Ventajas: Just outstanding

Desventajas: We had a great lunch but dinner staff was rude and inattentive, dinner was also below expectations

Ventajas: The staff was exceptional, the attention to hospitality and details we superb. It was a truly magnificent experience and the staff made you feel very welcomed and special.

Desventajas: We would have preferred to know that the art museum was not available before we came.

Ventajas: The food

Desventajas: Being asked to rate the experience twice before it began and ended

Ventajas: Staff and the quality of the rooms

Desventajas: No bar for the guests or meeting area it’s a 2 star Michelin restaurant with 6 rooms and nothing else.

Ventajas: Everything about it was amazing. Despite being in the city it still managed to capture the feel of a country chateau. Staff were wonderful in all respects. Would love to return.

Ventajas: Todo perfecto,sobre todo el restaurante

Ventajas: La habitación es enorme y muy cómoda (es la que está afuera). Todo el personal fue muy amable y se preocuparon por todo lo que necesitabamos. La ubicación es muy buena.

Desventajas: El desayuno. Un poco falto de variedad y caro.

Ventajas: Everything about it is first class, yet completely unpretentious. Nobody will be disappointed. Very pleasant and friendly team. Beautiful room, fantastic dinner.

Ventajas: The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. It was a nice to have breakfast included. And it was great to chill by the pool.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: The staff were fantastic and exceptionally knowledgable on the surrounding areas.

Desventajas: It was a little out of the town, however a fantastic tram services didn’t make this an issue.

Ventajas: El trato de Pierre. Su amabilidad. Y el rico desayuno.

Desventajas: Pensábamos que estaba más céntrico. Servicio de tranvía a 10 minutos del alojamiento.

Ventajas: It was rustic which we like, very nice courtyard so we could enjoy a drink in the evening, just a nice feeling altogether

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Such a cute place to stay. Lovely dip in the pool before bed, the breakfast was delicious. Nicest croissants ever. Really good cup of coffee! Loads of yummy cheeses, owner was a sweetheart. Such a quiet relaxing place! If we are in Bordeaux again we will def stay!!

Desventajas: Wish I could have stayed longer

Ventajas: Staff very nice.’ Bed was a little hard.

Ventajas: We had a fabulous 3 night stay here. The owner gave us a free room upgrade. Breakfast was super, local produce and we were asked which pastries we would prefer. The facilities are excellent, to have a small kitchen area at your disposal with coffee etc and a fridge to use was really helpful and courtyard areas with outdoor seating. The pool area was lovely and the location very quiet and peaceful, but still easy access to the city (a 2km straight walk). The cleanliness of the room was unquestionable, absolutely spotless and very comfortable. Good attention to detail with plugs and mirrors in the right place etc. Shutters at the windows etc. Really exceptional. Street parking is free on the surrounding roads. It says “payant” on the road but there was a local resident revolt and so it is totally free.

Desventajas: We can’t think of anything!

Ventajas: Una casa preciosa, personal atentísimo, todas las comodidades y a dos pasos del centro.

Ventajas: Lovely place with great service and real attention to detail. The breakfast was lovely and the pool was nice and cooling after a day of sightseeing - it’s bigger than what it looks like on the pictures. Highly recommend!

Desventajas: Location could have been more central and there doesn’t seem to be much to see/ do in the immediate area. But we knew that so it was fine.

Ventajas: Original y con una bonita piscina en una zona silenciosa.

Desventajas: La decoración sin muchas pretensiones y las habitaciones no están acondicionadas, lo que en la superior es un problema por el día en verano. En esa habitación tampoco llegaba el wifi en la estancia.

Ventajas: Just great

Ventajas: The pool is much appreciated.

Desventajas: The walk to and from the city may be safe but some of the streets on the way are very empty and gloomy.

Ventajas: Lo mejor fue la limpieza, los detalles de buen gusto con los que cuenta el alojamiento y el trato recibido por parte de la dueña.

Ventajas: Muy buena bienvenida, explicándote todos los sitios que visitar y cómo moverse con un mapa. La habitación muy cómoda. Desayuno casero muy rico. Empieza a estar un pelín lejos del centro pero la bici funciona de 10!!!

Desventajas: Quizás un pelín alejado del centro pero con las bicis llegabas en 5 mins al centro (muy aconsejable)

Ventajas: A pesar de la gentileza del Anfitrión, nunca comprendimos que el estacionamiento de nos ofrecieron era pagado y el valor del mismo.

