Ventajas: Really nice apartment, especially bathroom.

Desventajas: Big kitchen but no plates at all!!! And it wasn’t a mistake. Do not dine there, the most expensive food of all the island. However breakfast ok.

Ventajas: El lugar ideal para desconectar, la habitación nos encantó.

Desventajas: Tener que esperar para que sacaran más pan y bollería en el desayuno.

Ventajas: El alojamiento al completo está totalmente cuidado y todo el personal, especialmente el dueño, muy amable. Lugar totalmente recomendable.

Desventajas: Nada a destacar, todo fue estupendo.

Ventajas: Excellent accommodation in the country. Large comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff. Made breakfast early to catch early morning flight.

Desventajas: The host was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived. but during our stay we would have liked more access to staff rather than having to go in search of them. The hotel is casual in its presentation of itself. A huge drawback was the fact of no tea making facilities in the room. We could have asked for tea but the dining room was always closed until lunch or dinner.Being so isolated we were dependent on the hotel for everything. My bedroom/ bathroom was in need of update.However I'm sure other bedrooms would be fine. I would hav expected tables to be set for breakfast rather than the guests expected to do it. I would class Puig de ros de alt as a B/B rather than a Hotel. l

Ventajas: Nos encantó, la amabilidad del personal, muy atentos en todo momento. El desayuno, las piscina, la tranquilidad, el espacio de la habitación... La verdad es que no se le puede poner ningún pero. Nos encantaría volver sin dudarlo.

Desventajas: NADA.

Ventajas: Location is peaceful and calm. The old style villa is absolutely charming with so many beautiful details. Swimming pool and area around it is gorgeous and there are usually very few people using the pool at the same time. Breakfast has lot of variety. Evening dinner that is optional may seem a bit expensive but it is definitely worth having at least once during your stay. Both food and atmosphere are really nice. Both owners of the property and entire staff are very warm and caring. Beaches close to the property (10-15 min ride) Cala Blava and Cala Pi are nice. We recommend restaurant Bella Italia in Llucmajor and Es Rebost and carrer de Rambla en Palma. Great food and decent prices. For people with kids we recommend Marinen Land and Katmandu Park that are 30-40 minutes ride from the property. All together we enjoyed very much and looking forward to come again in future.

Ventajas: Todo es muy nuevo .Uno de los mejores spa que en visto en hoteles; piscina interior fantástica. La comida también excelente.

Desventajas: La habitación era preciosa ,amplia y bien iluminada pero lamentablemente estaba justo encima de la zona de spa y hacia muchísimo calor, deberia de estar más aislada; tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta .

Ventajas: Limpio, moderno y la amabilidad del personal

Ventajas: The room was nice and beds very comfortable. We had a lounge with kitchenette and fridge which made our week long stay more enjoyable. My partner found the cooked breakfast selection to be excellent. There were also cold meats and cheese, muesli, fresh yogurts, fruit, cakes and good selection of breads available. The TV channels available were good we made use of BB1 & BBC2 plus the german Eurosport which meant we were able to watch US Tennis open late in the evenings. The outdoor pool & the Spa facilities were very good. We were able to play tennis and mini golf free of charge equipment provided by the hotel. Short walk to seafront, and stops for express bus 25 into Palma ( 1Euro 50 cents) and express bus 21 bus to airport (5 Euros)

Desventajas: No poached eggs available and no cereal flakes - So for me breakfast was not so good. The pool was only open 10 am till 6pm - If you were out sightseeing there was no opportunity to use the beautiful pool. We did have a problem with the air conditioning not working correctly in our room, fortunately they were able to provide us with another room of the same standard on the second day of our stay. Breakfast can be eaten outdoors but can be spoilt by people smoking on the table next to you - it may be that a designated area for smokers is required. For some reason the other UK channel available on the TV was Radio 2 red button with no sound a total waste of channel option - Hotel needs to supply a different genuine UK TV channel.

Ventajas: The hotel and facilities are great. Breakfast up on the roof, swimming pools, spa, clean, chilled, great location not far from the beach, very nice and helpful reception staff. Highly recommended.

Ventajas: Everything!!!! Breakfast, clean and comfort rooms, friendly and helpful stuff, easy check in, even easier check out. Hotel is just 1 minute away from the public sandy beach called Palma beach. Also, bus stop from airport is 10m from hotel, and bus stop to go on the airport from hotel is 400m. Next to the hotel is bike rental servise and 400m from hotel is cleaning service. In hotel you can buy tickets for every attraction in Mallorca, which save a lot of time.

