Ventajas: Stunning hotel lovely reception staff . Extremely clean . Location is a nice hide away from the mains parks allowing that down time .

Desventajas: For a 5star hotel there was not enough choice of food at all . Room service wasn’t great and was waiting so long with young children to be served on the evening and for the food to arrive . A reasonable sized large gap on the stair wells was big enough for my one year one to easy slip through if I took my eye off him for a second . Extremely dangerous .

Desventajas: Our children's brand new shoes were "taken" from the pool area. We reported this at reception, we asked to see the duty manager but this was denied. The staff did not deal with the matter at all well. We were told that someone would contact us but at the time of writing some three weeks later, we have heard nothing. We were given generic email addressees for the entire complex including the parks and have heard nothing back. I am hoping through this forum, the appropriate reaction and response might be given. It definitely ruined an otherwise very enjoyable stay. As long as you come and go then its ok but your just a number if something go's wrong. Very very disappointed by this impersonal approach to customer service and clearly they are not concerned about repeat custom just racking the tourists up. Disappointing.

Ventajas: Muy buena calidad de la Media Pensión. Por encima la media! Muy bien el trato al cliente, hace que te sientas como en casa.

Ventajas: Nos hicieron la estancia muy cómoda. Buena comida, buen servicio, instalaciónes nuevas, limpias y cómodas!! Con mucho encanto !!

Desventajas: Nada... La verdad que todo fue muy bien!!

Ventajas: The location of this hotel is perfect! Short walk to the beach, supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. Bus stop at the end of the road 2 mins away which takes you to surrounding towns and also portaventura and is only a couple of euros. Also the roof top pool is brilliant. Although we didn’t use it much due to the weather it was great to relax. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable of the area. Breakfast had a wide variety of food to cater for all ages (we didn’t stay in the hotel to eat at any other time). It was very clean everywhere! The cleaners come the room every morning and emptied bins, made the beds, replaced towels, mopped throughout and cleaned the bathroom! I will definitely stay here again.

Desventajas: Se oía mucho ruido del pasillo, ya que estábamos al lado de las escaleras. El parking estaba completo y tuvimos que aparcar en la calle.

Desventajas: Las escaleras. Con las maletas se hace un poco incómodo.

Ventajas: Una habitación muy buena, nos sentimos muy a gusto y cómodos. Con unas vistas preciosas y una terraza muy bonita. Muy limpio todo!!

Desventajas: Es una zona de mucho movimiento y muchos apartamentos y hoteles, y para aparcar fue muy muy complicado, estuvimos muchas horas para aparcar, ya que no había mucho sitio en la calle.

Ventajas: The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and had all the basic things needed for a traveller. Good value for money.

Desventajas: The room was on the ground floor, but the balcony door was not in order and it was tricky to lock it. There is a kettle in the room, but the sockets are on the other side of the room. Toilet paper dispenser was broken and other typical general wear and tear of the room. Locker room service doesn't use bag labelling in order to prevent stealing or mixing bags. Sounds from the corridor are heard very well (a usual story in Spain, I don't know why).

Ventajas: Very clean and the staff were lovely and very helpful with everything, would highly recommend staying here!! Breakfast is also cool and yum!

Ventajas: Great view from the balcony, great animation team - kids loved, well-equiped playgrounds. Room cleaned daily, had a small kitchenette - very convinient. Great location - bus stop 100 m. Beach 2,5 km, really nice.

Desventajas: At dinner you have to buy even water - agree that wine/ soft drinks don’t have to be included but water is basic. There could be complimentary water bottles in the room, especially handy for late arrivals. A bit shabby, can be seen that it was renovated casually. The shower is in the bath tube, really really inconvenient, the tube old. Beds not comfortable - old madrasses.

Ventajas: Un buen lugar en general. muy buena animación para los chavales, las piscinas amplias, muy buen supermercado dentro, y el servicio de buffet por encima de la media para estos tipos de alojamiento. todo está orientado para las familias, por lo que si vas con peques, triunfas seguro.

