero el servicio de tranvía te permite acceder a los lugares de interés en unos 25 minutos de recorrido, eso sí, la frecuencia no era demasiado buena. Por otro lado, el personal de recepción, aunque correcto, no se prestaba a facilitar demasiada información y no existía un cuarto propiamente dicho para la consigna, podías dejar el equipaje en recepción, pero quedaba a la vista de todo el mundo.

Desventajas: Limpieza mas frecuente

Ventajas: la habitación es super amplia. Esta muy bien comunicado con el centro. La habitación estaba nueva a estrenar, con electrodomésticos de 1º marca, debajo de los apartamento hay un super donde se puede comprar de todo.

Desventajas: nada

Desventajas: Todo estaba coreografiado y era perfecto.

Ventajas: Una ubicación magnífica. El conserje nos ayudó a conseguir entradas para ver la exposición de Bruegel. Todo en este hotel es de 5 estrellas

Ventajas: Las habitaciones son bastante grandes para los estándares europeos y la ubicación es estupenda. La cama es bastante buena y el juego del baño es fuerte.

Desventajas: El servicio del personal en general era deficiente. El conserje suele saltar a la oportunidad de ofrecer servicio/asesoramiento, pero no aquí. En su mayor parte, los bares y restaurantes del hotel son exagerados y están completamente sobrevaluados, con alternativas mucho mejores a pocos pasos (tanto de calidad como de precio). El olor a humo rancio le llega justo cuando entra en el edificio - gracias a un salón para fumadores convenientemente ubicado en el segundo nivel. el wifi del hotel es una broma total y no se debe confiar en él. El hotel incluye wifi restringido con la tarifa de su habitación y pide un pago ridículo por una ligera mejora. En mi experiencia, incluso los alojamientos económicos ofrecen este servicio infinitamente mejor. En general, este es un hotel mal preparado situado para el viajero con congestión. Los sonidos de placer o risas no existen en áreas comunes, lo que habla mucho. Llamémonos lujo y pague las membresías en las asociaciones de hoteles de lujo todo lo que usted desea - no lo hace así.

Ventajas: Habitación y hotel espectacular. Todo muy bonito y confortable.

Desventajas: Área del desayuno pequeña para la cantidad de gente que había.

Ventajas: Hotel céntrico, relación calidad/precio Menú Grand Lunch en restaurante Le ciel extraordinario !!

Desventajas: El personal del café y el bar bastante antipático Fuimos con amigos a tomat una copa después de un concierto y parecía que nonod querían atender

Desventajas: The mattress in our room was old, tired and sagged in the middle, much like the rest of this hotel it was well past its best. Its glory days are behind it. In need of a revamp.

Desventajas: Only slight dislike was the quality of the mattress of the bed. Rather soft and not particularly comfy.

Desventajas: Me hubiera gustado que el uso del spa fuera incluido en el precio de la habitación.

Ventajas: The second room after complaining was lovely

Desventajas: I think sometimes when you book on booking.com there is a sense of being a second class citizen. The first room given was appalling. We literally had to drag the manager to look at it who agreed the bed sheet hadn’t been washed in months! There was mould on the bed. Whether they’d had water damage I don’t know but this room had been clearly not been used in a long time.

Ventajas: Las mejores habitaciones son las suites en el último piso.

Desventajas: Tuvimos que pedir limpieza, que hicieron mal y al azar. No era la habitación que había reservado, y pobre servicio de habitaciones.

Ventajas: El hotel era agradable, a poca distancia de lugares increíbles y buenos restaurantes.

Ventajas: El personal era muy agradable, ubicación buena y habitaciones decentes.

Desventajas: Tienes que pagar 25€ si quieres usar el gimnasio (por día).

Ventajas: El servicio es excelente, el personal es muy amable y servicial. Ubicación es perfecta con fácil acceso a los museos, al metro, restaurantes y el centro comercial. El desayuno es muy bueno. El ambiente es muy agradable. El bar cuenta con una buena selección de bebidas.

Ventajas: Nos dieron un registro temprano en la habitación, que fue un regalo de Dios después del viaje de los ojos rojos.

Desventajas: El personal de recepción nos dio información equivocada sobre la estación de tren.

Ventajas: Ubicación y servicio

Desventajas: El tratamiento de lavandería rápido no es "rápido" en absoluto. No hay manera de volver a lavar la ropa el mismo día si se deposita durante el día. En mi opinión, ese tipo de servicio es esencial para los viajeros de negocios

Ventajas: Desayuno excelente con muchos productos locales. Buen pan y pastelería. El restaurante del hotel me sorprendió para cenar. Normalmente son malos y caros y éste era bueno, sano y bien de precio. Hacen todo al horno (distintas verduras, pescados, carnes), con los que es sano y rico. Habitaciones bien, sin ser de las mejores que he estado pero cama muy cómoda. La ubicación es inmejorable.

Desventajas: Habitación buena y cómoda pero no para un hotel de 5 estrellas. Son más estándar. Pero la ubicación lo compensa.

Ventajas: The city is beautiful and the Steigenberger location provided access to many of sights.

