Desventajas: Mi grupo se enfermó por la comida.

Ventajas: Cualquier cosa que necesites en cualquier momento. El personal era amable, servicial y atento. La mejor comida en el DR. Licor de alta calidad impresionante, playas limpias

Desventajas: Todo era maravilloso. No tengo ninguna queja!

Ventajas: Servicio excepcional, la comida es muy buena. Limpio, pintoresco y hermoso. No hay muchos otros huéspedes (a diferencia de profundidad dos sillas alrededor de piscinas en otros resorts) pero lo suficiente como para que el complejo no se sienta vacío. En general, una fantástica experiencia.

Desventajas: Reservar camas de sillas de piscina se ha convertido en todo el mundo dejando sus toallas a las ~7-8 am y a veces no vuelven hasta la tarde (como respaldo hay un montón de cabañas de playa). Sistema de reservas de restaurante también un poco frustrante, a menudo tenía el posible la última vez de 9 pm hasta los horarios 2 días antes (buffet nunca decepcionado y el servicio de habitaciones 24 horas también era bueno)

Ventajas: El complejo estaba muy limpio, muy bien cuidado y hermoso. El personal era muy amable. El buffet de marisco era un favorito.

Desventajas: Tuvimos dificultades para hacer reservas para la cena donde queríamos ir, y conseguir tiempos convenientes. En sitio pensándolo ahora nos podría haber enviado un correo electrónico con antelación. Pero no teníamos ni idea de que era una opción. O de qué sería necesario.

Ventajas: El personal es de lo mejor. Son receptivos a sus necesidades y son muy amables.

Desventajas: Nada.

Ventajas: Excelente comida en comparación con otros resorts en DR.

Desventajas: Algunos miembros del personal eran sarcásticos

Ventajas: Great hotel !! Amazing staff and great service! Fun and social entertainment with the perfect entertainment team! This is our first time in Punta Cana and we are delighted to have chosen this hotel. The reception was wonderful and throughout our stay they made us feel welcome. Butler Roberto did everything possible to make our time joyful and we thank him very much for that. We also want to thank Yocari Be, Migel, Ruth, Ariela, Excelente, Armando, Hot Chocolates and the best waiter in the pool, Tabuos..Thanks for making our trip even more special.

Ventajas: Ĺas habitaciones y el servicio de camareros es excepcional... Starling tuvo servicio de primera para nosotros.

Desventajas: Deben llamar por el teléfono antes de entrar a la habitación

Ventajas: Excelente atención la comida todo muy bien ... los mayordomos el sr silvestre muy buena atención

Desventajas: It is a bit difficult to comunicate with part of the staf since they dont speak English

Ventajas: The property is absolutely stunning. Everything from the grounds, to the pools, the architecture, and just the decor and attention to detail is beautiful. It is always pristine and the staff is constantly walking around picking up any empty glasses, etc. It was easily the most beautiful hotel/resort I’ve ever seen or stayed at.

Desventajas: I can’t think of anything negative to say about this property. It was beautiful.

Ventajas: The hotel architecture and grounds are absolutely beautiful and breathtaking! The staff is friendly, efficient, and extremely accommodating! Every staff member we encountered (from check-in to housekeeping to the wait staff and kitchen, our Butler, the activities coordinators, barstaff, daily cleaning, groundskeepers and everyone in between) always had a smile on their face and positive attitude. This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort and we truly did not know what to expect, but everyone exceeded our expectations and did everything to make our stay that much more special! Love that we were upgraded to a swim-out suite upon our arrival. It was an added bonus to an already spectacular vacation! And yes, we did enjoy several days of R&R at our private pool side patio after an afternoon at the main pool or beach! It was gloriously relaxing! While we did not take advantage of them all, the hotel offers a number of daily activities and nightly entertainment in the theater and on the galleon.

Desventajas: The specialty restaurants were not our favorites, and we personally found the food in the buffets consistently better in flavor, selection, and quality. It was odd to travel to the Dominican Republic to find specialty restaurants along the lines of Japanese (which was hibachi, and the best specialty meal overall), Italian, French/Gourmet, and to NOT have lobster available at the Surf & Turf and La Playa restaurants (though prominently listed on the menu).

