Ventajas: La ubicación era perfecta y unas vistas preciosa hasta el puente

Desventajas: La calle por la que teníamos que entrar estaba en obras y teníamos que dar una vuelta más grande para llegar

Ventajas: Very nice staff and the view the hostel has was really impressing. Super clean, and breakfast was great with basic menu. Also quite close subway station and bus stop so that we could go every place in 20min.

Desventajas: Nothing.

Ventajas: El trato de Maritza, excelente!!! Era mi cumpleaños y se portó súper linda!! Servicio y desayuno muy bueno!!! La vista desde la habitación espectacular!! Le doy un 100%+. Lo recomiendo muy bien. Muy buena ubicación!

Ventajas: Si quieres un hotel y sentirte como en casa, no lo dudes!!! Aparcamos en la puerta (gratis) nada más llegar. El hotel esta ubicado justo al lado del puente de San Luis, el más famoso de oporto, con unas habitaciones supercomodas, con todo lujo de detalles y unas vistas increibles al puente y río. Habitación grande, comoda, muy limpia y acogedora. La cama muy comoda!! El desayuno tipo buffet con un montón de panes variados y embutidos, quesos y demás. Surtido de dulces y mermeladas, cereales... en fin, un escandalo. Y sobre todo!! Quiero destacar por encima de todo a Marisa. Marisa es la duña/gerente del establecimiento. Es la amabilidad y la simpatía personificada!! Es increible lo agradable y dispuesta que es con sus clientes. Sin duda se merece un 10 en conjunto por su ubicación, calidad/precio, limpieza, comodidad y sobre todo por Marisa. Recuerdos a Marisa de parte de Raquel y su marido Iván. Saludos y gracias.

Desventajas: Poor breakfast served very late for tourists,09:00! -Poor heat in the room!- The whole place is obviously under renovation-No fridge in the room!-No sleepers!No 24hour reception!

Ventajas: La amabilidad de la señorita Marisa, a la cual le damos las gracias desde aquí. Y le agradecemos el trato recibido. El apartamento es una maravilla, con vistas maravillosas y desayuno espectacular.

Ventajas: Best view of Porto. Very well located. I hughly recommend.

Desventajas: Parking was slightly difficult otherwise nothing to say.

Ventajas: The view from the room is super cool. The place is close to the most touristic parts of Porto and also very close to some of the most good wine tasking places. The room was very clean and commode.

Ventajas: Marisa is wonderful and the rooms and property have everything you need and a view of the river and Ponte Dom Luis you will love. It is so close to walk to the Mercado or restaurants in Villa Nova de Gaia, and just a short walk and funicular ride up the hill puts you right by Sao Bento station.

Desventajas: There is a lot of construction around in Gaia but it is a neighborhood and place that is on the rise.

Ventajas: Giant room with awesome design! Dinners definitely worth 7euro. Everything was perfect!

Ventajas: Genius loci - great space, design, spacious & generally very well executed interior! Also staff is great, breakfast is good & you even get a welcome drink. Great location if you're aiming for the city center. Would definitely stay there again! ♥

Desventajas: It seems the bathroom capacity was not enough for the dorm (had to wait a lot to get there) - but might have been just bad luck with roommates that just take too long. :D

Desventajas: Nos robaron en el coche. Al llegar, como no tenían Parking, dejamos el coche en la calle que está al lado del hotel. Hicimos el registro y, al volver al coche, nos habían roto un cristal y nos habían robado. Es una zona insegura. Mejor no alojarse en esta zona.

Ventajas: -The location and the view were amazing! -They offered a discount for guests to the winery experience (entrance fee)

Desventajas: -Is very important to tell your customers that the access to the hotel is not in the 1st floor. As an old and historical building in Porto, guests needs to take stairs to access your lobby. If you have a medical condition and you can not climb stairs (plus luggage) is not the most recommended place to stay. -Parking lot is near to the hotel, however the cost is $17 euros/day. -Is a hotel for young people and solo travelers. If you are paying for a room with view or suite, you need to know that you will be sharing the dining table with other people and the living room is always full with people playing cards, watching TV, etc. It was not bad, but you need to know it before.

