Ventajas: The hotel, the staffing, the breakfast and the location of it was according to the expectations. The dimmensions of the room and be near the beach was amazing. Close to the hotel are enough parking space. I have been there two times and I am sure that in my next visit I will be there.

Ventajas: The hotel Aesthetically looks lovely…however on this site and the other site that advises about trips, this hotel should be AMAZING – and from our point of view – it was just – ok. I don’t believe I paid the best price – and that may well have effected my perceptions as well. I understand that hotels work on dynamic rate – ie – the less space they have – the more the room price increases….. In this case – I paid approx. £250 a night. For a 10 night stay – that is quite a lot of money for room only. If the room was priced at £150 a night – I would have felt much more comfortable about it.
Desventajas: The cleaners here get great reviews – however – I would personally say our room cleaning was a 7 out of 10. There were areas missed – and glasses not always washed. My “sea view room” – don’t forget - £250 a night – was behind a rather large palm tree. Which – obscured the view somewhat. It wasn’t what I imagined it would be to be honest.

Ventajas: La ubicación es perfecta, frente a las dunas, pero hay que atravesar las dunas para llegar a la playa. Las vistas desde los pisos superiors son excepcionales. Las habitaciones son cómodas y bonitas, de buen tamaño y con una bonita terraza. Las fotos de la página del hotel son realistas. Hotel muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar.
Desventajas: La habitación tenía olor a humedad. Aunque reservé con bastante antelación, no fue possible obtener una habitación en el último piso. Las cortinas de la terraza dejan pasar la luz.

Ventajas: Fabulous hotel, the setting is amazing, a true oasis in the dunes, absolutely perfect for a relaxing break. Big pool, plenty of loungers, lovely luxurious rooms with excellent sea views over the dunes - love the sofas. Breakfast is fantastic, huge variety, lovely juices and cava :) The nearby shops (go out the beach gate and turn left) are standard cheapish beach resort fare but make a good change from the very stylish hotel and if you like to surf or kite surf the schools are a short walk along the beach. If you want a little more class a £5 taxi will get you to the sunset cafe, hotels and restaurants at Meloneras. Highly recommended.
Desventajas: Would prefer bigger towels changed less frequently. Robes also very small, I would post a picture but it would be indecent :p Tea making facilities in room would be good. Poolside food could be improved, it's okay in a pinch but not the same standard as breakfast.

Ventajas: This acommodation is absolutley fanatastic , truly 5***** + location, 2mins to the Kasbah,10 mins walk to the Yumbo center,near the beach and the famous boardwalk. We hope to be back next year.... Thanks to Tracy who welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed and the maid was meticulous in her cleaning duties every day..

Ventajas: The accomodation has everything you need. It is spot on clean and we immediately felt at home. The living room is spacious enough and the couches are very comfortable. The kitchen has a dish washer, combi-oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine and so on. The garden has a beautiful olive tree and 2 comfortable sun beds table and 4 chairs. Every morning, we had breakfast in the garden. The house is surrounded by fake grass which gives it a nice touch. The bathroom is very spacious and has a rainshower too with strong pressure. We loved the daily warm showers. The beds are very comfortable as well and we brought many clothing and we could stock everything in the closet and our valuable belongings in the safe. We even had a second lounge area for ourselves. The location is also very convenient, close to the supermarket and restaurants.
Desventajas: We were not informed about the check-out procedure. It would have been nice to know in advance that we could store our luggage. In the end, the cleaning lady informed us (which was a challenge because she does not speak English). You can also use the toilet after check-out, this was not told to us either. Later on, we discovered that there are Spa treatments but there is no mention of it at all in the Villa. There is no reception, only via Whatsapp.

Ventajas: La estancia fue muy agradable, la comida muy buena, la habitación grande y cómoda, camas confortables, buenos colchones, limpieza correcta y atención muy buena. lo mejor del todo incluido es que las bebidas (cocteles y combinados) no son de marca blanca!! eso se ve en pocos hoteles. La piscina infantil está genial, a dos alturas para peques y más mayores. Para nosotros fue una estancia genial, repetiremos sin duda.

Ventajas: It is a very nice hotel in a good position, excellent helpful staff and a very good standard of food. Entertainment is provided in the evenings which mainly appeals to the German guests. There are two gyms and a Spa area containing a steam room and Spa. Naturist areas are provided on the upper terraces. The property is well maintained with a swimming pool and terraces where towels cannot be placed on chairs before 9am. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Desventajas: We arrived about 9pm to be told by the manager that they were overbooked and we would be transferred to their sister hotel. This was unacceptable to us as they had done this to us on our last visit the previous year. He became rude and aggressive but eventually a room was eventually found for us on the third floor for that night and the next day we transferred to another room on the 6th floor. We complained the next day and did not receive a satisfactory response. They obviously overbook and then pass guests on with little consideration. When it happened to us last time we effectively lost a day of our holiday and were living out of a suitcase unable to unpack before we were moved back to our correct hotel. It is a lovely hotel, but, the dining area is chaotic - the layout is appalling, as it is a buffet service you have to bypass queues of people waiting to be seated with your food with very little space. Tables are too close together.