Ventajas: El paisaje

Desventajas: No había variedad de vinos, muy mal grupo animador de día y de noche, malos espectáculos, las almuerzas con costuras rotas y con fundas de acrílico que calentaban mucho la cabeza al,dormir, etc.

Ventajas: Su gastronomia, la amabilidad en la atencion personalizada y que todos los lugares el cual se utilizaba( playa, piscina , bares, teatro, restaurante etc), no estaba repleto de gente.

Desventajas: Pieza con mejor vista al mar

Ventajas: Just a Beautiful Hotel. The food great, the staff even better. Would definitely come back.

Ventajas: I really enjoyed the service from butlers, housekeeping, restaurant servers, front desk all was very pleasant and professional.

Desventajas: In restaurants more vegetarian options could have been better.

Ventajas: Loved the attentive and pleasant hotel personnel. Impeccable grounds and facilities. Incredible beach.

Desventajas: A/C in room went out a couple times. Butler set-up is confusing as it isn't clear who is in charge. Supervisor/waitress at the Galleon.

Ventajas: The facilities and the pool set up are very nice. The rooms are enormous and have a nice layout. Housekeeping keeps the rooms very clean. The lobby bar has the best service of all of the bars.

Desventajas: The check in procedure at the hotel is a multiple hour process. We arrived at the hotel at 5pm - check in time is 3pm - and was told that our room was not ready. Hotel offers meals in both buffets and restaurants but you have to work through a concierge to make your reservations. In our 7 nights there, we were able to get a reservation only 2 nights even though there were empty tables at most of the restaurants. There is an extremely limited room service menu and no place to get a quick cup of coffee or tea. Of note - this hotel CANNOT handle food allergy requests and we had a couple of close calls with our son and food containing nuts. Walking through the hotel of the lobby, you are approached by multiple employees trying to sell you a time share and / or a spa treatment. While there are countless employees at this hotel, there are a large number of them standing around chatting and even while dining in the buffets, you are constantly asking the employees for water / coffee / etc. as this is not a service driven hotel.

Ventajas: Me encantó el trato personalizado, es decir, cada huesped tiene una persona asignado que informado de un todo y cualquier inconveniente les ayuda.

Ventajas: amazing facilities, wide restaurant options and excellent service.

Ventajas: Service is impeccable. This is a truly unique property. Secluded, private and set up perfectly. I never come back to same place on vacation in general....this is my third time with no regrets.

Desventajas: Meals are expensive and high taxes.

Ventajas: An absolute heaven in Punta Cana !!! Not to miss!!!!!

Ventajas: Impecable rooms, service and staff. The Ecologic Reserve is a must, and it’s included with the reservation. Great food and relaxed environment is worth the trip

Ventajas: The staff was incredibly friendly and the VIP service through customs was the best thing ever. We were on the beach 15 minutes after de-boarding the plane. The villas are gorgeous and little details throughout the property like the orchids everywhere are such nice extras. Having access to a golf cart and bikes was key! We loved exploring the entire property, especially the Ojos Indigenas ecological reserve. The sunrises are gorgeous every morning and my husband loved all the great golf nearby!

Desventajas: The food is not five star food but it's still pretty good. Also, the beaches are great but the white cages out in the ocean to keep the seaweed out do ruin the vista just slightly. But much better than having seaweed on the beach!

Ventajas: La atención del personal de primera, muy amables, las instalaciones excelentes el SPA, todo A1

Ventajas: Limpio, amplio, bien atendido.

Desventajas: Esta orientado a la TOTAL TRANQUILIDAD o Golf. También a familias con bebés. Ojo con sargazos en la playa.

Ventajas: Sencillamente excelente!!! La vista, ubicacion, la calidad del servicio...

Ventajas: El Staff lo mejor del hotel sin dudarlo, tienen un grado de hospitalidad muy alto, en recepción, desayuno, playa, transfers, etc etc. Todos ellos. Las instalaciones son impecables, la jardinería muy cuidada y la playa muy muy exclusiva (estuvimos solos muchas de las veces). Por último, la recepción VIP del aeropuerto con control de pasaportes diferenciado, una experiencia muy agradable.

Desventajas: Deberían limpiar el sargazo más a menudo (me dio la sensación de que en fin de semana no lo limpian). Tb deberían cambiar los chalecos de los kayaks, están muy viejos.