Desventajas: El hotel estaba cerrado los días anteriores, y al llegar nos juntamos todos a la vez, por lo que nos toco una hora de espera para hacer el checkin. es difícil aparcar si vas con coche, por lo que te puedo tocar 10 minutos andando desde el aparcamiento más cercano.

Ventajas: Good location, clean, pleasant staff

Desventajas: Too noisey with loud speakers blasting in the mid morning and until 10:40 pm and sliding doors not double glazed. More a family hotel for children - nice pools and activities but not for single or double occupants. Internet was pathetic everywhere less than 1 mbps speed- even my 4G was so much better . Bedsheets not replaced unless dirty.

Ventajas: The animation team were amazing with not only the kids but with the adults too , there was entertainment for everyone , the team were all so kind and welcoming to everyone and got everyone involved in the fun and games

Ventajas: Los trabajadores del hotel son maravillosos. Galia, Antonio, Ana, el socorrista Asturiano...una gozada. Una amabilidad y simpatía alucinante y eso que no se lo puse fácil que iba con mis 3 niñas pequeñas!!! Como no puedo comer gluten, todos los días Antonio me preguntaba qué quería cenar/desayunar y me lo sacaban recién hecho. Una maravilla.

Desventajas: Los cabeceros de las camas tenían un Marco de madera que sobresalían a la altura de la cabeza, mis hijas a poco se abren la cabeza. Las habitaciones se ven un poco viejitas.

Ventajas: Piscina de la 6 planta y terraza restaurante. Amabilidad del personal de 10

Desventajas: Falta algo de iluminación en habitaciones ,es muy tenue

Ventajas: Good breakfast and coffee, very good location, very pleasant and helpful reception staff but bar staff less so.

Ventajas: Staff, friendly, professional, welcoming, multilingual, helpful, courteous, and eager to help. Mostly faultless. Even the housekeeping staff and guys clearing trolleys of dirty plates in the restaurant were super friendly. The location is central to everything. 20 Min walk to theme parks, lots of supermarkets close by if you don't want to pay €31 for 2 drinks! 5-10 Min walk to beach. Whole hotel immaculately clean, housekeeping available daily and very polite. Beds are large and comfortable, if a little firm. Even at peak busy times the restaurant ran like clockwork. Service is impeccable, food replenished swiftly when running low and plenty of variety every evening to prevent tedium and boredom.

Desventajas: The place was amazing. Only encountered one rude staff member the whole stay, some dude in the restaurant trying to tell us we couldn't sit at the only clean and re-laid table in the restaurant when they were extremely busy. Other than that, all the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. My only other gripe was being charged €31 for a gin and lemonade and a rum and coke in the adults only pool and bar area! Just because my kids weren't with me doesn't mean I don't have any and I'm made of money!!! That was extortionate! Other than those two gripes the place was immaculate, food was fantastic, entertainment varied. One singer thought he was Elvis and sang like a drunk dad at karaoke, dancers were amazing but ruined by some guy who thought he was a comedian while they danced to Moana soundtrack, and some muscle blokes doing pitiful trampoline acrobatics. Not my cup of tea but then there was the whole of salou on the doorstep to find our own entertainment. Oh, and no English speaking channels on the tv. I like to have the TV on in background when I sleep due to anxiety but struggled to sleep with it being in a language I didn't understand, however I'm not entitled and realise that in Spain you should expect their TV to be in Spanish!

Ventajas: Habitación muy grande, me gusto el jacuzzi en la planta de arriba con las vistas. También la comida de buffet muy variada. Por la noche había música que el bar de hotel, mucho ambiente. Piscina muy grande.

Desventajas: Habitación necesitaría una reforma. Aunque personal de la recepción muy majo, nos han dado información errónea sobre horarios de spa.Colas para esperar el ascensor.