Ventajas: Amazing and beautiful hostel, super nice and friendly staff. I loved everything and it was better than what I was expecting! I even had delicious vegan breakfast in the morning. I totally recommend this place and it's super well located! LOVED IT!

Ventajas: La gente que atiende es muy amable. Si desean ofrecen actividades que permiten integrar a los huéspedes. La ubicación única cerca a todo. Un ambiente muy cálido. Los desayunos muy completos.

Ventajas: The Yeatman came highly recommended and did not disappoint in any way. The staff was exceptional and went to extremes to make everything perfect for us. Breakfast was amazing both in terms of the food choices and the helpful people, not to mention that it was included in our room rate. The location gives a great view over Porto. Walking to town takes some effort (and more effort for the return!) but cabs are plentiful.

Ventajas: El Hotel y los servicios son Espectaculares, sin embargo para poder disfrutarlo de forma completa necesitas que el tiempo acompañe, ya que la experiencia se reduce si no puedes disfrutar del desayuno ó la piscina con esas vistas, como fue nuestro caso :(

Desventajas: La temperatura de la piscina interior, pese al mal tiempo, no era la adecuada, lo cual impedía disfrutar de ella. Faltaban detalles de amenities (Agua o algo más allá del gel, champú, etc...) Independientemente del precio de la habitación, los precios de los servicios eran desorbitados... 7€ un Café con Leche o una caña.

Desventajas: What didn’t we like? When it was time to check out. Most definitely could have stayed on longer if we didn’t have a pressing engagement.

Ventajas: El personal AMABILISIMO, las vistas espectaculares, ahora con 4 gruas delante, jeje...la habitacion, las sabanas...

Desventajas: La piscina exterior llena de gaviotas, la interior fria para ser un hotel 5 est, una pena con la vista expectacular desde la piscina no poder disfrutarla.. La bolleria del desayuno floja, en general el desayuno, salvo la sala y los camareros, no esta a la altura de lo demas. El precio desorbitado, hay mejores opciones

Ventajas: Todo. Es un 5 estrellas excepcional en todos los sentidos.

Ventajas: Everything was wonderful. The whole place is heavenly and so well groomed it is really impressive. The cottage was really welcoming and the bed wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The owners were extremely kind and ready to satisfy all our wishes. They put us at ease and even offered my grandson to bring a ball with him. To repeat.

Ventajas: Everything was special from room to courtyard. We are walking the Camino and hosts gave us ride to and from trail. 1-2 km off trail. Pool was perfect after long hot day walking. We ate in for dinner and had great soup and salad for after lunch prepared for us. Stay in and relax at property

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: Fantastic kind hospitality. Even drove us to a restaurant in the evening - and picked us up afterwards! Quiet, healthy breakfast and impeccable friendly service. Clean and bright as if new (since 2017).

Desventajas: A few kilometres outside town, but not problematic, well connected.

Ventajas: En general todo fantástico , el trato exquisito en todo momento , muy atentos y en todo momento preocupados porque nuestra estancia fuera perfecta , el sito es muy bonito , amplio y cómodo , las casitas son perfectas , la zona está muy a mano de Porto y Gaia , seguro que en cuanto podamos repetiremos , el desayuno es manteca pura . Ventajas: We walked the Camino and this place may be a bit of the trail by approx 1 km but it is easy to get back on in the morning and it is extremely worthwhile to stay. The family is welcoming and it is an extremely beautiful and peaceful place. The grounds are large and very safe. It is a must stop and stay over for anyone travelling in the area. Meals were prepared by the owner and it was fantastic

Desventajas: There is absolutely nothing to dislike

Ventajas: El lugar es tal cual las fotos. No hay engaños por ninguna parte como me tiene pasado en otros sitios. Una familia muy amable, esta a 15 min nada más del centro de Oporto. Parking privado. Y desayuno incluido. Un mini bufet privado solo para nosotros 2 a la hora que escogimos nosotros e incluso con leche sin lactosa. Recomendable 100%

Desventajas: Tiene una cómoda de cajones. Deberían añadirle un armario para estancias más largas porque merece la pena pasar varios días ahí, además tiene mini piscina.