Desventajas: Separate beds. :( there is no double bed :(

Ventajas: Location near by beach was really really nice. Easy to take Palma express bus to Palma (1,5€). We got upgraded to the top floor - with the ocean view. Super nice and helpfull staff. Breakfast was ok, little bit more variety (fruits, vegetables, breads) would have made it better - bad coffee.

Desventajas: The sounds from elevators (doors) were really loud, especially in the night.

Ventajas: Planet One Hotel was definitely what we're looking for with a good standard of accommodation.

Desventajas: When we arrived for our first night there was an issue with the room at Planet One - the staff explained it had been damaged by a previous guest and they couldn't accommodate us that night. We had to be relocated for 1 night another complex - mix bahia real - which was definitely not the standard we were expecting! It wasn't the best start to our holiday as we were on a short break but the Planet One staff did the best at sorting the issue next morning.

Ventajas: Very close to the beach, helpful friendly staff.

Ventajas: The staff at the hotel are really helpful and friendly... we have enjoyed our stay in the hotel a lot.. the location is really close to the beach like 2 min walk... also not far from the airport... local busses stop right in front of the hotel... it has easy access to Palma city centre.. very pleased with the stay

Desventajas: The pool is located in a shaded area so it’s not good if you want to swim and after get a tan...

Ventajas: La estética renovada del alojamiento que genera sensación de bienestar. Desayunos y cenas muy ricos y completos. El personal siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a facilitar la estancia.

Desventajas: Únicamente que a veces los ascensores eran lentos.

Ventajas: We were on half board, had late arrival and they left the restaurant open with a plate with a selection from the buffet that you could warm up after, that was a great thing! both breakfast and dinner are of an amazing selection. Staff is a 10 so nice, and smiling all the time , few minutes walk to the sea front and nothing to complain about, I would definetly repeat

Desventajas: If I have to say something, pillows, but it is very personal so maybe someone else loves them!

Ventajas: The staff were polite, friendly and helpful where possible. There was a wide range of food options for both breakfast and dinner. What's more, every meal had a selection of food that was made to order, right in front of you. Meals were tasty - self serve buffet style. Good value for money. The beds were very comfortable. The room was a decent size. The foyer was well designed.

Desventajas: The bedsheet had a stain. The plates, cups and cutlery for breakfast and dinner were often dirty. Note dinner drinks are NOT included in half board... and they are pricey. 50 minutes away from palma. Bathroom very intimate - clear frosted faux walls so you can see and hear almost everything your travelling buddy is doing. Not a great view - either people sunbathing or a wall..

Desventajas: El hotel no tiene parking y la zona es malísima para aparcar 80% carga/descarga, bus y vehículos especiales. Ruido del aspirador a las 7.10 de la mañana limpiando la moqueta del rellano.

Ventajas: La calidad precio, la limpieza y el buen servicio. Tienes la parada de bus a 50 metros.

Desventajas: La verdad no hubo nada que no me gustara. Tienes la opción de elegir con baño privado o compartido. Y eso está muy bien.

Ventajas: Personal sumamente amable y servicial. Habitación cómoda, limpia, amplia y con balcón. Muy buena ubicación respecto al transporte público y playas cercanas. Se podían utilizar sombrillas y toallas de playas sin costo.

Desventajas: Ruidos provenientes de otras habitaciones a la madrugada. Sin embargo no es culpa del hotel. Lamentablemente hay gente sin sentido común.

Ventajas: Location was great! The receptionist obliged to our request to book a cab. Interior of the hotel was nice. Extra towel for the beach, extra sun screen lotion show their care for the visitor in general.

Desventajas: It's nothing negative about the hotel but sometimes other tourists can become really noisy. They also leave the common toilet a mess.

Ventajas: As it was October the hostel was quite quiet so we could get a good sleep

Ventajas: The best accomodation we had on Mallorca! Super comfortable beds, spotless clean room and bathroom, very very nice owners (it's a family run hotel and we felt very welcomed there), amazing breakfast (cheese, ham, yoghurt, cereals, fruits, etc....lots of variety)! This is definitely much more than a 1 star hotel....I would say at least 3. Everything was excellent. It's very central located, 1 min walking to the beach, 10 min to the party area (Bierkönig, Mega Park). Very safe hotel (doors are closed during the night so no outsiders can come in) and very quiet despite being near Mallorca's party hot spot. Will definitely come again!

Desventajas: Doors lack a bit of isolation, so you can occasionally hear the other guests if they come home late at night. Parking can be difficult to find during peak season.

