Merlin Copacabana Hotel

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The road outside is very noisy so if you are a sensitive sleeper, don't choose this hotel. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not perfect and the bed was squeaky. The breakfast wasn't very nice. All in all this is a pretty dated hotel but fine if you are not spending much time there.

Walking distance from Copocabana, so that's attrative. However, not at top location.

Hotel rather simple (tough lcd tv in room), breakfast not the best and simple accomodation.

The roof top pool is a lovely feature and the rooms were large and clean.

The receptionists were at times abrupt and rude, although I think this may be due to their limited English skills. Despite the other reviews, I did not find the staff very knowledgeable at all. When I asked about the free internet they said that the wifi was free if you had your own computer as I did not they suggested I use another hotel's internet! Prior to arriving at the hotel, I emailed the hotel three times requesting a pick up from the airport. I am yet to receive a response.

Que el parking esta incluido en el precio de la habitacion (por lo menos a mi n men lo man cobrado). La terraza con la piscina.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas el Gimnasion es muy deficiente. El desayuno no esta a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