Ventajas: Limpieza, la amabilidad de sus dueños, perfectamente cuidado. El desayuno estupendisimo!

Desventajas: Que la ducha tenga cortina y no mampara

Ventajas: La tranquilidad y los espacios de la casa, es preciosa.

Ventajas: Lo que más nos gustó es la limpieza y comodidad de la habitación, se percibe que ha sido reformado hace poco, olía a madera nueva. No hicimos uso de la cocina pero sí la echamos un ojo y estaba perfecta, nueva, limpia y bien equipada. Pero lo más destacable es la amabilidad de Elisa y personal, señora que acompañaba nuestros magníficos desayunos con anécdotas, consejos y naturalidad, el trato como en casa. Los desayunos muy buenos por el precio, bollería recién horneada, buen café, exquisita mermelada, macedonia de frutas casera con una variedad de unas 8 frutas, en resumen una gozada. La ubicación es excelente, no está en la zona centro, pero rápidamente atraviesas el puente y te sitúas tanto por arriba como por abajo en las zonas más turísticas a ver. Además estás a un paso del mirador y jardín más bonito de la ciudad. Si buscas alojarte sin pagar en exceso, es un sitio magnífico.

Desventajas: En ocasiones en la habitación hacía fresquito, que no frío, pero al no haber radiadores nada más que en el baño y al ser la calefacción existente de aire acondicionado automático el cual se apaga cuando quitas la tarjeta e imagino está regulado por recepción, no te dejaba subir los grados.

Ventajas: Habitaciones espaciosas y con todo lo necesario. Camas y sofá cama cómodas. Cercano al centro y a zona de restaurantes cerca del río.

Desventajas: Imposible aparcar. El parking que ofrece es de difícil acceso y escondido. Sin embargo encontramos uno cercano que valía 6 euros/día. El baño tiene acumulador de agua caliente, por lo que para ducharnos 4 personas tuvimos que esperar a que se volviera a calentar.

Ventajas: Very nice lady at the reception desk. The hotel is very close to the river where you can find a lot of restaurants and bars.

Ventajas: Recently completely remodeled- large spacious modern apartments fully equipped inc fridge coffee maker toaster and cooker - good wifi - excellent location - staff friendly speak good English-comfortable bed - all great

Ventajas: Returned to Gaia Porto Hostel after 4 years and it is still as good as it used to be. The host Joao and his family are amazing, they know how to take care of their guests. Location is nice with many restaurants and grocery shops in the area. Besides, views from the terrace are unbelievable. Breakfast is probably the best out of all the hostels I have been to.

Ventajas: Estoy recorriendo Portugal con mi esposa por vacaciones y este hotel B&B ha sido lejos el mejor alojamiento de mi estadía en Portugal. Catarina la administradora y recepcionista del hotel, es una persona maravillosa que nos hizo sentir en casa. Tuvo voluntad para solucionar problemas personales. Habla Inglés, Español y por supuesto Portugués. Cuando llegas en la noche puedes pasar a la cocina a tomarte un té o café y comer fruta disponibles para los huéspedes. También tienes la facilidad de cocinar algo. El lugar cuenta con estacionamiento privado gratis. El hotel se encuentra a 20 minutos del centro caminando ya 10 minutos del borde de la Rivera.

Desventajas: Me gustó todo.

Ventajas: Nice accommodation close to city center. Very friendly host (Catarina). Everyday cleaning was a nice surprise.

Desventajas: Only a slight smell of old furniture but because of the mentioned advantages it is no problem.

Ventajas: Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Modern yet charming. Location near metro to Porto and up the hill from Vila Nova de Gaia.

Ventajas: Very good location with easy access for a vehicle. Easy walk to transit or even for walking across the river to Porto. Owner was very helpful and gave us lots of good information when we checked in.

