Ventajas: Todo. Personal, alojamiento, comida, ubicación. Todo está alrededor de una propiedad de 5 estrellas. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente. El desayuno es increíble, los alojamientos son tan cómodos como se obtiene.

Desventajas: Precio de comida y bebidas. Pero hay que tener en cuenta que tienen que pagar por el servicio y todo lo demás que se obtiene. Así que, en mi opinión, el dinero que gasté valió lo que recibí.

Ventajas: El mejor hotel del mudno! desde que llegas es una atencion personalizada, las habitaciones que en realidad son cabañas son hermosas!! la comida deliciosa, el desayuno y la cena en The Grotto! todo fue perfecto y maravilloso

Desventajas: Todo fue perfecto!!!

Ventajas: El hotel en si esta muy bueno, en medio de un entorno selvatico, comodas habitaciones, sin mucha luz por los arboles.

Desventajas: El hotel dice tener 3 playas, 2 de las cuales no existen porque la marea le saca el agua, y se transforma en un barrial de 300 mts hasta el agua, y la que parece ser mas linda, recibe 1 millon de personas y barcos locales ruidosisimos, que la torna en la peor playa que haya estado. Si te interesa estar en la playa tranquilo y sin ruido definitivamente este no es tu hotel !

Ventajas: Lo mejor son las habitaciones, desde que entras sabes que estas en un lugar único en el planeta. Las dos playas a las que tienes acceso, la piscina, el desayuno y el personal son inmejorables. Y el resort un paraíso, es una pequeña selva a tu disposición, ojalá pudiese pasear todos los días por sus jardines.

Desventajas: Lo único malo que tiene Rayavadee son dos cosas: 1- No poder quedarte a vivir allí para siempre. 2- La depresión que te queda cuando abandonas el resort.

Ventajas: The huts were comfortable. The beaches were amazing, and the proximity of the infinity pool to the beach was excellent. The staff was very helpful.

Desventajas: A little far to get to.

Desventajas: Staff communication - each one provide inaccurate information

Ventajas: Staff, Food, bed and bathroom. Heaven

Desventajas: Price is quite high although the quality is exceptional. You can see the hotel has some signs of use.

Ventajas: the nature is lovely, so many animals - staff very accommodating

Desventajas: Location is very touristic and noisy, the hotel is very upmarket and the area around it very low market

Ventajas: El hotel es precioso y muy cómodo. El personal es muy agradable y te ayuda en todo lo posible. La piscina es muy grande y tiene vistas a la playa de Railey que al atardecer son insuperables. Se puede llegar andando facilmente a una zona de restaurantes, bares y masajes en la playa de Railay West que es muy auténtica y con buenos precios. Tienes acceso a dos playas increibles (Railay y Phra Nang). Es cierto que durante el dia van varios barcos pequeños con excursiones porque son playas preciosas pero no se siente masificado y ademas tienes una zona de tumbonas privadas del hotel justo al borde de ambas playas. La tercera playa del hotel, Nammao es exclusivamente para entrar y salir a la zona pero no para bañarse ya que la marea es baja y no es demasiado bonita pero teniendo las otras dos playas espectaculares y la piscina, no hace falta más. Es un hotel impresionante y el bungalow de dos pisos en el que nos quedamos nos encantó. Es como tener tu propia casa en medio de la jungla. También utilizamos el gimnasio que está muy bien y el desayuno es muy amplio, a parte del buffet hay carta con platos que te preparan al momento.

Desventajas: The Grotto es un restaurante cueva muy bonito del hotel con vistas a la playa de Phra Nang pero nos pareció excesivo el precio cerrado que daban para cenar barbacoa. Fuimos a tomar una copa en lugar de cenar, todo tenía buena pinta pero creo que el precio debería ser inferior. De todas formas hay muchas opciones para cenar cerca del hotel asique no fue un problema en absoluto, podéis ir a tomar unas cervezas a the grotto como hicimos nosotros, y disfrutas igual que si cenases ahi.

Ventajas: Blissful with a little but! The place is amazingly well maintained. Amazing rooms, extremely clean, quite and comfortable. We loved the swimming pool and the access to the beach. Excellent breakfast. They staff is very friendly and very smiley.