Ventajas: We loved everything; excellent service, beautiful rooms, yummy food, amazing golf courses all around. We will definitely return. Thank you Tortuga bay for everything.

Ventajas: La tranquilidad, el personal ,el servicio , las vistas de la habitación

Desventajas: El agua estaba turbia

Ventajas: Everything was perfect and above expectations: - the bedroom was huge, 2 bathrooms, a big terrace, a small kitchen, always clean - the quality of service is amazing! I’ve never seen that anywhere else: from the VIP arrival, to the beach, the restaurant, housekeeping, the driver, your private villa manager. - the hotel doesn’t have a lot of rooms, you feel really relaxed, you’re almost alone on the beach or at the pool. It’s exactly what we were looking for.

Desventajas: - they’re doing all they can to remove the sargassum seaweed. You still have some, but it’s way way better compared to other resorts in Punta cana or in the Caribbean. There’s no problem to swim in the sea.

Ventajas: Todo. El lugar precioso. El personal del hotel siempre atento y muy amable. El hotel muy cuidado y con una ubicación inmejorable.

Ventajas: Me and my family liked everything, the food, the entertainment, pool , beach , people

Desventajas: Bed of the rooms hard no enough pillow

Ventajas: It was good room, good food (not all but enough to choose), some evenings was good show. Good aquapark but if children are small not many options to choose and remember you as adult can not use it, just be near. They really interested in opinion you have and try to solve your requests. What I did not like n this point is: It is good that conserje was checking if our requests was done, but for me it was too much. If I asked to solve something, then person come to solve it and then concerje call us back to check if it was done. The last step for me was a bit too much, because during our 1 week stay they wake up my baby 3 times during day sleep, so finally i had to turn off telephone at all

Desventajas: - Staff in kids club do not look very friendly. Before I read in feedback about this but did not understand well what did they mean but when we came to the club and saw very indifferent person with absolutely not caring and interested face. - Entertainment team is really very low quality. We came from another hotel where it was another level and even hotel was smaller the entertainment team was very bright, everybody knew them and recognize from the far. Here boys from the team looks like they replace someone from entertainment team who is ill now. No personality, not good dancers, can not really attract people. And I would advise to the hotel think to change their uniform. They are not visible at all. - Very big territory and not very clear how to move there. It is like 7 hotels in 1. For example we booked in one of them the restaurant and nobody do not want us to drive back to our hotel. So under the rain with little girl we had to walk and try to find the way back. - Very bad and un-useful application. For this level of hotel it is unacceptable - You have to refresh your internet connection every 24 hours. in 21st century we have this? Really? When I claim it, they gave us VIP access so we should not, but it worked just on computer, not mobile for us. Anyway I think this is the topic which should not be even discussed in our days. - there was a case when in food there was decoration sticks with fungus! We complained to the managers and next day this was corrected but it is not acceptable especially when we are saying about kids food where was a lot of this sticks - very low quality of drinks. In kids hotel you expect much better. They made them from very chimical concentrates. We came from another hotel of Dominicana and had good chance to compare. In this hotel we could not drink any coco-loco because it was horrible quality.

Ventajas: Thia is a hotel thought for kids all the amneities are designed for the little ones to have a good time

Desventajas: Excellent service the staff was very helpful and friendly

Ventajas: Larimar mejor buffet sin duda.Gran equipo de animación.Pudimos al llegar mediante la App de BP reservar para casi cada noche a varios restaurantes de todo el resort(el mejor El pescador).Zona en playa reservada sólo para Fantasia y restaurante privado siempre con mesas libres.

Desventajas: Lo que que no me gustó fue que a las 22:50 pm se acaba todo,y tienes q ir al pueblecito del punta cana que aun hay ambiente.Otra cosa,el agua de las piscinas estan extremadamente calientes,cosa que no pasa en el Esmeralda.Espectáculo muy repetitivo pero a nosotros no nos importó ya que ibamos sin niños.

Ventajas: La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza, comodidad, calidad de los alimentos y cuidado y protección.

Desventajas: Todo estuvo bien para mi

Ventajas: Everything. Facilities. Location. The staff is the best. Food is excellent.

