Padma Resort Legian

Hotel was very nice, modern and staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were modern and clean and had good facilities.Good breakfast included also, and pool areas and proximity to beach amazing.

Wifi in room was periodic and only had limited signal. Room could be very noisy in morning with cleaning staff and younger guests outside of room. Otherwise very satisfactory.

The location is perfect: true beach front and 15mins walk from the kuta vibrant centre. so clean, nice gardens, walkways, good pool/bar. the food is perfect and the breakfast can cover lunch and dinner;) we have been upgraded for free as well!!

The Padma has great facilities, very clean and grounds beautiful & well maintain. The buffet breakfast included in our price was great and value for money. Great for couples, groups & families.

When asking for information or questions the staff knew very little or didn't know at all. It was hard to get an answer to something which was alittle worrying as I was pregnant. Hardly any chairs free by the pool, It was also very annoying that people would leave their towels on chairs and leave for a couple of hours, just so they can keep their spot by the pool. Although there is a sign saying you can't leave your belongings for longer than an hour! It takes quite a few emails for someone at the Padma to get in touch with you, espically if you are trying to organise transport pick up from airport. Make sure you give plenty of notice if you want to be picked up!
