Elba Sunset Mallorca Thalasso Spa

Everything about this property is exceptional! The staff were ALL amazing; friendly and willing to meet any requests if possible. The food options for breakfast and dinner were tremendous. We were there during the time Spain went into "lockdown" or restricted movement and the hotel management personally went room to room to advise of the situation and kept things calm. They also worked with us to to amend our booking as we needed to leave earlier than planned as our country of origin was advising citizens to come back as soon as possible. Exceptional.

Moderno y muy confortable, además como no estada demasiado masificado pudimos disfrutar del spa y sus vistas en pareja, un lujo para nosotros en un hotel de estas características, La habitación con vistas al mar, invitaba al descanso y al relax.

All the staff were extremely welcoming, as soon as we got there we were greeted with champagne and given a free room upgrade which was amazing. Views are to die for at this hotel. Brilliant few days and break for me and my partner, could not fault anything about the hotel, I’m actually looking this minute to book the same hotel for this summer.

Faultless

The location s fantastic, the views are stunning and the hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection at Breakfast some of the hot selection could have been warmer.

The bar was supposed to be open until midnight but on the 2 evenings we went for a nightcap the bar closed early. The lack of being able to use cash was not helpful along with the lack of money exchange facility.