Ventajas: Selection and quality of food was excellent (although some dishes were very salty). Children playground was in the shade, and kids club facilities were good. Some staff members are very nice (in the restaurant and Patrik in kid's club). Reception staff was nice enough to change our room, when we complained of a smoke/food smell 24/7 in the first room - the second room was better (although other customers smoke heavily in this hotel). Transfer was well arranged. I think it is the best hotel in the area for kids playground (as Playa des Ingles does not have any children playgrounds at all), food quality and variety and for the location.
Desventajas: All customers (mainly Germain pensioners) of the hotel smoke - in the restaurant, bar and on their balconies - and the smoke comes to your room and to a dinner/breakfast table.... Hotel customers and some waiters (not all) were very intolerant to young children - we did not feel welcome in the restaurant at all. Our little one had an accident fall in the room, which resulted in the emergency hospital treatment - but hotel staff did not bother to ask how we are/if everything was ok. I had a Birthday and the restaurant promised to deliver a Birthday cake (they offered, without us asking for it) - but they never delivered it:(, it was very disappointing. Kids club did not work (although it was open and we could select activities ourselves), but as it's not school holidays time - there was no entertainment (no disco/etc) for kids. Packed lunch consisted of a banana, an apple, a clementine and a bottle of water - for "all inclusive" guests. Clean towels in the room were not that clean - black marks/colours/lipstick (but it is probably the quality of the washing machine/detergent?) . To get to the beach (at the other exit from the hotel) - you have to use 4 lifts on different floors/parts of the hotel, and hotel staff sends you in different (often incorrect) directions...

Ventajas: El trato del personal muy bien, el restaurante muy bueno. Muy detallistas y los productos de aseos exquisitos.
Desventajas: El snack de bienvenida. Es un detalle pero su contenido está compuesto por frutas deshidratadas muy dulces. Comparado con otros hoteles de este estilo es muy simple y pensado para los amantes de lo dulce, la verdad.

Desventajas: No me gustó el trato por parte del personal de recepción y por parte de uno de los camareros en el desayuno. Nos ofrecen un cóctel de bienvenida y nos dices que nos sentemos en la barra, no en una mesa ni sillón con el calor que hacia, y que la pedazo de copa no la podíamos subir a la habitación, al rato vuelve y dice que si y no nos explica como movernos por el hotel. En el desayuno no nos dejan pedir crepes porque hay que pedir los con un día de antelación

Desventajas: There was no bath tub in junior suite as requested Room was uninhabitable on arrival due to excessive smell of cigarette smoke The only offer the hotel made was to give another non suite room for the 1st night Even after cleaning again, the suite still smelt of smoke until the end of our 8 day stay The only compensation offer from the hotel, was a 96 Euro reduction from the Euro 609 cost of the suite for one night

Ventajas: The staff were wonderful without exception. My room was very comfortable and cosy. The food was excellent. The pool sheer joy. Generally a laid back, no fuss atmosphere. Excellent location for morning runs along a nature reserve and afternoon strolls along the sea front. All in al fabulous.

Desventajas: En ocasiones los camareros hacen comentarios en voz alta y poco apropiados. Piensen que les entendemos. La música en el bar de la piscina era tipo regueton. No creo que fuera del gusto del cliente medio que estaba en ese momento. En el desayuno la preparacion y la espera por tortilla es excesivo.

Ventajas: Excelente hotel, perfecto para unos días de relax. Las habitaciones son confortables, insonorizadas y con una decoración elegante, con enormes camas muy cómodas. El personal es francamente amable y servicial. Las zonas comunes muy bien, con hamacas y sofás de sobra para todos; el jacuzzi caliente disponible las 24 horas es genial, casi mágico por la noche.

According to me in this type of hotel you rather make the price even higher, in order not to bother guests with 2 euro for Wi-Fi or 2.50 euros for coffee in the room because you’re going to ruin the class of the hotel . Somehow looks funny! In any case I thank you for making our holidays more comfortable and happy!!

Ventajas: Close to one beach private-ish beach. Was hidden from the board walk. Would of been to go for a 2-4 trip not 6 nights 7 days.
Desventajas: The bed was uncomfortable, the resort was a maze to get threw. Resort was for older folk as young travellers we were bored by the entertainment and didn’t always want to lounge around the pools or drink a lot. The food was hit and miss; the staff was great on the first night getting our plates taken away but as time went on we had to pile our dirty plates up so they would notice we were done. Our room smelled quiet bad with or without the ac on, we would of like to open a window but we couldn’t being on the first floor. The resort needed some maintenance as people were tripping as they walked around the resort. Even though we had all inclusive we were doing a lot more work than we should of.