Desventajas: La ubicación era un poco lejos del centro y en plena calle de subida pero a su vez tranquilo.

Ventajas: Breakfast was great. Room could be quite cold - it was October. Katerina was very pleasant and helpful and quickly provided appropriate bedding given change in weather. She made suggestions as to where we could visit, rent a car, find interesting activities. There was ample, secure parking. The location was excellent. It was very quiet, but access to the centre was very easy.

Desventajas: The room was great, but did get a bit cold. I cannot really find any real fault.

Ventajas: La habitación era amplia, incluso tenía una pequeña terraza. La cocina y la sala común bien equipadas y amplias. Había dos baños compartidos para tres habitaciones dobles, por lo cual no hubo ningún problema.

Desventajas: Un poco alejada del centro, sobre media hora andando, pero merece la pena.

Ventajas: Lugar al lado de Grahms, vistas ... limpieza amabilidad y disponibilidad de los dueños.

Desventajas: Los compañeros de piso muy ruidosos .... toda la noche con musica, quizas porner unas normas de silencio estaria bien.

Desventajas: La calle que lleva desde la ribera hasta la puerta del depto, de noche, es muy solitaria. Escoger otra calle seria hacer 2km mas. No hay modo de hacerlo.

Ventajas: Short scenic walk through the port cellar district to Porto - max 10minutes to reach the Luis Bridge on foot. Most magnificent views of the city!! Absolutely loved the apartment; spacious room with comfortable bed. Everything was spotless adding to the comfort; truly a home away from home. Check-in process went very smooth, even though I made a last minute booking. Owner was very helpful with recommendations in the area.

Desventajas: Not applicable - loved it!

Ventajas: The host was very nice and explained us how everything is working. It was also easy to contact with him through WhatsApp and he was very quickly replying to my messages on booking.com. There is a nice balcony in the apartment where you can sit and eat breakfast or dinner.

Desventajas: It’s a nice place to stay but for the price of the hostel a few Facilities are missing. There is a moist on the ceiling of one of the bathrooms. In the kitchen only one hob was working out of 4, a little lack of the kitchen equipment ( only one pan, no strainer etc..) no hairdryer,no mirror in the room ( just in bathrooms so quite troublesome when someone is there or you need to use mirror for a bit longer). It would be nice if there was a fan in the room as ours was very stuffy and in the summer heat it was just impossible to sleep. The area is ok, you can get to the center of the city by bus but if you need some grocery shopping the closest supermarket is half an hour walk as all the small shops around are closing very early.

Ventajas: Great value, the shared bathrooms were not an issue at all and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was really clean and it was great to have a refrigerator to keep a few things cold.

Ventajas: Very kind host. Clean. Great location, 15 min walk from the Luis bridge. Good value for money.

Ventajas: Excellent location, easy access to shops, restaurants, railway station and close proximity to airport. Spacious room very clean and neat, well decorated, comfortable bed. The facilities i.e. spa and pool are affordable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent atmosphere! Great value for money!

Desventajas: Bueno pues esta es mi segunda opinion dado que el sitio es bueno pero lo que no me parecio nada bien es el trato de despues ya que el dueño/ gerente con el cual no trate ningun dia busco mi telefono y se comunico conmigo via wasap para criticar mi comentario el cual le daba una excelente puntuación pero me había resultado confuso pues ni corto ni perezoso me escribió recriminando mi comentario en incluso con tono a amenazante cuando sin tener por que le explique mis motivos así que a pesar del sitio esto me parece que no es lógico ni normal de aquí mi mala valoración. Una pena que se utilice la informacion personal de una reserva para esto

Ventajas: La limpieza, la amabilidad del personal.

Desventajas: Las puertas suenan demasiado al abrir y cerrar y eso molesta a los demás pero no se puede evitar.