Desventajas: Terrazas con sillas con mucho ruido al moverse, cristales de terrazas finos y no insonorizados. Molesta para dormir si mueven sillas. Y hablan poco fuerte los huespedes.

Desventajas: Booked this hotel as the final day of hubbys birthday weekend for the spa facilities. Unfortunately they were closed as it was last day of season of which we were not advised

Ventajas: - location is very good, 10 minute walk to portaventura & 10 min walk to strip/beach - great price for 5 nights but this is because of the time of year - Room was clean and comfortable - staff were friendly & helpful - Pool area would be really nice in July or August but outside bar was closed and the place was empty for our stay - rooftop jacuzzi area was really nice - breakfast was adequate but wouldn’t have it if it was not included - inside bar area is welcoming but was mostly empty during our stay - would definitely come back to this hotel but in June/July/August

Desventajas: - We had dinner one night which was just under €20 each including a coke, not enough selection, ended up having chicken nuggets and chips - Season was almost over so there were no activities/entertainment in the hotel or pool area for the duration of our stay ** Top Tip - Do not come to Salou (any hotel it doesn’t matter) in October, go to the canaries instead **

Ventajas: large spacious rooms, good variety of food at meal times. We arrived about midnight at the hotel and found that a lovely cold buffet and water was laid out in the dining room for us - most appreciated after a long day.

Desventajas: there was not enough coffee dispensers in the dining room and this resulted in long queues for coffee etc.

Ventajas: Good position for Portaventura and the beach/restaurants in Salou. Lots of shops nearby

Ventajas: the outdoor swimming pool, the ping pong table, the billiard and the size of the room. Staff at the restaurant and the lady at the bar were very nice.

Desventajas: The rooms are very basic and were not well cleaned when we arrived, and when we made our booking we asked a few things that obviously they never read or did not take into consideration. Some staff were really not nice and that's a pity because most of them were nice and it puts the overall evaluation down. I also didn't like the fact that there is a minibar but you need to pay to just use it. I had no idea and i brought medicines with me that should be placed in the fridge and i found it really unfair. The turkish bath was not working on the first day.

Ventajas: Highly recommended. Friendly staff. Everything was clean, beautiful hall, very good buffet for dinner and breakfast. Easy connection to the Park, only five minutes walking. Nice bedroom inside a Western Village. We will book this Hotel again.

Ventajas: The location was excellent because it was in the park. Buffet Breakfast and dinner were also very good and staff were helpful. I arrived late at night and missed my dinner on arrival so the hotel contacted me and offered my vouchers for lunch which was a nice touch.

Desventajas: It was a little expensive for what it is really but to be expected since you are accommodated in the park

Ventajas: Lo mejor es la ubicación y practicidad para acceder al parque. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas pero lo de 4 estrellas es relativo

Ventajas: El bar-restaurante de la zona de la piscina. La piscina en si también es muy linda. La playa tiene una arena hermosa. El agua caliente en las instalaciones y lababos y duchas cerca a donde estaba la tienda. Accesorios básicos para cocina y nevera en la tienda.

Desventajas: Que no avisaba que la tienda comanche no incluía ropa de cama.

Ventajas: The location is a dream, beach, pool and whole forest but where the tents are. Absolutely amazing!! The tent facilities were great too - kitchenette comprised of fridge, cooker, pan, cutlery and all utensils.

Desventajas: Staff didn’t fulfil our request for a wine opener even though they would when I asked for it.

Ventajas: Stayed in Coco tent with a family, very comfortable, very well equipped. The camping is well organized, clean and has amazing views over the sea. I like the fact that all animations take place outside of the main camping (in swimming pool/restaurant area), so it is very quiet at night. Great beaches around, the main La Mora has all the bars and restaurants, the small camping beach is cosy and relaxed, the Roca Plana is a short walk away (our personal favorite).

Desventajas: Please consider having a place for beach equipment that people want to leave. We saw a lot of sand toys in the garbage one day, that could definitely be reused by other guests.