Desventajas: Nothing, everything was excellent.

Ventajas: We absolutely loved the central location of the Steinenberger Herrenhof Hotel. After a long day of walking, visiting historic sights, winding through the Christmas Market, or going to the opera, our hotel was always a short walk away. The room itself was very comfortable and well-equipped with towels, toiletries, and mini-bar. The restaurant was gorgeous, as was the hotel and its Christmas decorations! The breakfast served at the hotel was complete with food delights to satisfy every discerning palate. The coffees were excellent!

Desventajas: There was not anything we did not like about the Steinenberger Hotel! We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

Ventajas: The room was fabulous. Spacious, fancy and comfortable. Breakfast was good. A very nice sitting We really liked the location. very close to a u bahn and tram stations, but still not on the loud touristic area and close to nice Genuine restaurants.

Desventajas: Pillows a bit flat. Could hear the lift shaft in the room despite being a long walk away from it

Desventajas: The room was boiling hot .. could not control the temperature even after asking twice. Needed to be able to put subtitles or change the language - home alone in German is not the same :)

Ventajas: Excellent room:Very quiet, clean and spacy. Staff very friendly.On the day of my Birthday, Hotel surprised me with a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for me in the room along with some very tasty treats. I would definitely recomend to stay here.

Desventajas: 23 euro per person for breakfast is very expensive when you can go to one of the many good cafe's in Vienna and have breakfast for around 12 euro per person. We had to take breakfast in the Hotel the day we were leaving and for sure the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet did not match the price.

Desventajas: During our trip Line U1 was not in service up to the hotel from city thus it becomes inconvenient for us to travel around. But if the line is ok maybe it would be good place to stay.

Ventajas: Todo. Ubicación, servicio, diseño, limpieza, espacio, desayuno... Personal muy amable, serviciales y atentos, las habitaciones son grandes y el diseño es moderno con un toque original que lo hace divertido y elegante. Fuimos a la junior suite, con terraza y un baño espectacular. No se oye un ruido, ni de la calle ni de otros huéspedes.

Desventajas: Nada, todo francamente perfecto.

Desventajas: En general bien. Las fotos publicadas crean una expectativa que no coincide con la realidad. Es un bloque de pisos reformado para ser uso de hotel.

Ventajas: I had a very good time in this hotel, convenient location is easy to reach the center either on foot or by subway which is very close to the hotel. Staff available, spacious and clean room. I was very surprised by the fact that we had airplane very early and we could not take advantage of the breakfast buffet that we had included. The very helpful staff made us find the take away breakfast to take away. With hot cappuccino too. Overall I had a great time.

Desventajas: Is away from attractions and if you need to get a taxi traffic can cause delays as very busy during rush hour, need to leave plenty of time.

Ventajas: El desayuno correcto, se echa de menos una tostadora, aunque te lo hacen las camareras. La ubicación en la zona de Prater, con buena comunicación y tranquila

Desventajas: Reservé una habitación SUPERIOR con vistas al jardín. La habitación asignada ( 501 ), daba de frente a tres metros, con una pared, nada por supuesto de vistas y menos al jardín. Lo considero un abuso y una falta de respeto al cliente.

Ventajas: Breakfast was delicious, location is perfect, just two metro stops from the city center and staff was really nice and helpful.

Desventajas: There was some missunderstaning at the arrival, we booked a room for two adults and one child, but the staff forgot the child. Anyway, they solved the situation really quickly.

Ventajas: The room was spacious, and quite clean. They offered a free drink for my father as I mentioned it was a birthday trip. Very close to the main train station! Walking distance under 10 minutes. The bed is REALLY comfortable.

Desventajas: At check in, I was greeted by a trainee, and her English didn’t seem too good. But for a hotel staff, I think the least you can do is have a positive attitude and try to understand your guests even if there is language barrier. She wasn’t the friendliest and had trouble communicating, in the end another colleague came and sorted out our check in.

Desventajas: La limpieza de las habitaciones. Dejé una taza de café en la mesita de noche y al llegar de noche estaba sucia y en el mismo sitio. Tampoco cambiaron los vasos. Éramos cuatro y faltaban toallas.

Ventajas: We didn't eat their breakfast, we went to the train station. The location was great, Belvedere was within walking distance and the Train Station provided shopping, groceries, food & the subway. The signage from the Train Station to the hotel was great.

Desventajas: We wish we would have paid more attention to our booking and requested a refrigerator in our room.

Ventajas: Ubicación, a tres minutos de la Estación Central (Hauptbanhof), donde también está la estación de metro (tres estaciones hasta el centro). Habitación amplia y muy limpia; la disposición del baño nos gustó mucho. Personal joven muy amable y eficiente. Saliendo a mano derecha hay un supermercado Billa para comprarte cosillas. Nevera VACÍA, es decir, que no es el típico minibar y, por tanto, la tienes a plena disposición (¡fantástico!).

Desventajas: A ver, ya se sabe que Viena es una ciudad cara y la habitación está muy bien, pero 95 euros/noche sin desayuno me parece un poco pasarse...

