Ventajas: Crew and pilots were amazing. Very comfortable flight.

Ventajas: I liked the northern lights look after boarding upon introduction of the captain and crew members. Everyone was super personal and uninformed looked great. The best part was when they started boarding from the last row, which is the most logical and efficient way to do it

Ventajas: That I got to visit a place as mystical as Iceland for such a low and affordable flight. My departure flight with Iceland Air was on time and although the return was a bit tardy the company did an excellent job with being transparent.

Desventajas: The flight crew could have been a bit more polite

Ventajas: The getting Paris France with no delay was great! The crews where nice and the check in with quick.

Desventajas: If the airline can offer more food selections for customers who fly on economy class that would of been a plus.

Ventajas: Great aisle seat on a modern plane.I was in the middle seat on an older plane for the trip there (close to 8 hours), and it wasn’t as comfortable. The trip from Reykjavík to Seattle was great: comfortable seat and more room, though they were both in the same fare class.

Desventajas: I was surprise that we were given food (i.e. sandwich) and blanket on the way to Iceland flight 614, but not on the way from Iceland flight 615. Still don't understand why

Desventajas: Even the layover was good. Seeing the northern lights from.the plane was spectacular

Ventajas: They had a pillow and blanket in my seat for my overnight flight and offered a full bottle of water upon boarding.

Desventajas: My TV didn’t work - long flight to have no screen access.

Desventajas: As someone who is 6 feet tall, I was ridiculously uncomfortable the entire flight. My knees were pressed against the seat in front of me, and when the woman in front of me reclined, I couldn't even unfold the tray due to a lack of space. I was very unhappy,

Ventajas: I liked Air Lingis. The crew and entertainment set up.

Desventajas: I had to RUN to get to this gate. And the number changed. I was the 2nd to last person on. International flights should have a small area to stretch and loosen up. Being large and stuffed into a small seat for so long is not good.

Ventajas: Friendly flight crew. Food was good as well with options!

Desventajas: My seat was pretty uncomfortable, not sure why but my tailbone was killing me halfway through the flight. That rarely happens to me.

Desventajas: They do not offer free bags to America anymore.

Desventajas: Proper charging stations on planes (not just underseat plus, but better to have front-facing USB).

Desventajas: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.

Ventajas: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.

Desventajas: The flight took off late, arrived late and we missed our connection to Salt Lake City. We had to change terminals and they were on the opposite side of the airport. Had to spend the night and have not yet started with Aer Lingus to get some satisfaction.

Desventajas: The only complaint I have was the bag dropoff counter. There was one person, checking in 9 airlines! A second person came after awhile, and they were amazing, polite and very efficient. But the wait to get to the counter was not acceptable. Even tho' we were fourth in line, they began calling people from the back for another, I guess, earlier flight, different airline. Understandable, but frustrating for those of us who arrived early, but had to wait. Otherwise, flying Aer Lingus was a pleasure.

Desventajas: Unreasonable TSA procedures in Iceland. Waste of time and precluded any time to get food or use the bathroom.

Desventajas: It wasn't at all clear that checked baggage was not included. This added a surprise extra hundreds of dollars to our trip. But the flight itself was fine, seats were too close when reclined, but everything was on time and efficient.

Ventajas: Long flight, the pillows and heavier blankets were a nice welcome. Pretty empty flight on the way to Iceland so everyone was allowed to stretch out.

Ventajas: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Desventajas: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Ventajas: Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep

Desventajas: Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight.