Ventajas: Good value for money. Friendly helpful staff (Gabriel, despite not speaking great English provided recommendations for dinner). The room, though very basic/simple, was clean.

Desventajas: There is no elevator, which should be indicated in hotel description, since hauling suitcase up 4 flights can be strenuous. The room is very basic/simple, towels hard, but suppose all this should be expected given price point of room.

Ventajas: Me gustó el hotel ya que tenía todo lo que uno necesita para estar unos días. Súper bien las camas, la limpieza,tiene aire acondicionado,la amabilidad del personal, y el Buffet también muy bien. Calidad y precio muy bueno.

Ventajas: The breakfast was a lovely range of croissants, breads and cereals. The location was perfect - so close to the beach. The staff were so friendly - always there to help with a smile. The room was the highlight though - amazing value for money!! Huge terrace, air con, TV, comfy bed and so clean. We wish we had spent our whole holiday here :( but we will be back!

Ventajas: Cozy hotel, quite clean, with huge terrace and huge cactuses. 5 min from beach, shops and restaurants. Around 20 mins by car to Palma city centre. Stuff was very friendly. Met us with bottle of champagne, so we had a wonderful start of our vacation. Good deal for affordable price.

Desventajas: No place for parking near the hotel, and in the nearest streets, so be ready u will have to drive around for a while to find a free place for your car.

Ventajas: The whole stay was great. Very nice welcome at the reception desk, each member of staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. They took into consideration we´re vegan guests and prepared vegan milk extra for us. We could rented two bikes which was great for exploring Palma. Overall the stay there was great and we would definitely go back.

Desventajas: Noisy neighbour :)

Ventajas: La comida estaba deliciosa, el hotel tiene una puerta que da directamente al mar, el personal es muy agradable y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. Cercanía con el aeropuerto

Desventajas: El horario del comedor es muy limitado. Para ser un hotel de 4* la animación deja mucho que desear, no te dan ganas de unirte, muy aburrida y escasa en tiempo. En pensión completa las bebidas de la comida siempre las tienes que pagar, que mínimo que un vaso de agua. Las vistas de la habitación, si tienes suerte genial, si no, nosotras dimos en una habitación triple a los contenedores y aeropuerto.

Ventajas: Excelente. Personal muy amable. Buena ubicacion. La comida es riquisima y muy variada. Y las habitaciones amplias y comodas

Ventajas: La ubicación y las instalaciones. Habitaciones funcionales y muy cómodas.

Desventajas: El personal de recepción, bastante borde y maleducado. Es un hotel de 4 estrellas y te tratan como ganado. Pedí una factura por el uso del parking y me contestaron que costaba más el papel de la factura que el parking ( 6 euros), me la hicieron pero de mala gana.

Ventajas: Very clean reception, dining rooms and pool area. And very very friendly staff there. I really liked their pool, access to sea and also, their breakfast and the bar.

Desventajas: The room given to me was very close to a busy road and soundproofing was not sufficient. Then early in morning there were lots of movement of garbage and delivery trucks. However the bed and room otherwise was comfortable. I would request hotel to book me a quieter room next time.

Desventajas: But when we got there, although we had put in a request for high floor and room with a bath 2 months prior at time of booking, this request was not met. My husband doesn’t like to complain so we just took the room on offer. This was middle of a corridor on 2nd floor so lots of noisy people going back & forth until after midnight! Bed sheets were not changed for all 5 nights we were there. Toilet dirty on arrival. Although sealed as clean. Hotel Bar very expensive.

Ventajas: Excellent hotel!! great location in Can Pastilla. The beds are very comfortable, everything is new, rooms are not huge but the size is ok. We had already breakfast included and at reception they offer us to add dinner, great idea!! It was winter and there were no many options around. Both, breakfast and dinner were delicious!! a lot of variety and every day they were different options of food, very good service and tasted great! The people at reception are very friendly!

Desventajas: A small thing to improve, in my personal opinion the pillows are not the best ones. It happened twice to us, that the shower was extremely hot the water and we couldn't get cold water. We told the reception guy about it and they were going to fix it. Apart from that we had a great stay and we will come back!

Ventajas: La velocidad con la que nos pidieron un taxi para poder macharnos a otro hotel .

Desventajas: La escasa limpieza.... por no decir nula. La gente borracha en la puerta del hotel. Los ruidos de la calle que se escuchaban todos... Nada mas entrar al hotel ... salían unas “Chicas de moralidad distraída “ por decirlo de alguna manera no ofensiva... La habitacion estaba tan sucia.... No estubimos ni 6 horas alojados en el hotel teniendo pagados 2 noches y todo incluido. Al pasar la noche nos marchemos rapidamente... 100% Horrible.

