Ventajas: Great crew

Desventajas: Very old entertainment system

Desventajas: no entertainment, no food, would like to be aware no food

Ventajas: Great crew.

Ventajas: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Desventajas: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.

Ventajas: Amazing crew

Desventajas: The breakfast scone was disgusting but dinner was great!

Ventajas: it was and, it was as well

Desventajas: nothing flying wise, but airport is kind of a maze, if is any short connecting flight and late arrival, you have to run fast.

Ventajas: good noise cancellation

Desventajas: Food was not fully prepared. potatoes were hard.

Ventajas: The crew was friendly and willing to serve.

Desventajas: Seat could have been more comfortable (it is thin) and more space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Desventajas: All god nice flight crew helpful. A well organized flight just what you would expect from a German airline

Desventajas: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive, helpful and wonderful. I’d like to mention food too: excellent, fresh and wholesome!

Ventajas: Friendly crew. Departure and arrival earlier than expected. Smooth travel from begining to end.

Desventajas: No food and no entertainment during the flight (which makes it similar to low cost flights).

Ventajas: Seat was comfortable, food was surprisingly good.

Desventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: I didn't like putting two family on different seats far from each other

Desventajas: I had difficulty checking online, because I didn’t have the right ticket number. By the time I contact you and get the right one all the windows seats or aisle seats in the airplane where taken. I had to go with middle seat which can be super tight and uncomfortable when you have two strangers on both of your sides for such a long flight. I wish they email me the right tiket number on time.

Ventajas: My sleep

Desventajas: Food

Ventajas: The crew was great and friendly

Desventajas: How can you ran out of wine on a flight

Ventajas: All what you served !

Desventajas: Everything is okey !

Desventajas: Restroom is smelly and dirty. Back seat pocket is dirty too.

Desventajas: Forced us to pay extra for seat assignments then allowed other passengers to take them. Entertainment did not work despite being reset many times. No additional beverage service outside of meals

Ventajas: The flight crew where great, and that’s about it

Desventajas: Old aircraft, worn seats, no electrical outlets, no in seat entertainment, you must download their entertainment AP before boarding.

Ventajas: Departed on time.

Desventajas: Food is not the best.

Ventajas: Plane was clean

Desventajas: Food could be better!

Desventajas: Checking in was quite annoying because BA canceled our return and over the phone but we still had to transfer all our information upon checking. Boarding rather chaotic. Random searches were not organized. Seats were okay. Food just edible. Mostly the staff was polite and there was one attendant in coach who was very pleasant. Shoulder length blonde hair, she was genuine and cheerful. It was an okay flight, but my experience was more comfortable and the feeling of being dealt with as a person was more evident on my flight to London w BA. I appreciate that the flight went well but American Airlines still has a long way to go in customer genuine service and experience.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: They checked everyone’s carry on bags, which made the boarding process incredible slow, then they made you stand on a bus until it was full, to drive to the plane to walk up stairs in the rain. I kept my bag for 20 hours, flying from Vancouver to Calgary to London and before my flight to Madrid. They didn’t care that I said I didn’t want to give it up or that I had to make a connection. Madrid’s airport is notorious for have slow baggage handling, so they are making me wait. I packed for 2 weeks in a carry on and back pack to avoid checking luggage. I am disappointed.

Ventajas: Snacks

Desventajas: 2h late!

Desventajas: Better seats. What’s the deal with always getting the back of the plane? Seats right next to the engine. Very tired of getting the worst seats even when I check in within minutes of the the 24 hour window. Really tired of the bad seats.

Ventajas: When I asked for a seat change the crew was very accommodating

Desventajas: With covid in Seattle I was placed next to a restroom. I did not see any bathroom sanitation occurring during the flight, and no sanitizer available anywhere.

Desventajas: Connection flight was only 30 min, plus the 1st flight was delayed... Causing I missed the 2 nd flight

Ventajas: Entertainment

Desventajas: Food service horrible. Don’t you think food is a necessity? Giving grown adults pigeon food is quite absurd. What happened to a real meal with your flight! Imma open an airline and Delta will be bought out by me. Just cause I will treat people like humans not caddle

Ventajas: On time, great crew, comfortable ride even in coach

Desventajas: Proper charging stations on planes (not just underseat plus, but better to have front-facing USB).

Desventajas: Headphone jack still requires an adapter. Free headphones are very uncomfortable and don’t sound great. Just give out free adapters or change the jacks please. Announcements were super loud in the headphones.

Desventajas: Seat could have been a little more comfortable, but overall it was fine.

Ventajas: crew was super nice

Desventajas: major delay, no info, boarding process felt like a cluster

Ventajas: Clearing USA imagination in Canada was a breeze not the 2-3 hour wait you get at MCO

Desventajas: Knowing we had to get a visa for Canada

Ventajas: Food and beverage service was great, especially the the wine/beer and hot meals on the long flight.

Desventajas: Not enough leg room etc. for the long flight. Cushions and blanket were nice.

Desventajas: They ran out of food people would actually like to purchase and all that was left was cruddy Mac and cheese, pizza and truly awful sushi made by someone who has both never tried but inexorably hates it.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing, the flight was fast and easy.

Desventajas: New seats are very cramped.

Ventajas: The crew is excellent but the seats are not comfortable enough. There should be a way to balance money and comfort,not just placing people in seats they do not fit into

Desventajas: Nothing,just the seats. Cleanliness was perfect

Ventajas: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Desventajas: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Ventajas: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.

Desventajas: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.

Desventajas: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Ventajas: Food was ok

Desventajas: The customer service I received was horrible horrible horrible especially from the check in counter the were very rude . After booking my flight on kayak I called TAP customer service just to make sure that everything was fine .I asked them about luggage they said I had 2 free and a carry on when I got to the airport said I had to pay for the 2 i said no told them that i called TAP they didn't wanna hear it i asked for the manager she I am the manager and you bought a discounted ticket and there's no luggage with this ticket only acarry on in a mean way if you want the you have to pay $90 for each I tried to call TAP can't get through them when they finally got through them the guy confirmed that I ve called it on the records but it said now it's too late to do anything I am already at the airport that I have to pay and contact them later. I wasted good hour and a half on this and I had to pay $180. After all that at the boarding gate they announced that they will call by zone .they called especial need called frequent flyers zone A never called zone B all they said last minute was this is the final call for flight #.... and I was right in front of them and guess who were the people making the announcement yep the same people at the check in counter

Desventajas: Entertainment system wasn't working and will restart itself during 10 minutes EVERY 10 minutes. Very inconvenient. The flight attendants were impolite too.

Desventajas: There were no power outlets

Ventajas: Everything was fine. The crew seemed very friendly.

Desventajas: So far I have taken about 8 flights with TAP and the food was always okay, but I was not particularly happy with it., since there are always many things I do not like. I would prefer simpler food

Desventajas: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Desventajas: Not much help at the airport my luggage was lost

Ventajas: Aseo limpio, tripulacion muy amable

Desventajas: Stop the sardine can treatment of passangers

Ventajas: I liked that pillows, blankets and headphones were provided.

Desventajas: Boarding was a cluster (mainly because the lines were unorganized).

Desventajas: One more toilet on the Lisbon Geneva flight would have been nice.

Ventajas: All services were very good.

Desventajas: Overnight sleeping in extended seats in Business Class were cramped.

Desventajas: Flight got canceled and delayed, staffs very mean and unprofessional
