Ventajas: A beautiful italian-style house with beautiful details in a quiet place but also it's very close to Verona. The lady was lovely and kind. The breakfast was delicios. We will return for sure.

Ventajas: Friendly and helpful staff.

Ventajas: The owner was extremely helpful and even drove us to the train station! The room was so cute and very clean. We were provided with anything we could need. Breakfast was brought to our room and it was delicious! I wish we could stay there longer!

Desventajas: It is a bit out of town and not many buses head there so taxi ended up being an expensive option. I would recommend staying there for more than one night as we did.

Ventajas: I was shocked with how clean, spacious and the extra amenities for so little money! The staff was super helpful, the setting is adorable and the parking was ideal! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! And the hostess in the mornings getting the cappuccino was sweet, friendly and attentive. BEST cappuccinos!!

Desventajas: The air conditioning didn’t work properly. We had 36 degrees in our room at 1am. We had to sleep on the floor to cool a bit. I have never experienced anything like that. Nobody at the reception, no number to call..... awful.

Ventajas: Welcoming and friendly owner. Speaks a little bit English. Our dog was very welcome as well. Room was big and had a good bed and a little balcony. Close to the road but slept fine. Air-conditioning was very big plus! Breakfast great and lots of variety. We arrived early in the evening and the owner made reservations at a restaurant in the town nearby, Borgettho. The garden is great, Tuscany jasmin everywhere! A very nice stay!

Desventajas: Not a good walking area for our dog, but for 1 night it was great.

Ventajas: Room Rosa is beautifull and we loved it. Every little shabby chich detail is soo lovely! Object was very clean. Food for breakfast was very delicious!

Ventajas: The room was nice and clean. In the morning breakfast was prepaired. Elanora gave us a lot privacy. Distances to visit e.g. Garda lake and Verona is good.

Desventajas: The road in front of house is during daytime busy with traffic, so if you have to walk a dog it is not ideal.

Ventajas: The shuttle service is very good. The food was wonderful, the spa and pool were exceptional. Lovely room

Desventajas: It is too far away from the centre to be able to just go out for dinner etc. You have to rely on the fantastic shuttle or expensive taxis.

Ventajas: Habitación amplia y muy agradable. Personal muy atento. instalaciones y jardín muy cuidados, desayuno muy bueno, estancia perfecta.

Ventajas: Breakfast was generous, croissants kept coming, eggs, pancakes, good variety. Good mushrooms, delicious natural yogurt. Pretty much everything, even a gluten-free range. The spa area was pretty crowded on one of the two days we stayed. Pool and spa area were of adequate size. Satisfied overall. Oh, the mattress was quality stuff.

Desventajas: The breakfast area needs a different disposition of guest tables versus catering area. I kept bouncing between the table and the food, everyone did so but it was somewhat annoying and it felt like no one had their own personal space.

Desventajas: Pool area open for families until 1 pm, after that only for adults. Breakfast buffet food were cold and options limited. Reception staff should stand for the guests, not sit on chairs! Smile would be nice too. Aircondition didn’t work in the room, super hot room! Constructionwork next to the hotel - noisy! A farm next to the hotel and smell was awfull during the evening and night!

Ventajas: The breakfast was rich. The hostess was very kind. The decoration was unique and lovely. The room was large and clean. The garden was beautiful and very organize.

Ventajas: This home is off the beaten path but I like to be away from the big towns. Still plenty of places to see nearby. The family run B&B is fantastic.

Desventajas: A very noisy machine in the kitchen started making noise at 3 am at night. My room was close to the kitchen and therefor very noisy.

Ventajas: Everything! Really lovely place. Welcoming, helpful and the place was absolutely gorgeous! There's a restaurant on site which is really popular with the locals, but you can book a table on arrival. The food and wine choice is good. Great sized room.. and bathroom was spacious too. Breakfast was buffet style.

Ventajas: Hotel staff are friendly, the room was amazing, the location to get into the city was ideal and quick. One of the best places I’ve stayed in.

Desventajas: A bit more of selection on the menu, there was plenty to choose from however if they added a few items for the dinner menu it could be fantastic, the food was amazing still. A pool could also be added out the back which would put the icing on the cake.

Desventajas: El servicio de transfer con el aeropuerto opera hasta las 23h, y lo supimos tras haber hecho la reserva.

