Ventajas: Crew was very good, one crew member took time to make me coffee as I entered the plane

Desventajas: The food could have been better, maybe a bit more legroom. But definitely would like better food. The spaghetti and meatballs were good dinner, but I did not like the vegatables. I did, however, like the pudim.

Ventajas: All flights take off on time and arrived on time.

Desventajas: This flight didn’t appear in AeroMexico’s system. We had to get our boarding passes in Mexico city, but our original departure was from YUL.

Ventajas: Yo había ido al sanitario, cuando regrese ya habían repartido los jugos, la aeromosa muy atenta me llego a preguntar si quería jugo y me lo llevaron.

Desventajas: Al momento de dar las instrucciones de seguridad, creo que los pasajeros prestan más atención y entienden más si hay alguien del crew al frente dando ejemplos de cómo hacerlo. Todo lo demás excelente!

Desventajas: Comfort is terrible. Seats are very small, space is terrible even in the "comfort" area.

Desventajas: Flight was 1 hour late. It would be better if they kept the flights on time specially this time of the year. They had several flights daily from São Paulo to Rio, no reason to be late. It would be better if the employees knew the rules about their work. Everything very disorganized from the gate number to the carry on allowed in the plane. I will never fly with Gol again.

Ventajas: Very easy process of boarding, flight and leaving the plane.

Desventajas: Besides water and juice, with a small pack of crackers, nothing else is offered, unless you pay for sandwiches or other drinks.

Ventajas: The crew were very friendly and attentive. Most of them spoke English and Spanish in addition to Portuguese.

Desventajas: The snacks could have been healthier and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Ventajas: The snacks were great! The check in staff was also really helpful. They even checked my companion and my bag for free.

Desventajas: The flight was a bit delayed which made getting to the next connection a little stressful especially since we had to recheck our baggage. However, the staff was really kind about it.

Desventajas: I had payed for an seat Gol + Conforto and one of the benefits was that the hand baggage compartment supposed to be exclusive to the people that bought this seat, so when I was entrancing into the aircraft one of the people of the GOl crew said that I’ll have to drop my baggage because the flight was full. I told that I had bought the Gol + Confort that have exclusive compartment to the hand baggage and I had showed my receive of the seat but they sayd that this benefits do not exist and took my baggage of me to drop off. It was an absurd and the worse thigh was that when I arrived at my seat, the exclusive space for my baggage was there available for my baggage and I had to drop off because the employee of the Gol didn’t know about this benefit of Gol + Confort seat and didn’t check out if really wasn’t space to my baggage

Ventajas: The seat isn't confortable. The head rest isn't adjustable. The power outlets was not working at all.

Desventajas: Better seats with adjustable head rest and functional power outlets.

Ventajas: Polite and friendly crew. Comfortable seats, new plane.

Desventajas: Definitely the food could be better. It was tasteless.

Desventajas: O lanchinho desta vez não foi Mãe Terra (graças a Deus, pois aquilo é muito ruim), mas só tinha doce (embora bom).

Desventajas: Had the last seat, so could not recline - lady in front of me had a chair that went super far back and was practically in my lap, turbulence was crazy landing!

Ventajas: Food and beverage service was great, especially the the wine/beer and hot meals on the long flight.

Desventajas: Not enough leg room etc. for the long flight. Cushions and blanket were nice.

Desventajas: crew could have been more professional, the signs for boarding were confusing

Desventajas: Boarding: Stay in the line for “several zones” and then put everybody on the same bus is ridiculous. Food is more or less OK, but all the movies can be seen in TV (HBO, Telecine, etc.)

Ventajas: The crews were super accommodating and my seat was so comfortable I actually feel asleep which is something I have never done on a plane before.

Desventajas: Load the plane from back to front. It makes sense as people leave the plane from front to back