Ventajas: El bungalow está en una zona tranquila (justamente nos asignaron el mismo el año anterior). Cerca de la playa , y del supermercado. Se ve y escucha el mar.

Desventajas: La higiene era buena pero justa. Había telas de arara y araña en las habitaciones y en el lavabo.

Ventajas: All stay was absolutely brilliant. From friendly receptionist till great location and convenience of all facilities. Highly Recommended. Definitely will come back.

Desventajas: Desagradable sorpresa al llegar a la habitación tras el check-in y ver que, a pesar de haber solicitado una cama grande en la reserva de booking (siempre hay la opción de dos camas o una cama grande), además de haber escrito un mensaje especificando que no queríamos dos camas separadas o juntas (unidas o no), precisamente nos encontramos dos camas sueltas, en lugar de una cama grande. Por si fuera poco, contactamos con recepción, y nos dijeron que no había nada que hacer porque el hotel estaba completo y no contaban con más habitaciones. ¿En serio? ¿No hay nada que hacer? A mi, por lo pronto, se me ocurren tres o cuatro detalles que hubieran podido tener, y no hablo de unos bombones o una invitación al desayuno. Además, al respecto de la limpieza de la habitación, nos encontramos con dos pinzas de pelo enganchadas en la salida del aire acondicionado/calefacción. Una mala experiencia en su conjunto.

Ventajas: ubicación fantástica, excelentes servicios y amabilidad, limpieza en todos los ambientes, diría que perfecto.

Ventajas: Staff is very friendly, speaks in many languages (Russian also) Good bathroom: big and interesting. Fastes check-in and check-out. 3 minutes to the sea

Desventajas: The clearness of the room is not appropriate: there was some dust under the bed and on some furniture. Be carful the WiFi signal is poor on the 3d floor: normal signal you can catch only in the bathroom. In the place where bed stands you can not open any websites not to mention YouTube or something like that.

Ventajas: Un hotel excelentemente ubicado. De aspecto general y de instalaciones muy bien conservado. Con salones muy bonitos, bien decorados, acogedores y limpios.Sus estancias invitan a pasar momentos muy agradables sentado en sus cómodos sillones teniendo una tertulia con tus acompañantes o disfrutando de un café. Con una muy buena climatización en las zonas comunes,hall y el bar-cafetería. Piscinas y zonas jardines exteriores bien mantenidas y acogedoras. Es un hotel bonito. Habitaciones con vistas al mar con unas vistas increíbles, llenas de belleza y preciosas, todo un lujo. Con espacio suficiente y amplia terraza con tendedero.

Desventajas: La comida no está a la altura. Un tanto decepcionante.Una variedad escasa y no de la mejor calidad. Horarios en las comidas centroeuropeos que no se ajustan a los gustos españoles en vacaciones. Si la finalización del servicio de comidas o cenas termina a una hora determinada 14:45 o 21:45 no se debe de retirar la comida 25 o 30 minutos antes de esa hora, produce incomodidad al cliente. No comes tranquilo aunque hayas entrado a comer a las 14:15 o a las 21:15, según mi opinión esta forma de actuar no corresponde a un Hotel de cuatro estrellas. Igual a un comedor escolar,sí. Las tumbonas de la piscina con apariencia sucia.

Ventajas: La limpieza,amabilidad del personal

Desventajas: La comida ,para ser un hotel de 4 estrelles baja calidad

Desventajas: Rubbish entertainment and miserable restaurant manager Staff in the dining area rarely smile and several are ignorant

Ventajas: Everything ways perfect for 5 nights...all inclusive....top class hotel....5 star +

Desventajas: Comfy beds, power shower, great breakfast, lunch, dinner.... nice poolside, nice sunshine, I can hear the waves at night from our poolside balcony...

Desventajas: Very noisy at night from the hotel behind us until 1am not good for a baby also the aircon was very poor,

Ventajas: Las instalaciones son muy buenas y todo muy limpio. El personal simpático y atento.

