Desventajas: TAP doesn't understand the first thing about customer service.

Ventajas: The crew and personal were ok.

Desventajas: They have the most uncomfortable seats in the industry. Seat was literally 5 cm (2 inches) thick and did not recline. Impossible to relax/sleep, I ended up with back pain and legs cramped for 2 full days. Terrible overnight flight. Luggage policy is not clear. Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment.

Ventajas: The new A330-Neo is a lot more comfortable than any other recent airplanes. Loved the space between seats and entertainment is outstanding too. Food was very good and the crew exceptionally friendly.

Desventajas: Nothing to complain about. Everything was outstanding.

Desventajas: Snack at end of flight was good but lunch was not good and the dinner in Executive Class going over was not good

Desventajas: Took off late missed my connecting flight and they lost my luggage and claim process is taking for ever

Ventajas: Crew did the best they could

Desventajas: We flew near hurricane Lorenzo and the flight was the bumpiest I’ve ever had

Desventajas: No in flight entertainment - SATA app, WiFi did not work.

Desventajas: Could not pick seats when buying tickets through website. Had to call airline separately, which we did. However, actual tickets that we received at airport were for different seats. Happened to another couple on our flight as well.

Desventajas: Use jet bridge instead of bus gate

Desventajas: Boarding was done by bus and it took too long and it want comfortable

Ventajas: New aircraft had free Wi-Fi and lots of movies. Clean.

Desventajas: First bag fees of $120 per bag one-way were punitive. Anti-customer policy. Cannot recommend flying with them.

Desventajas: Made us get off the plane in Azores but would not let us in to shops and cafe. Meal not served till 11pm. Seats very narrow.

Desventajas: I m disappointed with the online deal I have booked my self with two checked bags & paid extra for that but I had to pay £ 80/-

Desventajas: The boarding process: everyone crowds into the line without regard of the grouping.

Ventajas: Efficient check in and polite crew.

Ventajas: Some on crew lovely. Others terrible, bitter people, not at all suited for customer service.

Desventajas: Disgusting food. Price gouging for checked baggage. Surly attitudes.

Ventajas: We upgraded to first class, so everything was perfect!!

Desventajas: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.

Ventajas: Good airline, great service, boarding process, on time departure and arrival

Ventajas: I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again.

Desventajas: Train the staff to be nice and pleasant

Desventajas: We booked business class. JFK to LIS very nice. Seats were very comfortable and reclined flat. More leg room than in other business class seats. What they called business from LIS to Rome was just regular uncomfortable across economy seats with no one in the middle seat.

Ventajas: Good service on the plane, the food was good and the seat was very comfortable.

Desventajas: The boarding process was a bit uncomfortable at the Lisbon airport. The space provided at the gate for the passengers to wait was small, with everyone trying to fit in front of the gate, it was tight.

Ventajas: Comfort and cleanliness of flight.

Desventajas: Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers.

Ventajas: Service and comfort.

Desventajas: It would be nice if both flights had vegetarian snacks and food options to accommodate this population of passengers. If 2 types of meals sre generally offered, it would be nice if both are not meat options, and one vegetarian.

Ventajas: A pesar que deberieron cambiar avión cuando estábamos por salir, el cambio fue muy rápido y llegamos a tiempo a destino... exelente

Ventajas: Left us alone a lot and also not a lot of brainless babbling over the pa. Very nice change from most airlines

Desventajas: Flight was delayed for hours on the 21 st and then cancelled. I want refund for transportation and loss of income

Desventajas: no lounge access in dublin for TAP Business Passengers. Handling of the delay was not well managed.

Desventajas: 30 min late, exaggerated extra charge for a small suitcase, food was a dry sandwich.