Ventajas: I have stayed here at least 3 or 4 times now, and find its location perfect when flying in or out of Verona Airport, only a 2-3 minutes drive. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable with modern furnishings, and offers excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful, i.e. the hotel has the latest type of Italian electric plug sockets, and my adaptor was for the old style, so the charming young lady on reception loaned me an adaptor from old to new.

Ventajas: Cama muy cómoda, habitación triple muy espaciosa y bien organizada. Ambiente limpio y bien cuidado.

Desventajas: Único problemilla la ducha: tiene tanta presión de agua que esta sale disparada, hasta notas el aire que sale súper fuerte...y para comprobar la temperatura del agua, no hay otra forma que ponerte debajo mismo del chorro, tanto que salga caliente como fría. Una alcachofa de ducha normal y corriente sería mejor!

Ventajas: Muy practico para pasar noche aterrizando tarde. Barato y moderno. Ducha curiosa con muchas opciones. Se pueden abrir ventanas para tener aire fresco

Desventajas: Extraño que se comparta edificio con una clinica estetica.

Desventajas: Las fotos que publican engañan totalmente ya que parece que el edificio sea el propio hotel, sin embargo el hotel está en una segunda planta de un edificio que es un centro médico, situado en un polígono. Cuando llegas no sabes ni por dónde entrar. Cuando encuentras la puerta esta se comparte con los quirofanos del centro... Todas las habitaciones las nombran como deluxe... Nada más lejos de la realidad. Los jaboneros no tienen jabón, las pegatinas de la pared se despegan, solo había un rollo de papel de wc para una habitación triple... En la sala del desayuno solo había 3 mesas. Cuando llegamos estaban ocupadas y la chica del desayuno (Olga) nos dijo que esperáramos o nos ponía una mesa en un pasillo fuera del comedor, sin apenas luz y con las chicas de la limpieza con sus carritos arreglando las habitaciones. Una vergüenza... Encima cuando le dijimos que nanai de la China, que preferíamos esperar, nos puso mala cara todo el desayuno... Por la noche el edificio está iluminado por focos para que se vea desde la autopista. Las ventanas no tienen persianas y las cortinas no consiguen evitar que entre toda la luz en la habitación. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruído, así que, o lo apagas por la noche, o parece que vas volando en un Boeing 747. Por tanto pasas frío y en el armario no hay ninguna manta para paliarlo... Deluxe?? En relación calidad-precio hay muchísimas mejores opciones.

Ventajas: Franco was very kind. I had a good glass of fine red wine after driving. His animals were cute, he seemed to treat them with love. I heartily recommend this place to everyone.

Desventajas: El personal no nos explicó claramente el aparcamiento en el garaje, es decir, cómo poner la tarjeta de la habitación en la ranura de la caja negra. La cafetera del restaurante (cierra demasiado temprano también por la noche) no funcionaba bien en el desayuno (lunes por la mañana) y era una cosa realmente estridente, ruidosa y barata.

Ventajas: Hotel reformado, ahora en manos de la cadena West Bestern, que ha hecho un buen trabajo. Habitaciones grandes y funcionales, de estilo moderno. Desayuno muy completo y variado. Muy conveniente para viajeros de paso.

Desventajas: La ubicación. Esté relativamente cerca del aeropuerto pero distante de la ciudad.

Ventajas: La cama era comodisima y el servicio de bicicletas que nos permitió movernos con agilidad para ir al concierto.

Ventajas: I can state that it is perfect on all points of view: staff, rooms, location etc. A special plus for the excellent restaurant 10: excellent food, very friendly and professional staff, from the waiter to the Chef. In addition, the shuttle service is very useful in view of a trip by plane from Verona airport.

Ventajas: The location was great because we travelled to different cities during the day. The triple room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection. The internet is free which was very convenient for us. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the fitness room.

Ventajas: The Location and hotel surrounding is very beautiful, l found the bedroom, good hot shower & bathroom very clean. NO PROBLEM HERE. I locked myself out but was rescued very quickly.

Desventajas: Felt very cold as main bedroom did not have any heating. The radiator was far away behind the front door. Besides with the poor heating l expected a duvet to keep one warm at night as it’s winter, but it had a bedspread on the bed, sadly it was very light and useless, l couldn’t wait to check out as l was uncomfortable with cold. I was desperate for a nice cup of Tea on arrival but no there was no milk available; l had to go out and buy my own milk. Breakfast........I should have checked if Breakfast will be served on request, as l didn’t there was no info provided either.. l will advice this is checked. I found the Staff (Renata ) and the room attendant very friendly and pleasant.