Ventajas: Great location opposite the Opera house and a 10 minute walk to St Stephen’s. absolutely stunning original Art Deco interiors. The Bristol Lounge is exquisite. The most comfortable bed, very quiet spacious rooms and extremely warm and friendly service from all the staff. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Desventajas: The internet and Wi-fi is a disaster. Even the high speed did not work in our room properly and we had to complete any downloads in the lobby. They did try to sort out with a 4g dongle but that did not work either. In the end I had to use up all my own data.

Ventajas: Breakfast was varied and suited every taste. Room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Location is second to none in Vienna.

Ventajas: Situado al otro lado de la calle de la estación de tren principal, toda Viena está a sólo unos minutos de distancia. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero no restrictivas.

Desventajas: Me encantó estar cerca de la estación de tren para llegar al aeropuerto fácilmente sin pagar tarifas más altas para estar cerca del aeropuerto.

Ventajas: Hotel muy moderno y nuevo, ubicado en la estación de Hauptbahnhof, muy bien conectado por tren con el aeropuerto y bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad a un par de paradas en metro. A 10 minutos a pie del museo Belvedere. Habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas.

Desventajas: El desayuno es muy caro y esta muy limitado, no es bueno.

Ventajas: The room is very comfortable and clean. Shower is functioning very well. Beds and pillows and comfortable to sleep on. Nice big windows. Very quiet room. And a nice addition of a TV screensaver with chimney fire. Location is convenient, right by the Hauptbahnhof.

Desventajas: Room could have been cleaned better: yesterday didn’t refill tissue container, part of the stay, room wasn’t vacuumed. We had to request the body/shampoo soap when it was needed.

Ventajas: La ubicación. A poca distancia a pie del centro de la ciudad.

Desventajas: No había armarios en la habitación. Además, todo el hotel funciona con un sistema de calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado. Por lo tanto, el HVAC está configurado para el frío o calor.

Ventajas: me encanto la ubicación es excelente ,,,,puedes llegar al centro histórico caminando y te sientes parte de la cultura al caminar por sus calles libremente.

Desventajas: quizas un poco pequeña las habitaciones

Ventajas: Buena ubicación, tram en la puerta y metro a 3min. Buen ambiente, agradable, no es el hotel clásico, si buscas eso, este no es para ti. El bar en la terraza abierto al público, ambiente joven.

Desventajas: El suelo de cemento de la habitación. Precio del desayuno 23€, no puedo opinar sobre la calidad. Hay varias cafeterías en el entorno.

Desventajas: Minibar is not good. And they must have put tea and etc to room. And air condition was now blowing hot.

Ventajas: El desayuno fue excelente, el personal muy amable, las camas comodísimas y el aspecto general del hotel muy amigable. Sin dudarlo en la proxima visita a Viena repetiremos en el hotel.

Desventajas: Lo único que no nos gustó es que las habitaciones son bastante más pequeñas en la realidad que en las fotos.

Ventajas: Very clean, warm and quiet room. The decoration was interesting (except the luck of storage space)

Desventajas: Room was small. There was not enough space to store our luggages and most of all there was no closet, so we had to keep our clothes inside our luggages.

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación!. Muy bueno, recomendado.

Desventajas: La habitación estaba en un area separada como un ático. Estaba bien pero no me precio agradable.

Ventajas: Su situación estratégica, solo a 30 minutos andando al centro.

Desventajas: Hay tal estrechez entre el lateral de la cama y la pared que era bastante difícil acceder a ella. De hecho las paredes estaban rozadas y manchadas por los roces de huéspedes anteriores. También era muy difícil por no decir imposible acceder a la parte posterior de la cabecera.

Desventajas: In the shared bedroom I would welcome the separation of the hallway curtain, too light in the hallway.

Ventajas: Al menos una de las recepcionistas hablaba español. Se ofrecieron a ayudarnos a buscarnos transporte de vuelta al aeropuerto si teníamos problema para encontrar coche. Personal encantador y bufet desayuno muy bueno y completo. Todo estupendo.

Ventajas: Hotel muy nuevo, personal muy servicial y habitaciones limpias y funcionales.

Desventajas: Estaba más alejado del centro de lo que pensaba inicialmente

Ventajas: Por error reserve la habitación con camas compartidas, pudimos cambiarla por una habitación privada sin ningún problema y pagando la diferencia. Por nuestra parte todo genial.

Ventajas: La luz de movimiento del pasillo por la noche debería no encenderse.. da mucha sensacion cuando estas dormida. Una cortina en la zona escalera tapando el hueco también estaría bien.

Desventajas: Que se encendiera luz general por la noche y no Se Pudiera apagar en ningún sitio.

Ventajas: 1. The staffs were very kind and accomodative, of a renovation reason they arrange to change my room from 10 people dorm to 4 people and it's all ours 2. The room was so unique, I chose the dormitory room for 10 person, so 5 bunk bed, and each bunk bed has its own bathroom. This is the 1st time I found the dorm like this 3. The room is well designed and well furnished, and modern and very clean 4. What I love the most is the breakfast, super!
