Ventajas: Friendly cabin staff and one of the most enjoyable addresses by a captain I've ever heard (and seen - he was out in the first class area when he welcomed us).

Desventajas: Last minute plane change due to incomplete repairs was a bummer, but I appreciate that they caught the issue before we took off

Desventajas: I like everything about the flight

Desventajas: I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg.

Desventajas: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Desventajas: We were on the runway for one hour and Calgary was not notified so we could not make our connecting flight even though room on the plane. On the flight an hour later we were on the plane for three hours but the weather prevented takeoff. Now we are sleeping in the airport until 6 am. So I think communication needs to be improved

Ventajas: Really appreciated AC getting us on an earlier flight as our scheduled flight was delayed over 2 hours due to weather.

Ventajas: Food and drinks provided were really appreciated especially the wine/beer and hot meals on the long flight.

Desventajas: Not enough leg room etc. for long flights. Cushions and blankets were nice.

Desventajas: You cancelled my flight and booked me and my 2 toddlers at an off-site hotel. It was terrible carrying all our stuff for our 5 am check-in.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable.

Desventajas: Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it.

Ventajas: Finnair is the best!

Ventajas: Loved the wine hour, location, access to bikes and lovely breakfast buffet! Service was super friendly, too.

Desventajas: I hate paying for water but I seem to do this all over town.

Ventajas: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Desventajas: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.

Desventajas: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Ventajas: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Desventajas: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Desventajas: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Ventajas: The crew on this flight were excellent. Friendly and professional. Attentive and patient.

Desventajas: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people I know on different flights also have big complaints about the food.

Ventajas: The basics were fine.

Desventajas: The crew on the flight was really loud and talked about unprofessional things. Every time I was woken up it was by a flight attendant talk to another attendant really loud across the plane. Also, this was advertised as Lufthansa but was actually United. Kayak seems to do this frequently, and as a customer it is confusing and disappointing.

Desventajas: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Ventajas: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Ventajas: Good entertainment options, a lot of good movies to choose. Flight was on time, we arrived before the scheduled time.

Desventajas: The crew seems to have some troubles between them and it was reflected in the service they offered to the passengers. Some of them were rude.