Desventajas: We asked about the transfer from and to the airport. After a couple of exchanges they conveniently took time to answer to my enquiry, so we end up paying them double what you can actually pay if you arrange it without the hotel. So we did on the way back and we paid even less than half. Also they told us to book the restaurants as it could have been fully booked and for 2 nights we did to find out we were almost the only one in 2 of their 4 restaurants. The other nights then we ventured out to eat in other hotel.

Ventajas: Location was amazing and the rooms were very cozy

Ventajas: It is truly unique and unusual place, in beautiful surroundings, something which makes the 1st time visit here a very special experience to remember afterwards. It feels a bit aged already, but nothing breaking yet. Beautiful pool - even just one, but large and with the adjustment of kids pool is nicely convenient for families. Great food - we tried all 4 restaurants and special barbecue dinner by the pool, everything food was great. The most beloved dinning came from Thai restaurant and from main restaurant next to reception (European food - top-notch made!). We had a great Thai cooking class experience, very nicely organized, with a lot of personal participation and true learning about Thai food and ingredients. There is also great program for kids, with weekly schedule and 2 different activities per day, morning and afternoon. The attention to our kid was fantastic and really going extra mile to deliver a valuable and memorable experience for him. Staff is wonderful, friendly, extremely mature, knowledgeable and professional in what they do. To a great surprise - the hotel boutique is absolutely amazed me with what's on offer (and I'm not a shopping person really) - the collection is stunningly beautiful, great things to take back. I liked a lot their naturally inspired cosmetics, sad forgot to take them home..

Desventajas: Honestly - plenty of things: - Breakfast is some that inconsistent experience, food is varied, sometimes very skewed towards Asian breakfast, with limited international choice. For our taste, this was least enjoyable breakfast out of all the places we stayed this year. - A property surrounded by 3 beaches, actually doesn't have a beach experience for guests. There is no private beach, there is no even some reserved/managed area on any of the beaches for hotel guests. Unbelievable..! - Beaches aren't clean, due to enormous amount of tourists around, and this creates true conflict in tranquility - while the resort itself is protected and private, the crowds around are so massive and soo noisy..! The whole day, from early morning to late night, you will listening to motors of 100s boats coming on the beaches - There is too much wildlife on the resort. It is not enjoyable to bump into large iguana on the dark path to a dinner or being woke-up at 6am by monkeys making loud bump noise as they are jumping from one roof to another of the pavilions. There are also a lot of mosquitos while walking through the resort - be sure to use repellent every single time you need to walk outside. - Almost no pool service. Towels are given, but then there are just 1 or 2 folks sometimes coming around to ask what you want. So if you want something, you have to navigate yourself towards beach restaurant. - I would appreciate more buggies (golf carts) being available for transfers within the resort - again, because of the wildlife and simply not feeling safe/comfortable. - Management isn't not present while the stay. Apart of initial greeting, there is no presence through the remaining experience - either dinners or breakfast time, etc. - Wi-Fi isn't available through the entire resort (why?) and badly works at Pavilions (we had to call twice in 4 days someone to come and fix the internet connection in room).

Ventajas: Absolutamente todo. Me considero una persona crítica, me gusta que los hoteles traten bien a sus clientes y ofrezcan un trato personalizado. Cuando llegas te asignan una persona que se encarga de ayudarte en todo lo que puedas necesitar durante la estancia. Suzy, mil gracias por tu educación, amabilidad y profesionalidad, por responder al momento por whatsapp a todas nuestras peticiones y hacer que nuestra estancia haya sido de ensueño. Los restaurantes son preciosos, con opciones variadas para veganos/vegetarianos. La piscina es espectacular y no muy concurrida, gracias a que controlan el acceso desde la playa. Te ofrecen agua con lima y naranja de cortesía y se agradece con el calor y la humedad. Las villas son increíbles, cómodas, espaciosas y súper limpias. El staff acude dos veces al día para limpiarlas y ordenarlas. Es un complejo grande en medio de la selva, puedes ver monos y dragones de komodo rondando por las inmediaciones, es toda una inmersión en la naturaleza. Volvemos a casa con un excelente recuerdo de este hotel. Gracias a todo el staff.

Desventajas: Las excursiones y los masajes son carísimos, pagas el estar en un hotel de lujo.

Ventajas: Cuartos lindos,modnos e aconchegantes. Personal muy atento. Restaurante com Chef excelente e café da manhã no estilo buffet delicioso!

Desventajas: Infelizmente a Praia do hotel é um mangue, Mas mesmo assim tem a vista linda e da pra ir andando para todas como indignas praias tranquilizadamente .