Desventajas: Apparently, we hit the day when the hostess was in a bad mood. When we entered, she didn’t say “Hello”, did not even smile, did not invite us inside to wait until the room was ready. To the question “Can we use the kitchen?” She rounded her eyes and asked “WHY?”. It just doesn't fit in my head. Further worse. The description of the room does not indicate that the bathroom is shared. If you see a blue bathroom in the photo, please note that it is shared by two rooms. It was an unpleasant surprise for me, because always all objects in the room description write “with a shared bathroom”, here the bathroom was indicated as a convenience in the room! I have already paid the reservation and for the cancellation they would not have returned the money to me. We asked to pay extra for a room with a bath, but we were refused. It seems that everything was busy. The hostess couldn’t communicate with us in English, called the “supervisor”, handed the phone and he, without even saying hello, said in a rude voice “What do you need?” Book another hotel! ” I replied that they would withdraw money from me for my reservation. But he was not interested, he continued to speak rudely that we would look for another place. Although we were ready to pay more and just asked for another room! Thus, we had no choice and we had to stay there for the night, with the bathroom and toilet combined! The audibility is terrible, you can hear the water pouring in the bathroom of the neighbors. The room is clean, but very small, about 7-8 meters, a suitcase (especially with two) would not physically fit. I first encountered such rudeness in the accommodation facility. Finally I thought I paid for a room with a bath and that I could use the kitchen to make tea in the evening, but I didn’t get any of this. We run away early in the morning, I even forgot the earrings. Thanks to the hostess, she returned them.

Ventajas: El trato personal y familiar de la propietària, su amabilidad, la facilidad para llegar al centro de Oporto en transporte público

Ventajas: La habitación, la cama era cómoda, baño grande y sobre todo la terraza exterior

Desventajas: Se encuentra en zona azul para quien vaya en coche

Ventajas: Cercanía al metro y limpieza del alojamiento. Íbamos andando al centro de Oporto (20 minutos andando cuesta abajo), la subida la habíamos en metro, hay una parada a dos minutos andando del alojamiento. Íbamos 4 y la habitación era muy grande, con un baño inmenso. Se aparcaba muy bien en la puerta aunque era de pago... (65 céntimos la hora, máximo 4 horas y de 9 a 19 horas). Al lado de la parada de metro había una zona de aparcamiento muy grande y gratuita.

Desventajas: La nuestra no pero había otras habitaciones que no tenían baño propio y tenían que usar uno común que había en el pasillo. Nuestra habitación pegaba a ese baño común y se oía bastante el ruido por las mañanas.

Ventajas: The place was spotless, every time we had some sort of issue the communication was easy and prompt. The check in was warm and quick and the check out was also very easy.

Desventajas: I believe we only had issues because we spend a full week in this property, briefly there was a lack of water and since we were in for a business trip, we were required to wake up early. So unfortunately we couldn't prepare our own breakfast in the kitchen but instead we had great options around so in the end it wasn't that much of a deal.

Ventajas: Its was perfect for what i wanted. It was very clean and in a fantastic location. The residents were very kind and welcoming. I will choose this property again when i revisit.

Ventajas: It’s the perfect place to stay , either going for a weekend or a longer stay . It felt almost like being at home . And being just a couple off minutes from Porto city , is just perfect . Thank you to everyone .

Ventajas: I think this hostel is high rated because the house is beautiful and clean, but nothing else. The price does not worth it. A guest house for the price of a hotel?

Desventajas: 1. The services describes 24 h deskfront. It is false. We had to wait more than 1 hour in front of the hostel. After a call to the property, the person in charge said she would come in 15 mn. She took 40. She didn't even apologized in person. 2. The property describes a parking service. Once in the place, the women argued "it was not possible to provide a car for all the clients", announcing a car parking outside. (city payment). THERE IS NO PARKING SERVICE. Only for the owner. 3. The room description before the booking payment said "room has views". FALSE. NO VIEW, other than the wall of the building 3 m in front. The women argued we have access to a common terrace of the building! (Not accessible from the room). 4. So,The information provided in the booking moment is not real or true. The service is bad. The women was not helpful, not accepting our comments, (she even suggested to cancel the booking and to go out!!!). We are paying the price of a higher standart room for a place where there is no service, you can not enter the hotel- hostel, and the services are not the same. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I SEE a kind of service like this and FALSE INFORMATION for the client.