Ventajas: Las Instalaciones de entretenimiento para los niños (el parque de agua, la piscina que esta junto al castillo), muy buen transporte hacia la playa. El helado de dulce de leche en el buffet. El vino y las frutas en la habitacion fue un lindo detalle. El acomodamiento en la playa.

Desventajas: La cama secundaria de nuesta habitacion no era confortable. Algunas cosas en la habitacion estaban mal terminadas, como la tapa del inodoro estaba desajustada. Las toallas estan viejitas.

Ventajas: Nada

Ventajas: La ubicación y las instalaciones son preciosas, el personal es amable y atento, la comida es estupenda

Desventajas: Si va a tener un televisor de gama alta en la habitación, por favor proporcione un servicio de alta definición

Desventajas: Internet de alta velocidad, muy lento, sistema de domótica podría ser altamente mejorado.

Ventajas: Our luxury suite was amazing had our own private pool and golf buggy to get around in. The Acqua di Parma toilettes were a lovely touch in the bathroom and outside shower. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Carlos and Abi really went above an beyond to make us feel at home. The golf course was absolutely beautiful. The food in the Peruvian / Japanese restaurant was on par with roka an Zuma. The beach restaurants settings were breathe taking.

Desventajas: We went in the low season so it was a little quiet for a young couple. But I was told this was due to the time of year an it is busier in the high season. Some of the staff found it hard to understand our English so some food orders got messed up. Service was slightly slow some times whilst ordering drinks on the beach. Even so we will still be returning in January :)

Ventajas: Nice location and beach

Desventajas: 1300$ a night but broken toilet, broken fridge, Jacuzzi not working, only 5min of hot water. We complained but they did nothing. they are just here to take your money. And after the check out was done and we already left they took 150$ more without explanation.

Ventajas: We had an amazing stay at TRS, words cannot describe how wonderful our week was. The whole staff was incredible and geared towards attending all your needs. The hotel was great, from the facilities, to the pools, the beach access, the food, the drinks, the activities. What I truly enjoyed was the sense of space, that is, this is not you typical huge building resort. There was so much garden surrounding the rooms. The hotel does have a romantic vibe. The fact the hotel is within a walking distance from the other Palladium hotels is also a huge advantage, if you wish to stay within the resort complex. Also note, we stayed in a Junior Swim Up Suite which I highly recommend!

Desventajas: I have no negative comments to share.

Ventajas: The resort was beautiful! You are right next to the beautiful beach, you have many dining options and lots of bars. The room is just lovely (we had a junior suite). The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our Butler, Randy, was incredible! He was available 24/7 to us and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The resort always had activities from fitness to partying.

Ventajas: The staff

Desventajas: The "timeshare" vultures. What a waste of time. They shouldn't be allowed to mislead guests in the lobby. Terrible. The food was also disappointing.

Ventajas: Excelente atención del mayordomo, siempre presto a ayudarnos. La ubicación e instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas.

Desventajas: La discoteca.

Ventajas: Nice room, clean, good swimming pool and beach Turquesa restaurants were of good quality

Desventajas: Restaurants out of Turquesa were so bad, catastrophic service, italian dishes were so horrible. You have to book to eat while there is never anyone in the restaurants. Difficult to rent a car. There are not enough activities

Ventajas: Comentaré lo más importante de este gran hotel; - Es un hotel dentro del complejo Palladium en el cual hay 3 hoteles más - Es por lejos el mejor hotel del complejo, tienes acceso a todas las instalaciones de este y los otros hoteles. Cuando digo todas realmente es TODAS. - Lo mejor es que por ser huésped del TRS tienes acceso a TODO sin costo. Room service de comida las 24 horas, minibar a toda hora y puedes pedir reposición cuando quieras, bebidas internacionales y nacionales las 24 horas. Barman en el lobby las 24 horas. Comida de trasnoche a la habitación. Acceso a piscina secreta. - Hay cerca de 10 Restaurantes a la carta los cuales son realmente buenísimos, comida de alta calidad y mejor sabor. - Los restaurantes tienen temáticas de distintos lugares del mundo. Vives ya experiencia en cada uno de ellos - La atención del personal es buenísima sobre todo en el este hotel. Es mejor la atención en el TRS y sus instalaciones comparado con los otros hoteles del complejo. - El SPA es increíble y tienes acceso a todo menos a los masajes - La playa es linda y el mar turquesa. Tiene un poco de olas. - Hay bares en todos lados donde vayas, siempre te atienden con la mejor cara. - las actividades en el TRS son enfocadas en los adultos si quieres más dinamismo durante el día debes ir a los otro hoteles del complejo. - UN HOTEL INCREÍBLE Y RECOMENDADO

Desventajas: Los carritos podrían pasar más seguido.