Ventajas: Hotel realmente agradable.

Ventajas: La piscina y las vistas eran increíbles. El viaje al aeropuerto fue una aventura (camión, lancha rápida, coche de golf y taxi).

Desventajas: El personal nos hace esperar mucho tiempo para la habitación.

Ventajas: La atención era buena, camada comoda.

Desventajas: Falta de mantenimiento en la piscina que da a la “playa”, las vistas son horribles es super fea, apenas hay arena y cuando baja marea es puro fango, y malos olores ya que los desagües quedan al aire libre. La comida en el restaurante es cara, calidad precio no muy buena. Todas las noches hacen evento, y casi nunca hay gente.

Ventajas: La piscina tiene unas vistas inigualables El desayuno está muy bien

Ventajas: Cama cómoda , habitación amplia. Piscinas.

Desventajas: Elegimos habitación superior y por lo visto son las más antiguas y alejadas del resto de instalaciones del hotel. Para subir la categoría hay que elegir la opción Deluxe. Baño muy antiguo sin ningún enchufe, la ducha con una cortina amarillenta y suciedad. Frente al bloque donde estaba la habitación (bloque 6), se encuentra una sala de máquinas de otro hotel, el ruido llega a ser incomodo. El desayuno para un hotel de 4 estrellas es muy poco variado y baja calidad.

Ventajas: A great personal, good food, incredible views

Ventajas: It’s situated next to the east side boat pier so very convenient if you are arriving with luggage. Also, situated in a quite area so you don’t hear the neighboring music at night yet it’s a close walk to all the main attractions. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and recourceful. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Ventajas: Everything was great at the facility. 2 Pools, great breakfast, clean rooms. We were very happy

Desventajas: The staff at the reception could improve on their english. Especially the tourist help desk

Desventajas: La habitación estaba muy bien, pero algunos defectos estéticos de mantenimiento. El desayuno un poco aburrido

Ventajas: Our bedroom was great, spacious and clean (building #2). Given the lack of great hotels in Railay Beach, definitely a very good option as long as you book the premium rooms (the high tier). Breakfast was ok.

Desventajas: Staff, especially the reception women, quite rude and lacking the basic welcoming skills... (although the young man at night when we made the check out was kind, helpful, polite, great!)

Ventajas: 2 buenas piscinas, buen aire acondicionado, buen desayuno, personal amable. Incluyó una cena navideña el 24 de diciembre que no sabíamos estaba incluida

Desventajas: Todo ok!

Ventajas: Excellent staff.

Desventajas: Too many rules explained. Must have trust in guest and make them feel more welcome. On arrival we were told a list of what can only be described as fines.

Ventajas: Room was clean even though there was a smell of drains sometimes. But the whole of Railey smells. Lovely place to go if you have no nose.

Desventajas: Breakfast wasn’t that nice and choice was limited . Receptionists weren’t that friendly and welcoming.

Ventajas: Hermosa playa! Lo mejor!

Desventajas: Las suites junior están un poco más viejas y húmedas

Ventajas: En cuanto a la ubicación, fue una gran oferta. Definitivamente quieres estar en West Railay. El este es más barato, pero huele un poco como una alcantarilla abierta. Estábamos a sólo un minuto a pie de la playa con acceso a dos piscinas, un delicioso desayuno bufé y fácil acceso a las otras partes de la península. ¡no tengo quejas!

Ventajas: Habitación, limpieza personal increíble era agradable, justo en la playa, un buen acceso inalámbrico

Desventajas: Era muy barato por la calidad según los estándares de USD, pero en el lado este que son bastante comparable se puede encontrar para caminar mucho más barato y a sólo un poco más largo de la playa.

Ventajas: Nice location and scenery

Desventajas: The bathrooms could do with a little update in the bungalows. And bathroom windows could do with some cleaning.

Ventajas: Ambiance and attitude

Ventajas: Genial, en la misma playa de Railay, y a un paso de todo. Las habitaciones muy amplias y la cama muy cómoda. Te llevan al puerto.

Desventajas: Por decir algo, el desayuno, aunque había muchas cosas, para nosotros nos faltó más opciones europeas

Ventajas: De la habitación, la cama, el espacio y la terraza que daba al exterior. La piscina interior.

