El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Desventajas: "The flight from Budapest to Vienna was delayed so we missed our connection to Tel Aviv. The behavior of the ground staff who were supposed to assist us was outrageous. They behaved like a low cost company with one answer to any request, and this is the word "NO". It does not seem logical that we ever go with Austrian again. We do deserve a compensation for the delay and the behavior."

I tried again at the counter and was told I need to call 48 hours in advance for a vegetarian meal. I did not find this information on their website nor does it make sense to me that a vegetarian meal should be so hard to get. They should improve this. I had nothing to eat on the flight :-("

Luego el servicio de Grund Global que les maneja el equipaje a LOT muy pero muy mala... nunca contestaron el telefono, por lo que no pude hacerl el reclamo del equipaje para darle seguimiento. Luego me encontraron mis maletas pero yo viaje el 4 de agosto al Delta del Danubio por lo que fue imposible que me las llevaran a la ubicacion. Una maleta llego a Bucarest el 6 y la otra el 8 de agosto. Dos dias antes de mi proxima parada en Europa (Italia) cuando llegue al aeropuerto a recoger el equipaje, nuevamente nadie respondio al telefono, por lo que tuvimos que acudir al personal del aeropuerto para que yo udiera entrar al area restringida a recoger mi equipaje. Muy tardado y dificl localizar a alguna persona que me pudiese apoyar en la recuperacion del equipaje."
Ventajas: "Los aviones buenos y limpios."
Ventajas: "787 Dreamliner is the most spacious"
Desventajas: "LOT was late on every flight. Did not miss any connections, but could not leave on-time if it was there only responsibility."
Ventajas: "Crew!"
Desventajas: "Small air craft"
Ventajas: "Nice plane. Crew was great"
Desventajas: "Boarding in Chicago was late and seemed confused; partly because of gat configuration. Not much choice in entertainment"
Ventajas: "Flight was delayed for 2 hours, and there was not much information for how long and why"
Desventajas: "Lack of information"
Desventajas: "Flight from Chicago was delayed for two hours. Missed my connection flight to Odessa and still in Warsaw waiting for my flight to Odessa."
Ventajas: "Movie options were great and there were outlets for electronic plugin. Dinner was much better than I expected!"
Desventajas: "We waited in a really long line for a really long time before boarding started. Often the flight attendant was moving so fast with the cart that it hit my arm which was resting on the armrest. Not a lot of attentiveness. Also I would have liked to be asked if I spoke Polish before the crew started speaking in Polish to me with no English translation."
Ventajas: "Very caring flight attendants, awesome service."
Desventajas: "Took too long to get our luggage."
Ventajas: "New airplane, good food."
Desventajas: "nothing"
Ventajas: "Crew was friendly. Modern aircraft."
Desventajas: "Uncomfortable seating for long-haul flight. I survived, though."
Ventajas: "The biggest supprise for me was the 787 Dreamliner which is very comfortable. You do everything to provide an excellent experience. The crew was very nice and helpful, You are the best! I don't fly often but LOT is my favorite company to fly to Odessa. Thank you for great service!"
Ventajas: "Enough space to sit"
Desventajas: "Everything in English language was barely understandable"
Desventajas: "We had a 4 hour delay getting out of Chicago and another delay leaving to come home. It makes one wonder what kind of maintenance they do on their planes."
Ventajas: "Seemed good overall. Was delayed a little getting out, but pilot picked up the pace and landed on time. Only issue is the movie selection, mostly year+ old, and only polish tv shows."
Ventajas: "Boarding from the lounge, Professional crew, was lucky not to have seated next to me, timely arrival, nice modern aircraft."
Desventajas: "The seat was very uncomfortable in comparison with other long haul flight seats, must be some ergonomic issue, I arrived more worn than usually when flying this route. The food was very low quality and wine or beer was only served for payment unlike on other airlines."
Desventajas: "The flight was 3 hours late"
Ventajas: "Friendly service"
Desventajas: "Was not aware that choosing a seat in the front row would mean I will be next to all the babies on the plane."
Ventajas: "Pésimo servicio de la empresa y Kayak, ya borré la app"
Desventajas: "Borren su app, es mejor así. Sálgan del negocio"
Desventajas: "BROKEN LIGHT! I wish I had some tape or even a bandaid to block that annoying light- did not sleep at all"
Desventajas: "Demora en salir tanto desde Nueva York como de Varsovia"
Ventajas: "Service was very good"
Desventajas: "The cabin was quite warm; a bit uncomfortable."
Ventajas: "La comida y el servicio fueron buenos. Entre comidas había buenos snacks en la cola del avión. El sistema de entreteniendo cumple su función y tiene una buena selección de películas y actividades."
Desventajas: "No pudimos hacer el check in online para ese tramo del vuelo. En la página no especificaban el motivo por el cual no pudimos hacer el check in."
Ventajas: "El avión es rápido y el tiempo de vuelo es el que indican. Dan un snack durante el vuelo."
Desventajas: "El embarque se hace a través de la pista. Albert un avión de hélices el ruido es mayor que en los aviones de turbinas."
Ventajas: "Wide, comfy seats, nice crew, good food"
Desventajas: "Poor selection of movies"
Ventajas: "People polite, food good and plane very comfortable."
Ventajas: "...."
Desventajas: "The flight was delayed from Chicago for over an hour.My luggage was opened and half of my clothes and presents were stolen!"
Ventajas: "Very attentive staff. Comfortable seats. I fell asleep somewhere in Canada and woke up in Brussels. Amazing."