Ventajas: La cena del bufet me pareció excelente, bastante variedad y excelente calidad

Desventajas: El personal que nos hizo el check in, colocó el número de habitación erroneo y no nos activó los brazaletes para entrar a la habitación por lo que tuvimos que volver a recepción para corregir esto.

Ventajas: The staff and grounds were wonderful!

Desventajas: The water was not what I felt was advertised. Not very clear and lots of sea weed. Also, no working atm on property. Put our group in a very hard place.

Ventajas: Todo cuidado hasta el último detalle, desde la planta más pequeña del inmenso jardín hasta cualquier aspecto de la habitación y todo el personal, especialmente Ángel

Desventajas: Es imposible que algo no te gustara.

Ventajas: Las personas son encantadoras, son súper atentos a lo que necesites. Todo de lujo, los restaurantes muy variados, con todas las comodidades y el personal magnífico. En los bares siempre te hacen lo que prefieres y con la mejor sonrisa incluida. Realmente me quedo corta en palabras. Nosotros fuimos en plan Luna de Miel y nos han hecho una decoración divina con champaña y chocolates deliciosos. Nuestra mayor domo María se portó increíble. Solo tenemos agradecimientos y sin duda lo recomendaría, además que si van en plan relajado o de beber, puedes hacer ambos sin problema y puedes recorrer todo el complejo por estar alojado en el TRS

Ventajas: The hotel is great the facility's Beautiful the staff it's amazing entertaining very good, food is very good the service is pretty pretty nice. Very nice people.

Desventajas: I didn't like the room the bathroom was moldy and the room had humidity smell the AC wasn't working properly either at midnight was really hot in the room. My kids room was bathroom okay but the humidity smell crazy

Desventajas: Que pese a tener tiempo para confirmar la reserva me la cobraron con diez días de anticipacioy

Ventajas: Excelente servicio, el personal alegre, profesional y amable. Las instalaciones son hermosas y comodas. La animacion es excelente para todos los intereses. La comida es variedad y deliciosa.

Desventajas: Que no existen zonas demarcadas para el fumado. Para los no fumadores es molesto.

Ventajas: El trató y atención de todo su personal en todas las áreas.

Desventajas: La falta de agilidad en permitir llegar al médico del seguro contrado a mi habitación.

Ventajas: Muy bueno hasta lo que ocurrio con las empleadas de limpiezaA

Desventajas: Tres empleados de limpieza nos hablaron mal? No entendi. Como no le dan educación para atender bien al huesped. Es la primera vez que me sucede.

Ventajas: The staff were Amazing... The care taken of the grounds was exceptional. Room was clean and comfortable with an Amazing view. Would Highly recommend this wonderful resort and wouldn't hesitate to return.... Did I mention that the staff were Amazing?

Desventajas: The food could use an update but there was a huge selection and I'm very picky so it's not entirely their fault.

Ventajas: Excelnte el hotel y por sobretodo la atención del personal que, desde el primer minuto hacen el mayor esfuerzo para que uno disfrute a pleno su estadía, sin lugar a dudas, volveré.

Ventajas: Everything was good

Ventajas: Infrastructure is modern and accomplishes the expectations. Pools are well cared and clean. Food at the buffet restaurant is the best, the specialities places seems to get their food from the biggest one. Place of course, you have carribean sea a few meters from your room. It was in general, a nice experience.

Desventajas: Details. Replacing the minibar beverages, changing towels and bed sheets. Personal more interested in dancing and talking with young pretty ladies and aged couples (looking for tips) instead of doing their work. Details make them a standard all inclusive resort. Nothing went wrong, but there are many things to improve, in order to get the excellence expected by a 5 star hotel.