Desventajas: La piscina cerca del mar, ya que estaba sucia y había mucho niño jugando. Además todo el tiempo en el restaurante sonaba la música muy fuerte y acababa siendo molesto.

Ventajas: Breakfast is very basic and of average quality.

Desventajas: More western choice. Better quality teas and coffee.

Ventajas: Perfect, just as before ... I want to live here!!

Desventajas: Everything!

Ventajas: Lovely setting, well maintained gardens, excellent staff, cleaners come very quickly to clean the room when you go out just for a short time.... .... Wildlife! Saw 2 species of monkey, squirrels, toucans and a 3 foot lizard wandering about while just sat on the porch.. 2 great pools, very good buffet breakfast, huge selection... Chicken casserole and stuffed baked tomatoes for breakfast? Don't mind if I do!

Desventajas: Bid of a walk from the pier, don't serve alcohol or pork in the restaurant but can bring your own beer so no real problem.

Desventajas: The room i got was a bad room, air con is out, blowing hot air! I requested to change room and it took me more than 1 hour of waiting! It was not handled nicely. The bathroom is very poor, shower especially, i have taken a pic, pic show thousand words. Benches by the beach; u will never get to use it because some other guest used their towels lay on the benches, and that is theirs until they remove their towels. Even though they have left the place for hours. I was using one for 1.5 hr and then 2 guys came forward and claim that belong to them, even though they have left the hotel 2 hours ago!!!! I hope the hotel could do something about it. Is not fair! I could have used my towels and lay on beach at 8.30 am and then use it at 10.30 am!!! No I can’t, because it is not fair to others! I did raise up to hotel, they said this is how it works!

Ventajas: La ubicación, perfecta a pie de la playa del Oeste. La piscina cerca de la playa está muy bien y ofrecen un servicio turístico bueno, puedes contratar excursiones, ticket de transporte de barcos, kayak... El desayuno está muy bien.

Desventajas: La habitación no estaba demasiado limpia. Nos alojamos en habitación doble, estas son más nuevas que los bungalows. La nuestra estaba bien hubicada en cercanía al restaurante y la playa pero justo al lado había algo parecido a un motor o un depósito de aire de otro hotel y el ruido durante todo el día y la noche era muy incómodo. No solicitamos cambio porque fueron solo dos noches y apenas estábamos en el hotel.

Ventajas: The location is incredible. Railay beach is so beautiful and the resort is very pretty. Having the monkeys so close was fab too! Pools were great and the quieter back pool was idillic.

Desventajas: The rooms, particularly the bathrooms need updating. A little bit of love and it’d be amazing. We also had some cockroaches in the room (eek!) Also they don’t serve any alcohol on the resort at all, it wasn’t a big deal as you can go to the shops and bars/restaurants near by easily.

Ventajas: ¡nuestra cabaña era increíble!

Desventajas: La comida era bastante mala en general. El desayuno no estaba nada bien.

Ventajas: We read some bad comments but we booked at last minute so we really didn't expect too much, buuut what a surprise, we liked everything, location is excellent, breakfast delicious, is the only one with pool in front of Railay beach west, staff was so kind, polite and smiling all the time :) Our room was clean, comfortable and many amenities. We really spent amazing days in Railay beach, definitely we would choose this place to stay again.

Desventajas: Our room didn't have a light outside and was very dark at night, prices in restaurant and tours they offered are so expensive, but you'll be fine, there are lots of offers outside, and on the way from counter to our room there was something that smells very bad.

Ventajas: Pool is great - reason to pick this hotel. Breakfast is divers enough.

Desventajas: Resort is so big, we had rooms on East Railay. House keeping hours are after lunch when we would always be resting/sleaping, as a result we did not get much cleaning of the room. Horrible sewage smell in the bathroom sometimes.

Ventajas: La sensación de paz cuando nos fuimos y nos cambiamos de hotel. The feeling of peace when we left the hotel.

