Desventajas: I paid $68 to pick up seats on airplane, but they didn't give us the right seat numbers that we wanted

Desventajas: Not force checking luggage. Not loosing tsa pre details between different parts of ticket. Allowing checking to both legs online, not just the first.

Desventajas: Hel-LAX flight was ok. LAX and connecting flight were bad, slow and delayed frequently.

Ventajas: We upgraded to first class, so everything was perfect!!

Desventajas: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Desventajas: seating was so uncomfortable and i'm petite/slim. the bathroom wreaked and the toilet seat would not stand up alone

Desventajas: Food is awful if you compare with other major airlines products. Very old plane

Ventajas: IFE, good system, GUI, and good content, various options and languages.

Desventajas: Crew service, uninterested, careless, unemphatic, absolutely not dedicated to service, even borderline rude.

Desventajas: Turn on AC. Bigger seats. Better food. Serve drinks more than twice on an 8 hour flight. Actually have soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Ventajas: Fue más o menos puntual. El vuelo era directo. No estaba demasiado lleno.

Desventajas: El avión era muy viejo, escasamente cómodo y sin sistema de entretenimiento. La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables.

Desventajas: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Desventajas: Bathrooms not maintained, flight delayed after on plane, and only had water offered 1x on the flight even though we were on the plane for about 2 hours longer than planned.

Ventajas: We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight.

Desventajas: The snack sandwich was freezing cold...

Ventajas: The crew is very nice.

Desventajas: Communicate with the other airports for delays....we got home 9 hours later and missed events which were planned because of a failed paperwork delay in Milano.

Ventajas: Good enough.

Desventajas: More food choice and more snacks should avialable during flight time Both serving food is very bad

Desventajas: Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing!

Desventajas: Food was good, temperatures appropriate for hot and cold. Fresh fruit or vegetables would be nice rather than processed.

Desventajas: Flight was late, very little communication, hot and uncomfortable and slow, and everyone missed their connections.

Ventajas: Crew was great

Desventajas: Lots of screaming children. Not much to be done about that.

Ventajas: The crew was awesome! The steward was engaging and made us all laugh and feel comfortable for a short flight when he didn’t have to. He had a great sense of humor and gave the kids cookies and wings. Something I haven’t seen in many years. He and the pilots were great!

Desventajas: Nothing.

Desventajas: Food was terrible. Paid for first class, expected something better than coach. Our food choice was a ham sandwich, there were better choices but the crew took them for themselves so nothing left for the 1st class passengers. Similar situation on our eastbound flight the week earlier. I doubt if Delta knows or cares that this occurs. After paying more than twice the coach fare, we expect something better than a ham sandwich on a coast to coast flight.

Ventajas: It was nice that they served a meal. On the flight back we got an exit row which was nice. I liked that they were being thorough about security.

Desventajas: My husband and I weren't seated together on the way out. On the way back they didn't start boarding until 10-20 min before the scheduled takeoff, so we didn't take off on time. The flight was also delayed 2 hours and there was no explanation as to why. The food was pretty bland.

Ventajas: Left and arrived on time. Friendly crew.

Desventajas: No entertainment...could only watch the map showing our flight's progress.

Desventajas: Seats were chosen weeks ago and we recieved a text the night before flight that our seats were changed . They put our 2 year old by himself in tow 38 and the rest of us in tow 5&8 and told us we had to figure it out and ask passengers to switch . Hey made no effort to accommodate

Desventajas: They cancelled the flight and made us try stand in line for an hour to get bussed to the hotel- another hour wait. No luggage because it was in a bin so no clothes or anything. Left at 6 am next morning . Got to Sao Miguel and missed my flight that was to leave the day before. Made me wait on stand by before putting me up in a grand hotel with no luggage. It was Still in Boston. I had to buy things to wear and use. So late no dinner at hotel . Terrible

Desventajas: Wow! BA has managed to finally match Ryan Air and Easy Jet for tight seat pitch and charging for soft drinks but at thrice the price!!!

Ventajas: I got an aisle seat right near the bulkhead with so much leg room. There were so many free amenities. It was the biggest plane I'd ever seen - very well kept and clean. Crew was nice and quick with service.

Desventajas: I could not check in online and BA is not available on the kiosk in the airport.

Ventajas: Of all the flights I checked this was the most convenient in timely manner and comfortable.

Desventajas: Movie options.

Ventajas: Unlike my previous BA LHR-PHX flights, this one was in a 787. The humidity is much better in a 787. It makes a huge comfort difference in a 10-hour flight. As always on BA, the food was very good.

Desventajas: Must have been an old plane; the seats were a bit worn and the screens are tiny.

Ventajas: El entretenimiento muy bien. Contaba con cascos antirruido que funcionaron perfectos y eran cómodos. Asiento y comida adecuados. El único punto extraño fue el contoneo seguridad que era cruzado sobre el hombro.

Desventajas: No eché de menos nada.