Ventajas: Service and amenities were top notch

Desventajas: Food was a little disappointing- none of the meals we had were particularly noteworthy and some we didn't like altogether (Chez Isabelle was not our favorite).

Ventajas: Hotel staff was courteous, engaging, and super friendly. The room was beautiful and stocked well.

Desventajas: The food was not quite as amazing as expected; however, it was good.

Ventajas: Service, multiple pools, food, room amenities

Desventajas: Pool water cold. Food in some restraunts was disappointing (spice - Sashimi was cut atrociously, Thai dish a herrendous clump of noodles w/2 small shrimp. Lobster at Lobster House was overcooked, tasteless) Furniture & interior design cheap, uncomfortable

Ventajas: The rooms are amazing and the landscape is very lush. Very peaceful vacation.

Desventajas: The food was hit or miss, but overall the resort was great!

Ventajas: The Staff was fantastic, so genuinely friendly and really made sure you were having a great time. Staff, Black Coffee all went above and beyond.

Desventajas: Room was very far away from the beach the staff moved us the second day but still not exactly what we were expecting.

Desventajas: Our room was very dirty and we asked multiple times (4) for someone to clean the jetted tub. I ended up cleaning it myself. The room stunk and was very humid. They did bring a dehumidifier in but we had to keep dumping the water multiple times a day.

Ventajas: The energy and friendliness of the hotel entertainment staff

Desventajas: Some of the food was not as good as expected and even though there was evening entertainment a lot of it was the same performers night after night

Ventajas: The beach and staff were great. Entertainment was wonderful! Everyone was very friendly. Offered free long distance from hotel room. The grounds are very beautiful and the ocean is warm and good for swimming.

Desventajas: Food was very disappointing. We are not hard at all to please when it comes to food. The food is our only complaint. We've stayed at Excellence in Puerto Morales & it's a 5 star hotel. This hotel is not 5 star.

Ventajas: The hotel and grounds are stunning, and the great layout of the resort made it easy to get to everything. The entire property was spotless, both inside and out. The staff went above and beyond to care for the guests. The food was fantastic!

Desventajas: Not a single complaint about the hotel.

Ventajas: The breakfast was just amazing, what a selection of food !!! I have to mentioned Angela, Marilyn and Hector from the preffered beach, their service was just outstanding! We felt so welcome every day by them! I have to also mention Leonardo who looked after us in a very special manner ! He is an absolute gentleman!

Ventajas: Nice room. Nice beach

Desventajas: Lack of beach umbrellas and all mini huts gone by 8am. Loud afternoons as groups loading up on booze. Gave place atmosphere if u want to join in.

Ventajas: Absolutely gorgeous beach and resort, but the staff is the reason people will return to this resort again and again.

Desventajas: El restaurante para todo el público no previó la cantidad de huéspedes. Se tenía que esperar. El personal fue maravilloso para evitar disgustos.

Ventajas: Me encantó el personal. Sobre todo Santo, el chef. La comida es excelente. Scarlett es una ama de llaves excelente. Los camareros y el personal del nos atendieron estupendamente.

Ventajas: Precioso, romántico

Desventajas: Electricidad no funcionaba en nuestra habitación en muchos enchufes

Ventajas: Gran ubicación, perfecta para escapar y que no te molesten las multitudes. La propiedad es suficientemente grande y todo es fácilmente accesible. Todo está bien dirigido y organizado. La comida nos pareció excelente. Busca a Carlos en el castillo para tomar las mejores bebidas del establecimiento.

Desventajas: El único problema que tuvimos fue que nuestro AIRE ACONDICIONADO se estaba muriendo lentamente a lo largo de la semana. Alguien vino a "arreglarlo", pero no quedó realmente arreglado. Esto hizo que la última noche fuera un poco incómoda, pero nos estábamos yendo, así que realmente no fue un gran problema.

Ventajas: Muy tranquilo y relajante. Buena comida.

Desventajas: Había muchas algas en la playa.

Ventajas: Entorno hermoso, instalaciones fantásticas, personal alegre y amable que va por encima de todo para que se sienta bienvenido y atender a todas sus necesidades. También fueron muy dulces para nuestra hija de 4 años. La comida era decente y varias opciones de restaurantes ofrecen variedad. La playa pública justo al lado del complejo también es preciosa y vale la pena el corto paseo en carro de golf (el personal del hotel le dará un ascensor).