Desventajas: The hotel is laid out on quite a confusing way, particularly with regard to the lifts. Also there is a flight of spiral stairs outside the buffet restaurant that is quite dangerous, the 1st step blends into the rest of the surrounding path and so it’s quite easy to miss the first step and trip, very dangerous in my opinion.

El sistema de entrega de toallas de piscina es de campamento de verano: cambias tu ticket por una toalla cada día. Si al final de la estancia no tienes el ticket o la toalla, supongo que te cobrarán la toalla.

Un gran detalle que nos sorprendio, nuestro vuelo llegó por la noche y nos habian reservado una cena fría para mi y mi pareja, cena que nos subieron a la habitación. Ventajas: The hotel Aesthetically looks lovely…however on this site and the other site that advises about trips, this hotel should be AMAZING – and from our point of view – it was just – ok. I don’t believe I paid the best price – and that may well have effected my perceptions as well. I understand that hotels work on dynamic rate – ie – the less space they have – the more the room price increases….. In this case – I paid approx. £250 a night. For a 10 night stay – that is quite a lot of money for room only. If the room was priced at £150 a night – I would have felt much more comfortable about it.
Desventajas: The cleaners here get great reviews – however – I would personally say our room cleaning was a 7 out of 10. There were areas missed – and glasses not always washed. My “sea view room” – don’t forget - £250 a night – was behind a rather large palm tree. Which – obscured the view somewhat. It wasn’t what I imagined it would be to be honest.

Ventajas: Fabulous hotel, the setting is amazing, a true oasis in the dunes, absolutely perfect for a relaxing break. Big pool, plenty of loungers, lovely luxurious rooms with excellent sea views over the dunes - love the sofas. Breakfast is fantastic, huge variety, lovely juices and cava :) The nearby shops (go out the beach gate and turn left) are standard cheapish beach resort fare but make a good change from the very stylish hotel and if you like to surf or kite surf the schools are a short walk along the beach. If you want a little more class a £5 taxi will get you to the sunset cafe, hotels and restaurants at Meloneras. Highly recommended.
Desventajas: Would prefer bigger towels changed less frequently. Robes also very small, I would post a picture but it would be indecent :p Tea making facilities in room would be good. Poolside food could be improved, it's okay in a pinch but not the same standard as breakfast.

Ventajas: El hotel es precioso de estilo colonial y el jardín es espectacular. La habitación muy bonita y espaciosa, con una cama enorme. La amabilidad de todo el personal es digna de mencionar.
Desventajas: El baño no olía bien. Los huéspedes en un alto porcentaje eran alemanes de la tercera edad. Nosotros viajábamos con un bebé y esperábamos un plan más familiar. Echamos en falta una rampa para bajar a la zona de piscina con el carrito.

Ventajas: Buena ubicación del hotel. La zona de estar de la habitación resulta un rincón acogedor suficientemente separado de las camas, aunque el sofá tiene el asiento muy duro. La terraza del bar de la piscina. El jardin. El personal muy servicial, agradable y simpático (sobre todo el maitre del comedor). Los precios del bar de la piscina que me parecieron baratos para ser un hotel de 4*. La zona de descanso del primer piso con vistas al lobby.
Desventajas: La comida, en general, tenía poco sabor (especialmente insípidos los arroces y el fideua). El cuarto de baño pequeño para la categoría del hotel y la grifería antigua. Las ventanas y la puerta de la terraza no aislan del ruido. Las zonas comunes de la piscina y el comedor solían estar masificados resultando difícil moverse por ellos.

The hotel was generally clean with a modern touch. There were plenty of sun beds and loungers and I really appreciated the movable "roof" on the sunbeds so you could open and close at as you pleased.

There was entertainment every evening, although some of the entertainment options were hit or miss. The cleanliness of the room was generally ok, but there was a bit lacking in the details, like rust spots or water stains in some areas of the wall and fixtures.

Ventajas: The breakfast options were extensive and delicious. And the setting was very good with a lot of light and even outside tables. The breakfast room was impeccably clean and the staff was attentive in cleaning off the table and making sure the food and beverage options did not run out. The pool area was well designed and the bar made excellent "virgin" drinks. One thing I missed out on was the roof top bar. It was open from 11 am to 5 pm, but I didn't check it out until the end of my last day. In addition to loungers for sunning, the roof top had an elegant bar with a great bar tender, a hot tub and amazing views of the area. There was even an area for nude sun bathing.
Desventajas: Wish I had discovered the roof top bar sooner.

