Desventajas: The boarding could definitely be better - customs and an additional security check before the gate was a bit much and caused the flight to depart over 15 minutes late.

Ventajas: Nothing, the flight was delayed, the plane too small for passengers to store their carry-on luggage, the ground staff did not upload all the luggage and left some behind in Nairobi on the tarmac, the crew lied about the luggage being uploaded. Terrible experience! Kenya Airways is becoming worst and worst.

Ventajas: The crew was OK, but nothing special.

Desventajas: Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :(

Ventajas: Crew was not very frindly and the Turkish airlines staff at Istanbul are not at all friendly and so rude. I will never recommend Turkish airlines to anyone.

Ventajas: The crew were super patient there was a traveller was so irritating kept complaining about everything and ,moving from one seat to another even insulting the crew but they never lost their cool I thought that was wonderful .i learnt something.

Desventajas: If a tooth paste and brush was provided in the little pack it would have made life better.

Ventajas: Fortunately I was in an exit row, so I had legroom. Other seats were not very spacious.

Desventajas: Arrived SF almost an hour late, then took an hour for luggage to arrive so we missed our next flight.

Desventajas: The meal is always too spicy and for more south Asian style. I prefer more European meal.

Desventajas: Paid for a seat with extra legroom because I'm 6'4". Was given a different seat and still charged.

Ventajas: Seat in Business Class Dreamliner was excellent-very comfortable with great flexibility of use. Service was attentive, but challenged to understand English

Desventajas: Entertainment selection of movies and music was very poor and too limited. Food was of inferior quality for business class

Desventajas: El avión era muy viejo, escasamente cómodo y sin sistema de entretenimiento. La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables.

Desventajas: Surprise that British Airways does not have internet access on its transatlantic jets. Delta and Swiss air both had the last time I flew them.

Ventajas: My air hostess was very friendly and kind

Desventajas: More fruits and non-starchy vegetables would make food more enjoyable

Ventajas: Great flight

Ventajas: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Desventajas: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Desventajas: This airline is borderline budget airline even in business class.

Ventajas: By far the best of the 4 flights involved in my trip. Everything went smooth except for deboarding, but that's because of the people, not the airline staff. There was constantly an attendant walking the plane offering water refills entire flight. 3 beverage services, 2 meals, and constant water. Very very good experience

Ventajas: Seats were comfortable. Entertainment system stopped working part way through

Desventajas: Boarding at Brussels was awful. After arriving from another international city and having to go through security, I was informed , just before boarding that I had to go to a location 20 gates away and wait in a long line for another security sticker. It was very confusing.

Ventajas: Friendly crew short plane trip.

Desventajas: Took half hour extra to board an have us waiting for the bus from the terminal to the plane on the stairs

Desventajas: The plane was old and had no entertainment, there was a technical problem with the plane that made us late

Ventajas: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.

Desventajas: Very narrow seats and thim cushion. No entertainment offered an do means of recharging electronic devices.

Ventajas: Good aircraft, good service, on time, eventless

Desventajas: There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better.

Ventajas: Perfectly on time, no hassle, seat OK. This is the way I appreciate a flight.

Desventajas: Food. No choice, three "madeleine" (sweet) cookies for all, no sugar-free (salty) alternative...

Desventajas: Seat spaces are so small for long flights. London Helsinki on the back seat was a torture.

Desventajas: Rude check in lady who said I needed to check bag (but didn’t. Loads of space)

Desventajas: Other airlines have complimentary snacks so I was surprised that we had to pay for those.

Desventajas: nothing flying wise, but airport is kind of a maze, if is any short connecting flight and late arrival, you have to run fast.

Ventajas: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Desventajas: Food was okay. Small portions

Ventajas: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Desventajas: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Ventajas: Entertaining sistem

Ventajas: More legroom than other airlines, timely and in flight entertainment.