Desventajas: Pésima estancia, reservamos una casita con jacuzzi porque fuimos de luna de miel y cuando llegamos la habitación estaba sucia (polvo, marcas de vasos y suciedad en las mesas y muebles y baño), cucarachas en el baño. Además, en la entrada al jardín de la casita hay unas charcas de agua estancada que no mantienen ni limpian y están llenas de algas, sucias y con una plaga de ranas que se pasan la noche cantando y si no tienes cuidado puedes pisar al pasar. El jacuzzi sucio, la terraza y jardín también y sin mantenimiento. Aire acondicionado muy muy ruidoso, y allí no se puede dormir sin que esté encendido por el calor, y agua caliente no funciona bien. Desayuno pobre y de muy baja calidad. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitación a una mejor mantenida, pero con la misma charca con ranas, aire acondicionado ruidoso y baño nada acogedor. Decidimos cambiarnos de hotel porque la luna de miel es una sola vez en la vida, les pedimos la devolución de las noches de hotel que quedaban por disfrutar y se negaron, no nos lo han devuelto. Pedimos libro de reclamaciones y nos dieron un cuaderno no oficial lleno de estas mismas quejas, ese cuaderno no lo va a leer nadie. El responsable de recepción SR. SARAYUT fue muy desagradable, incompetente, se rió de nosotros y si lee esto, negara todo. Permaneció impasible, deseando que nos fuéramos y sin devolvernos el dinero. Nos hemos sentido estafados. Terrible stay: The room was dirty (dust, glass marks on tables and unclean bathroom) and cockroaches. At the entrance to the room there was a small pool with stagnant water with a plague of frogs that spend the night croaking. Air conditioning is very noisy and hot water does not work well. Breakfast buffet has a very low quality. We complained to the head of reception SR. SARAYUT was very unpleasant, incompetent, laughed at us. If he reads this note, he will deny everything. We feel cheated because he didn’t help us and didn´t return our money.

Ventajas: I am sorry to say at every turn the property is disappointing. The eating area is attractive when viewed at a distance from the west beach.

Desventajas: This hotel lacks care, thoughtfulness and design in both the public areas and in the hotel bedrooms we saw. Our first allocated room smelt so strongly we asked for a another room. In the second room we were allocated, even the loo did not flush, by then we were past complaint and had already arranged to leave. Grim!

Ventajas: Location was lovely. Pool really nice.

Desventajas: Didn’t realise no road access to Reiley Beach. Arrived at night and had to pay 1000 bht for a boat from Ao Nang. Water in the showers either too hot or cold. Took two days to fix leaking water from air con unit.

Ventajas: The location is beautiful, the pool and spa are good, great drinks too. Walking street nearby was great for cheap drinks and food. Helpful front desk.

Desventajas: Our room smelled musty and the hot water for shower was sporadic at best. Service slow but that’s ok when on holiday. Food okay but nothing special at the restaurant.

Ventajas: Lá ubicación

Desventajas: La habitación, todo muy viejo y descuidado. El personal antipático y desayuno malísimo. Una lástima

Ventajas: La gente amabilisma.

Desventajas: Había leído los comentarios antes de venir y en todos los idiomas la mayoría eran muy buenos. Así que esta es mi opinión. Estaba masificado y poco cuidado. Es una playa pequeña llena de toallas sin espacio para bañarte. El desayuno mucho para elegir pero en general muy poca calidad. Las habitaciones algo viejas aunque algunas las estaban renovando. Hay una calle de bares que está bien porque no hay nada más que hacer, a no ser que te guste la escalada pero realmente lo que nosotros buscábamos era tranquilidad y naturaleza y no sentirnos mal éticamente con el entorno sin preservar y sin ayudar. Lo que más nos gustó fue hacer kayak porque puedes ver mejor las islas, el color del mar, la tranquilidad. Es una pena que se hayan cargado la zona poniendo hoteles. Por otro lado, había turistas respetuosos pero otros iban como si estuvieran en un hotel all inclusive bebiendo sin parar, gritando y molestando. De hecho, hay una playa al lado que se llama Tonsai que era para mochileros y no había nadie. Muy bonita. Espero que en el próximo año no les de por construir el super hotel. Estás en una península que si quieres salir de ella tiene que ser por barco. Así que llegan a la playa todo el tiempo barcos pequeños y grandes repletos de turistas. Para ir a ver las otras islas, más de lo mismo. Turistas haciendo fotos en playas diminutas. No hay medidas medioambientales, no hay información en caso de tsunami más que carteles de que vayas al punto más alto. No hay un cuidado por el entorno. El hotel era bonito, la playa preciosa, la naturaleza salvaje pero todo tratado sin ningún respeto solo para que el turista gaste su dinero. Si hablas con los que trabajan allí, te dicen ellos mismos que entre todos estamos maltratando la naturaleza y no es sostenible ni para ellos ni para el resto.