Desventajas: A pesar de las peticiones del complejo de no "reservar" sillas en la playa y la piscina, los huéspedes particularmente egoístas pondrían toallas en las sillas bien sombreadas de la piscina y la playa antes de dirigirse al desayuno. A menudo finalmente se mostrarían horas más tarde. Muchos huéspedes no se molestaron en quitar las toallas húmedas cuando dejaron las sillas, así que era difícil saber qué sillas se llevaban y se abrían.

Ventajas: Clean and well maintained. Great atmosphere and activities. Friendly staff. Adult only.

Desventajas: High end liquor included but wine was low end. Small beach.

Ventajas: The customer service and willingness to accommodate was outstanding.

Desventajas: The only thing we were disappointed in was the WOK restaurant. Much confusion in the orders, items that did not arrive and overall the food was bad- they were very apologetic ....

Desventajas: La playa. El agua estaba turbia ! No se apreciaba las aguas del caribe

Ventajas: Very attentive service from arriving to check out,staff very professional,excellent food, beautiful areas sparkling clean, will recommend to all my friends, no doubt about coming back, in love with this wonderful place

Desventajas: Like everyone and everything

Ventajas: Loved the small intimate size of the resort. The staff is top notch and bent over backwards to please. Has an European feel and the food was good. Fusion restaurant experience was over the top.

Desventajas: Wifi in lobby was spotty, not much to do at night. I felt pressured to tip. No real beach but lots of pools. We paid for ocean view and only saw a tiny peek of one. I would return and recommend it to everyone.

Ventajas: The service from the staff was outstanding.

Desventajas: We had a swimout room in the Castle building and our room smelled of mold and was incredibly damp. We asked to change rooms and they told us the only one available was the one next door, which was not as damp but had a terrible smell in the bathroom. We were disappointed that they had no other rooms available on the property outside of upgrades that we would need to pay for. Overall this dampened the overall vacation significantly.

Desventajas: Que el acensor dejó de funcionar con nosotros dentro y que luego unos empleados que viven en nuestro pueblo estaban hablando cosas malas dé nosotros en el pueblo que nosotros fuimos a hacer ruido y acabar con la comida ese personal no puede hablar lo qué pasa en el hotel

Ventajas: Our honeymoon trip was simply perfection. Everything was stunningly beautiful, buildings and views alike! The food was excellent, and the staff and service were unforgettable. Henry, Eduardo, Genesis, Chocolate, Maria, Diana, and all the beach bar staff and servers made everything so special for us. They did everything they could to make our stay amazing - and it was! Would go back in a heart beat!

Ventajas: El empeno del personal en hacerte sentir bien, solo tenias que pedir algo e inmediatamente buscaban la manera de complacerte. La calidad de las comidas super y sobretodo el cuidado del personal en indagar tus preferencias y si eras alergico a algun alimento.

Desventajas: El restaurant italiano estuvo cerrado durante mi estancia. La vez anterior fue una de mis mejores experiencias y esperaba disfrutarla de nuevo, aunque la cena en el restaurant Blue Marlin no tuvo desperdicios.

Ventajas: Beautiful buildings. Immaculate. Tasteful and artistic. You are somewhat isolated in the area called cap Cana And so you feel very safe.

Desventajas: You are in fact somewhat isolated sure if you are a nightlife person this is not the place for you. This is a place who wants luxury and relaxation.

Desventajas: Horrible. Por favor, no te alojes aquí.

Ventajas: Everything, room, food, service. The staff goes out of their way to help you. Just the quality of the food is worth the money coupled with the personalized service.

Desventajas: The ventilation for the lobby could be better specially during summer months.

Ventajas: All the servers were very attentive and friendly. The views were breathtaking! The swim up suite was AMAZING! It was relaxing, and not overcrowded like some of the other resorts.

Desventajas: I would have appreciated more food items to select from.

Ventajas: Great staff and perfect ressort for any special occasion

Ventajas: the hotel gives you a special welcome at home, they treat you like family and that is part of their specialty to make you feel comfortable and reliable at all times

Desventajas: everything was perfect no complaints.