Ventajas: The food and staff were wonderful.

Desventajas: There is NO reason that a high end spa and wellness center should have a smoking room in the middle of the lobby, bar, and restaurant. It was very unpleasant to step out of the elevator and be hit with smoke.

The staff is kind wile you pay, but if you try go out earlier than booked, they become loud and unfriendly! They steal money and nothing more!!! EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Ventajas: Todo en general, perfecto!! La habitación muy comoda, cama grande.. baño grande, terraza estupenda, y unas vistas de 10!! Lo recomiendo.

Desventajas: Debería de tener pase al Spa( circuito termal) gratis para los alojados en el hotel. Qué menos para un hotel de esa envergadura! Sería lo único a echar en falta

Ventajas: Great ocean view from most of the rooms that have a balcony. Very quiet and calm. Great place to relax thanks to well functioning amenities and services. Direct exit from the hotel to the ocean and beach promenade. Free spacious private parking in front of the hotel. Overall, you will get reasonably priced upper-class hotel. Perfect for relaxation after busy sightseeing day in Porto. Also worth spending a day inside without leaving hotel area.

Desventajas: If you don't have a car getting to the hotel and back to the Porto will be a problem. Food selection during the breakfast is rather limited, and was the same all days of our stay. Also, don't waste time on nearby village: construction works are ongoing throughout the town, most business are closed, only one descent coffee place and one good restaurant are available.

Ventajas: Really nice inventory. Everything was clean and nice staff. If you had a question they were kindly and helped.

Ventajas: - the breakfast was nice - the staff is super cute and friendly - the kitchen at our floor - the more house than hostel feel - the location

Desventajas: - our room had a window to a small corridor with another room and a kitchen, so it was a little loud from time to time - our room had no windows

Ventajas: The staff where great, very attentive and nice, always happy to help.

Desventajas: Their contact number is not working late hours. I didn't receive any email about the late check in process although I have previously to my arrival confirm the time to check in, the property said there wouldn't be any problem, but I could only get in because I was lucky there was another guest there that gave me my key. The room was very cold and had some humidity.

Ventajas: Loved the hostel owner - super friendly and made us feel very welcome especially at breakfast.

Desventajas: Wish there was a bit more natural sunlight and/or windows in the room!

Ventajas: The location is really good and my room had a beautiful view over Porto. The staff are friendly and helpful. My stay was incredible value for money - the 4-bed dorm had a clean bathroom (good water pressure), a kitchen with spare cutlery and a fridge, a large social area and the beds. It’s the best hostel I have been to!

Desventajas: There is some construction work nearby and work starts at 8 am (workdays only). Can’t really do much about it, but I spent some of the money I saved staying at this property to buy earplugs and that worked out well.

Ventajas: The room had attached dinning space and kitchen which was quite convenient if you want to work or eat your food after coming to hostel

Desventajas: Rooms are very small, not much space for luggage. Lockers are small. Beds make lot of sounds. The upper beds don’t have a plug point beside the bed which I felt is unfair as you cannot charge your phone while sleeping.

Ventajas: Eveything

Ventajas: The hostel is only a few blocks away from the riverside and all the wineries were you can try excellent products. If you are coming from the airport by metro make sure to bring comfy shoes and light luggage to walk from General Torres Station to the hostel! Staff is amazingly friendly, and the neighborhood very calm for a good night sleep! (If you want nightlife, Porto might be better!)

Ventajas: Staff at the highest level :) very helpful, with a glass of port wine we were told what to see in Porto. it's easy to organize surfing lessons from here. Nice localization near metro, river, st Louis bridge and the characteristic places of the city.

Desventajas: unfortunately, there was no window in our room :( it was not possible to ventilate the room, the smell of mould was felt all the time.