Ventajas: No puedo poner ninguna nota negativa en ningun servicio, nos sentimos muy bien atendidos por todos los trabajadores en general, mencion especial para Fernando y Javier, camareros de la mañana y Sebastian en el turno de noche. Tambien mencion especial para Mauro y Andrea, que nos hicieron sentir muy cercanos y muy queridos a la hora de la diversion, tanto durante el dia como por la noche, os llevamos en el corazon a todos. Tambien a los trabajadores de recepcion siempre dispuestos a facilitarnos toda la informacion que les pedimos. Por todo lo dicho, si volvemos a esa maravillosa isla, nuestro hotel sera EL CASERIO sin dudarlo. Un saludo para todos desde la lejania.

Ventajas: Buena ubicación, buen mantenimiento y buena limpieza
Desventajas: El personal de Recepcion nefasto, poco colaboradores, nada amables y malas formas con los clientes. Parecía que les molestabas cuando les preguntabas algo.

Ventajas: Es el mejor hotel sin duda para alojarte en la zona. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, la comida muy rica, todo su personal es muy amable y encantador. Desde que conocemos este hotel sólo nos alojamos aquí , pues venimos con frecuencia. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, piscina amplia con zona de solárium, terraza con vistas espectaculares, actividades diarias variadas. Muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. Al lado de la playa y con todos los servicios, autobús, farmacia, supermercado, clínica médica, bares y restaurantes. Supera en relación calidad precio a cualquier otro hotel de la zona. Volveremos sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias a Toni de recepción, por su gran amabilidad,siempre dispuesto a ayudar, así como a todo el personal del hotel!!

Ventajas: Hotel perfecto para viaje en pareja. El personal súper cercano y amable nos ayudaron en todo. La cama muy cómoda y la piscina maravillosa. El bufet del desayuno muy muy bueno. La localización del hotel era estupenda, a 1 minuto de un supermecado, a cinco minutos andando de unas playas tranquilas y a 10 de la famosa playa. La habitación tiene un balcón con vistas y mesa para disfrutar. La azotea del hotel cuenta con un jacuzzi.
Desventajas: El bufet de la cena algo escaso.

Ventajas: El complejo es bonito y está bien cuidado..Los apartamentos son estudios sin cocina, con un patio trasero privado y mesa y sillas de jardín en la entrada.
Desventajas: Está alejado de la playa y centros comerciales. No es un problema si alquilas un coche, pero sí en el caso de moverte en transporte público. La ubicación de mi apartamento (125) es un tanto ruidosa por las mañanas, cuando se empieza a hacer la limpieza

Ventajas: El trato del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Hay una zona de aparcamiento, de tierra, al lado del hotel. La habitación era amplia. Zona sin ruidos para descansar sin problema. El desayuno buffet. Rápido acceso a la autovía. Relación calidad precio.
Desventajas: El interior de las habitaciones necesita una actualización en pintura.

Ventajas: Good value for money, surprisingly calm for a large complex with mass tourism. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms, very clean.
Desventajas: Breakfast lacks healthy options. Staff is always friendly and helpful but structurally inefficient (busy running around but even in a nearly empty bar the staff needs 10+ minutes to take a coffee order), seems they have trouble prioritizing tasks (placing Christmas decorations in the restaurant should not make the customer have to wait …).

Ventajas: La limpieza, el trato, el desayuno, la tranquilidad, la situación, la ausencia de ruidos indeseables y en general estuvo bien la estancia a oesarcde lo dicho en" no me gustó "
Desventajas: La piscina porque la temperatura del agua es muy fría y los servicios ofrecidos de masaje no funcionan en horario más adaptados al cliente así como que las habitaciones ya que no tienen cocina que menos que tener un microondas y una nevera en condiciones ya que la que se ofrece parece de juguete..El horario de entrada y salida puede adaptarse mejor a otras horas no tan tardías.. POR LO DEMAS EXCELENTE TODO. También las actividades brillan por su escasez aunque la importancia de ello es relativa... Ahhh.... El buffet para desayunar es muy bueno sin embargo para almorzar es muy corto en variedad. También se ha ser algo mas condescendiente con horarios y no digo más porno perjudicar a ningun trabajador que ciertamente son muy buenos trabajadores

Ventajas: Beds were comfy, staff was kind and helpful, big pool, separate houses and always a parking spot. We had a good time!
Desventajas: You can shower max 15 mins with warm water, after that you need to wait so that the boiler warms up again, not very handy if you are a couple and want to shower after each other. The switches were not working properly. Pool could be more clean. Breakfast was good but if you stay one week as us it’s eventually always the same, a bit more variation would be nice and not the cheapest ham and salami..