Desventajas: No había para hacerse tostadas de jamón y tomate en el buffet del desayuno.

Ventajas: tanto la ubicacion como el desayuno muy bien

Ventajas: The property is stunning. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. The adult only pool is the best pool I’ve used in ages. Love the privacy, and as someone who isn’t a sun worshipper, when it is in the shade from about 2pm you get the whole thing to yourself!

Desventajas: My air con didn’t work. I had to keep the door open and I got bit to holy hell. I asked staff for a fan (at 3am in a hot and stuffy rage) and they told me to just open the door. The jacuzzis are freezing cold. Never heated

Ventajas: Very very clean and modern great sunbathing areas great hotel

Desventajas: Miserable bar staff and restaurant staff

Ventajas: Good variety of food and lots of it, better than some of the Sapnish brekfasts at other Hotels, The hotel itself very clean and tidy, and pleasant staff. Easy to find your way around it.

Desventajas: Walking acces to and from the Property needs to be clearer on distance and gradients.

Ventajas: Staff were helpful. Pool was good when the schools weren’t there. Good location

Desventajas: Food in the restaurant was a 5/10. If you like chips the your fine. “Chinese night” was just a bowl of noodles and some spring rolls. Not a very big range of food. Definitely not worth the 12E a night, better off going to the Indian down the road, set meal for 11.90E. Served a purpose, left a day early to spend more time in Barcelona.

Ventajas: Muy completo especialmente considerando la relacion calidad precio. Personal epecialmente de restaurante muy amable.

Desventajas: Algun pequeño mal entendido con recepción como que en la tasa turistica (1€ por persona) no me dejaban pagar con tarjeta inicialmente y me enviaban a un cajero, pero finalmente pasaba por allá la responsable y lo arreglo sin problema.

Ventajas: Esta muy bien situado, en invierno es genial porque está muy bien de precio. El desayuno genial!! El hotel es antiguo (las pareces son de papel) pero está cuidado. El personal es correcto.

Desventajas: Al llegar a la habitación el WC estaba sucio (por no dar más explicaciones). Bajamos a recepción, se disculparon diciendo que es rarísimo que les hubiera pasado esto, y que mandaban al personal de limpieza. Al volver a la habitación había una botella de cava y un cartel con la disculpa.

Ventajas: Breakfast was good,plenty of variety

Desventajas: Very noisy in the corridor at night, guests banging on doors, shouting etc. Very difficult to reserve car parking space in advance although the site said this could be done.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones,muy pequeñas

Ventajas: Nos alojamos alli toda la familia durante casi una semana y la verdad que me sorprendió para bien, hay animación en la piscina durante todo el día tanto para niños como para adultos, incluso por la noche hay una mini disco para los más peques muy divertida y amena y más tarde hay música en vivo para toda la familia. El personal súper amable tanto de recepción como el de animación, la comida muy buena y hay una gran variedad para elegir, el comedor muy limpio y lo que más me gustó es que todo el embutido es recién cortado y el pan te lo pueden tostar a la leña, el café buenísimo ya que es de Nespresso qué, a mi particularmente lo encuentro delicioso. Unas vacaciones fantásticas que volvería a repetir sin duda.

Desventajas: Hotel was overbooked and we had to spend the 1st 2 days of our holiday at hotel belvedere which wasn't the same standard as villa.romana

Desventajas: La limpieza en la habitación. No limpian muy bien y la horá de entrada y salida del hotel la entrada es muy tarde y la salida muy pronto con lo cual pierdes un dia

Desventajas: Food definitely not as good as it was in previous years. The only way to get a sunbed in the sun was to be down at between 6 and 7.30 am!! Long queues at poolside for bar for food.

Ventajas: Excellent facilities as well as variety of food available. Staff and entertainment excellent.

Desventajas: En realidad todo me gustó. A pesar de tener tanta ocupación, en las habitaciones no se oye nada.