Ventajas: The place is very well located, the hotel is not huge but big enough to satisfy a short stay. Different than many resorts, this one give the chance to have a nice walk around the hotel enjoy other restaurants located at the other facilities

Desventajas: honestly, no too much to suggest, I think the food variety must be better, however to me it was ok

Ventajas: Las camas eran cómodas. La comida era estupenda, especialmente en los restaurantes. El personal era súper limpio y simpático. Hay mucho que hacer, no dejamos el complejo ya que seguimos descubriendo algo nuevo.

Desventajas: Café. Pero después de las 4:00 se abre el salón de café y cigarros, y ese café era delicioso. Ojalá estuviera abierto para el desayuno.

Ventajas: Las piscinas eran increíbles! Preciosas y muy limpias. La vista a la playa era preciosa. Las habitaciones estaban bien y el servicio de limpieza era bueno. Un montón de actividades para todos los miembros de la familia.

Desventajas: La comida era muy impredecible. La única cosa que fue mediocre en este viaje.

Ventajas: A su llegada, el personal era servicial, educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y la mantenían todos los días. Teníamos un jacuzzi en nuestro balcón con una gran vista de la playa. La comida era buena, un poco repetitiva, pero siempre se puede encontrar algo que te gustaba. En general, una estancia increíble...

Desventajas: Pudimos usar la piscina del lado de la playa de Bávaro, pero no nos servirían bebidas ni nos dejaron comer en el buffet.

Ventajas: Ovation

Desventajas: Horrible servicio de Internet. No volvería por eso. Mucho de bueno que no tiene sabor.

Ventajas: Todo está cerca. El local es nuevo.

Desventajas: El servicio de habitaciones no es bueno. Y las toallas demasiado viejas. Un día solo nos dieron una toalla para 4 personas.

Ventajas: La habitación excelente. La amabilidad de los empleados insuperable. Kelvin nos brindo Ayuda con las maletas y fue un excelente botones con muestras de conocer bien el hotel. La recepcionista que nos dio check in es muy atenta. El alojamiento cuenta con muy buenas facilidades y limpieza.

Desventajas: La comida pésima. Repetitiva. El menú de noche buena fue horrible, en el buffet la mayoría de las carnes cocidas estaban frias y las papas fritas sosas. Tuvimos dificultad para reservar en algunos restaurantes, deben prever que al ser todos los restaurantes con reserva algunas personas quedarán fuera por tanto guardar algunos puestos. No sabíamos si la comida que servían era la misma del día anterior...pescados y mariscos con sabor a podrido. Los panes duros con mal aspecto. Totalmente inaceptable.

Ventajas: Clean, location

Desventajas: 1. Free WiFi... I spent so much money in this stay and I still need to purchase WiFi . 2. More Dominican food and juices I.e. morir soñando juice. 3. Bigger quality and size television in bedroom for the amount of money this hotel cost. 4. Friendlier staff in restaurants. Some staff always look upset and when I asked around I was told by some staff members that they’re not treated well by management. 5. Designated area for ONLY SMOKING. This is a family hotel and people smoke anywhere they want.

Ventajas: . Great beach. Lots of activities. Clean. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Nice waterfall shower. Plenty of comfortable beach chairs. Beds also pretty comfortable. Good variety at buffet. Calm ocean for swimming

Desventajas: Very small bathroom in 8000 room block (near golf course). Hair dryer cord too short to allow you to stand in front of mirror and use efficiently. Food uninspiring at specialty restaurants. Quality of drinks inconsistent at different bars.

Ventajas: Las piscinas muy buenas, el servicio en los bares de primera y los restaurantes tienen buena variedad de opciones para escoger. hay para todos los gustos. La verdad que se pasa buen momento sobretodo en la playa que el mar es excepcional.

Desventajas: algunas personas (definitivamente no todos) no tienen claro la vocación de servicio y te miraban mal cada vez que les pedías algo o lo hacían de mala gana.

Ventajas: La habitación muy linda, cama confortable, personal muy educado y atentos, restaurantes de altísima calidad, atenciones personalizadas extraordinarias, la comida muy buena, excelente, todo bien organizado y las noches de teatro sin desperdicio, wuao que noche más maravillosa se pasa en éste hotelelazo