Ventajas: We have all inclusive catering which was very good. The beach and bus stations was very close and everything went well. This was our second time here.

Ventajas: All inclusive was good. Plenty of choice even for me being vegan. Good value for money. Staff at the bar was great.

Desventajas: The pool area is in the shade most of time because of the building position, we only stayed 5 days and the beach is only down the road.

Ventajas: We have all inclusive catering which was very good. The beach and bus stations was very close and everything went well. This was our second time here.

Ventajas: The location is great. Overall friendly staff. The food, varied and excellent tasting. We could store our luggage and still take a shower if needed, have lunch and use bar facilities during afternoon, after we had checked out (our flight was only at night)

Desventajas: The elevators take a long time

Ventajas: Everything was nice. The staff was very friendly every time, they asked all of our questions. The all-inclusive accommodation was excellent, the foods were varied and delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect to us, the beach is around 5 minutes walking, restaurants are around 4-5 minutes walking, local shop is around 3 minutes walking, renting office on the opposite side of the road on the front of the hotel.

Desventajas: There was not fridge in the room, but You can rent them from the reception for fee.

Ventajas: The room was very big, we had to big balconys. The breakfast was excellent, the buffet was big and it was very delicious.

Desventajas: The view from the balconies was not so good.

Ventajas: Very clean hotel, helpful staff (they helped make the stay more comfortable for my other half who was injured), great location (restaurants, bars and two beaches within walking distance), and generally a lovely atmosphere. Overall a great stay - thank you!

Ventajas: A great receptionist who was very helpful, polite and friendly. We were going to the east side for a tennis tournament so it was close to the airport for our late arrival and quick to go east. Great location to get to a local tennis court and the water.

Ventajas: La amabilidad y las ganas de ayudar en lo que puedan de todo el personal del hotel. Se ofrecen para todo lo que necesites para hacerte la estancia más cómoda. En eso les doy un 10.

Desventajas: Justo frente al hotel hay una hamburguesería que abre hasta muy tarde y se oye el ruido de la gente. Eso no depende del hotel, pero a mí me incomodaba bastante.

Ventajas: El desayuno perfecto con gran variedad, y una ubicación genial!

Ventajas: Prior booking I read reviews of many hostel in El Arenal. Some were beyond absurd other were ok, but this hostel as you may see from overall glance has more good reviews than bad. The staff is very friendly and there for you in case of help or a question. The rooms are clean, we got room with view on the beach so was good plus. As far as I understood the rooms are cleaned daily during morning hours. We had two heavy bags to bring to our room on 4th floor. Didnt complain because it is not in our nature to but one of the staff member was very considered and offered us lower floor. The hostel offers free breakfast every morning that can help you to be full for at least 5 hours. Nights are quite even though the hostel located in somewhat busy district (the German district). Definitely would recommend travellers traveling on budget!

Desventajas: Quite hard to pin-point any flaws or bad points. Even if I try hard there is nothing to actually say.

Desventajas: The elevator was a little small but other then that the property was very nice

Ventajas: A very clean hotel and good and diversicat food.

Ventajas: Overall it was a good experience, the food was good and also the staff was very friendly

Desventajas: Unfortunately it was very noisy especially in the morning

Ventajas: Great value for money, room for 3pax with ok'ish breakfast and good dinner included fot just about 60 eur per day. Good supermarkets nearby: Mercadona, Eroski. Private pool with deep water. Bus connection to everywhere. Not far from the airport.

Desventajas: Facilities are a bit exhausted, especially lift. Pillows and mattresses in the rooms could be more comfortable. No fridge in the room.

Desventajas: Entra mucha luz por la ventana en cuanto amanece. La almohada er demasiado fina No tiene secador La comida normalita

Desventajas: No tengo nada negativo, a lo mejor no haberme puesto cama matrimonial, pero es entendible :)

Ventajas: Los camareros y la limpieza era amable

Desventajas: El servicio de comida es insufrible encima cuando reclame algo en mal estado el metre se invento que era algo tipico de mallorca la sobreasada agria supongo que es una creacion del hotel el llamar algo descompuesto asi en fin el peor de nuestra vida para nunca mas volver

Ventajas: La tranquilad del hotel y el personal muy atento y amable.

Desventajas: Un poco más de variedad en la cómida y un cambio en el inmobiliario de la habitación.