Ventajas: Esta pequeña casa de huéspedes era excelente en muchos sentidos. Fantástica ubicación, cerca de la orilla del río, numerosas bodegas de vino de puerto y visitas guiadas, restaurantes y tiendas. El amable y servicial personal me hizo sentir como en casa en el momento en que entré por la puerta. Me encantó mi habitación: luminosa, bien renovada, cama muy cómoda ... y una gran ducha con espacio para moverse, ¡una verdadera ventaja para las personas más grandes! El aire acondicionado era un regalo de bienvenida, y wifi funcionó como un encanto. Todo me pareció un lujo, pero a un precio muy razonable.

Desventajas: Las escaleras eran ruidosas y oí que todos subían y bajaban, podrían haber usado algunas alfombras. Un montón de toallas limpias y frescas, pero me gustaría haber tenido una toallita.

Ventajas: The location could not have been more convenient - within walking distance to Porto and the waterfront. Our room was charming and clean and we were very comfortable throughout the duration of our stay. This guesthouse is a great value for money!

Desventajas: There was no one working on site so we had trouble gaining entrance to the hotel. It was a huge disappointment that there was no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor & my 81 year old husband had to figure out how to get luggage up 3 flights of stairs - fortunately a friend helped. If this info was in the online site, we missed it - shame on us. But that information should be marked more prominently.

Ventajas: Close to port cellars, restaurant and easy walk to Porto. Room was clean and nice. Contact took the time to recommend siteseeing highlights, great restaurants (we tried 2 and were both great), cellar tours and how to get to the airport.

Desventajas: We had confirmed there was an early check in between 8-9am. We got there at 8:50 and got in 15-20 minutes later via another guest opening the door. After several calls a person finally came at 11:00. We could have made other arrangements if we hadn’t gotten the early checkin confirmation and not wasted 2 hours of our time. Once the person came everything went smoothly.

Ventajas: Comfortable bed and serviceable shower room. Very good location.

Desventajas: No breakfast available a couple of days, but money refunded. All clean but a slight bad smell in building. Chilly for wet November.

Ventajas: Great value for money! The room is spacious and provides all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is above all the expectations for the price. Very good variety of breads, cereals and fruits, fresh orange juice and Portuguese sweets. The location is great, very close to the Metro, with which you can quickly reach most touristic points of Porto. We were very impressed, and would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone staying in the city!

Ventajas: la atención del personal es excelente y el desayuno de muy buen nivel. Las instalaciones son confortables y la ubicación del hotel es buena ya que hay todo tipo de medios de transportes muy cerca.

Ventajas: Hotel relativamente sencillo pero tiene todo lo que tiene que tener, aparte personal super amable y dispuestos a ayudar. Habitacion pequeña pero muy bien instalada, tranquila, caliente y cómoda.

Ventajas: Buena limpieza y buen desayuno. Camas muy comodas.

Desventajas: Habitacion muy pequeñas dificil de moverse en ella.

Ventajas: Transport at door (metro). Shopping near (100mts). Good breakfast and restaurants nearby.

Ventajas: Los apartamentos grandes y la limpieza perfecta. La ubicación genial a solo 15 minutos en coche de Oporto. La localización genial, en la playa de Sãozinha un pueblo tranquilo en estas fechas.

Desventajas: Me gustó todo, no le pongo nada negativo.

Desventajas: The tren system from Porto is a bit difficult to understand. Most outbound trens don’t stop at the Miramar stop.

Ventajas: Personnel was very kind and English speaking. Cleaning was more than expected and found the room cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. Parking was free close to the apartment. In a few minutes you are at the beach. To the other side of the road there is a nice bar/pastry where you can enjoy a good and cheap breakfast.

Desventajas: The beds were very hard to sleep on. The apartment was without any appliance like a waterboiler to make a coffee or tea. The bathroom was without a glass. No chair/table on the balcony. In general OK but without any extras I would expect.

Ventajas: A lot of space in apartament. Very close to the beach, market and bakery.

Desventajas: The furniture is very old and oldfashioned. Strange situation with kitchen - only refrigerator and electric kettle availble. Very noisy at night- due to a localisation next to main road.