Desventajas: Que no hubiese nadie en el hotel al momento del check out y sin posibilidades de desayunar.

Ventajas: La dueña del establecimiento fue muy amable. La habitación es muy acogedora y limpia, con una decoración muy bonita. El desayuno es fenomenal.

Desventajas: Por ponerle alguna pega, la escalera de acceso a la parte de arriba es algo estrecha al igual que la ducha de nuestra habitación.

Ventajas: La decoración, limpieza impecable y muy especialmente el trato personal con el dueño, Stephan, y sus deliciosos desayunos caseros servidos con todo tipo de detalles.

Desventajas: Los sitios para comer están a 10 minutos andando.seria ideal tener más oferta de restaurantes para cenar cerca.

Ventajas: Very new bed and breakfast, nice furniture, quiet area, close to the center, very clean

Desventajas: They have three rooms, two of which are very nice. We unfortunately had the third room in the basement without a real window. I think this should be clearly indicated in the booking process.

Ventajas: Este alojamiento es un echoppe, osea una casita popular de una sola planta, situada en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo.La verdad es que cuando hicimos la reserva no sabíamos el valor de este tipo de viviendas y lo bien que íbamos a ser atendidos, aunque se intuía por los comentarios pero hasta que no te toca vivirlo en primera persona no lo valoras lo suficiente. Queríamos estar en un sitio diferente que no fuera la típica cadena de hoteles que hay en todas partes, que nos aportara algo adicional a nuestro viaje y superó nuestras expectativas¡ Por fuera no parece muy bonita pero cuando atraviesas la puerta ya empiezas a notar la elegancia y el cariño con lo que está decorada. Tiene sólo 3 habitaciones, una cocinita y una salita con 3 mesitas donde se sirven los desayunos y un patio trasero muy cuidado que en verano debe ser agradable desayunar allí. Tienes entrada y salida libre en todo momento porque tienes la llave de la entrada principal. Aurore nos recibía cada mañana con su gran sonrisa y nos servía un desayuno muy cuidado en el que te ofrece café(no es expreso), leche, cacao, té o infusiones, así como mermeladas caseras, mantequilla, diferentes tipos de pan,yogur casero y algún dulce que podía ser o no de la maison(hecho por ellos). Nosotros salíamos más que satisfechos. La cama es cómoda, el baño es amplio y dispone de un bote de gel francés que huele muy bien, en el plato ducha. Pudimos dejar las maletas fuera de horarios, tanto a la llegada como a la salida. En 5 min tienes el Tram A, que conecta en 10 minutos con la zona de la catedral (Hotel la ville) y desde allí enlaza con otras líneas. Aunque te puedes mover mucho andando, te ahorra tiempo y distancias el Tram, nosotros lo usamos cada día por 5€/24h, te bajas la app Witick para comprar los tickets y también para validarlos, nos salvó en el aeropuerto porque no funcionaban las máquinas de sacar los billetes y en el bus solo aceptaban monedas. Sin duda repetiriamos¡¡

Ventajas: La anfitriona muy atenta. El desayuno muy bueno: zumo, yogurt, pan (excelente) con mantequilla y mermelada y, cada día, algún dulce: bizcocho, croissant, napolitana.. Ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo a menos de 30 minutos del centro, caminando.

Ventajas: Aurore is an excellent host. She made us fabulous breakfasts and gave us good tips on what to see and where to eat.

Ventajas: A beautifully renovated property, exceptionally clean with all the facilities we needed.Well positioned for tram and bus services or a 15 minute walk to Bordeaux centre. Aurore is very friendly and informative. We would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Ventajas: Es un b&b estupendo. Las habitación cómoda, renovada y súper limpia. Desayuno completo y muy rico. La atención muy cercana y personal. Stefan es encantador. Te ofrecen además la opción de parking muy cómodo y muy barato.

Desventajas: Quizás no está todo lo céntrico que me gustaría, pero todo lo demás lo compensa. Andando son 15 minutos y tienes una parada del tranvía a 2 minutos, pasa con mucha asiduidad y es muy cómodo.

Ventajas: Stephan was an excellent host. He offered very helpful information and recommendations allowing us to get the most from our visit to Bordeaux. He provided delicious home cooked breakfasts including homemade cakes and jams. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning was great, the house was immaculately clean and tidy, close to the tram and also walking distance to the city centre. Would highly recommend staying at this lovely bed and breakfast.

Desventajas: Everything was great!
