Desventajas: "When we checked in for the return flight in CPH we learned that our return ticket was “light” ie it did not include luggage. we were not informed about this, we did not request a ‘light” return ticket, and...why would we when we checked luggage flying over? We’d like the usd100 refunded"

Ventajas: "Two hour flight and they served a delicious meal that was included? Unheard of! Amazing!"

Desventajas: "One automat in the boarding area was malfunctioning and the lady working just gasped and looked bored. But we was seated in time anyway."

Desventajas: "I intensely disliked the 3 hour delay in Copenhagen!!! And that SAS offered the passengers in transit a meal voucher of only 50 danish Kronas, which was just enough to buy a tall Starbucks coffee drink but not enough to eat anything at the airport!"

Ventajas: "Nothing, SAD were so incredibly cruel and nasty and even laughed at us after we got stranded in Copenhagen. 40 hours of traveling, 2 small children, and the sas ticket people laughed at us and refused to help us, even after we agreed to pay THREE TIMES our original fair."

Desventajas: "I would have liked to have had the chance to purchase a better seat. When I asked about it at check-in the plane was full. So I was squeezed in the middle section which made it quite uncomfortable, especially if you have to get up more frequently as an older person, but your neighbor is asleep. A notification about the possibilities for seat purchases would have been great!"

Desventajas: "my ONLY complaint is that I preordered a VEGETARIAN meal and got a VEGAN meal. NOT a big deal, but they should be aware of the difference."

Ventajas: "I liked the high-tech adjustment on the seats but i am 6ft2, 200 lbs (in good shape) and I have Parkinson's disease. The seat was just not roomy enough and I had to get up at least once an hour."
Desventajas: "The crew was very understanding and kind. The aft head was very limited in space too. A little more room would have been most welcome."

Ventajas: "I liked the movie selection! I also like the spacious size of our seats! There was just the right amount of leg room for the time of the flight. Also, the meals were served in a timely manner!"
Desventajas: "The breakfast entree was salty and a beverage was not served with our meal. The gap between the entree was too long for enjoymenty. My friends and I were thirsty when we were eatinmg. Also, the wine selections were not the standard fan favorite. Not many enjoy Zinfandel or the white wine they were serving."

Desventajas: "Food was really, really bad. Only one very bad choice ignoring health conditions of different passengers."

Desventajas: "'Fluctuating' baggage fees, no free snacks on a four hour flight, no in-flight entertainment, no wifi, 30 minutes late without updates on monitor due to previous delay."

Desventajas: "Flight was cancelled upon check in without any prior notice. Was forced to wait three hours in line for them to reroute to flight twelve hours later. Staff was rude, unapologetic, demanding and incompetent the entire time. Flight was packed, uncomfortable and smelled terrible. Flight was rough, landing was rough. Terrible airline."

Ventajas: "The overall experience was good. The fights in there selves were cool."
Desventajas: "When I got to Oslo to connect to my other flight I had to do security again and the boarding was already starting. So I had to run like hell and got there on the nik of time."

Desventajas: "Seats are allowed to recline to far. When you are sitting behind someone who has reclined their seat you have no room"

Ventajas: "Good entertainment options on board. Helpful crew and good snacks."
Desventajas: "I didn't find an option to request special meal online. The only way was to call customer care which wasn't available at all times."

Ventajas: "Food and movies were great!"
Desventajas: "Couldn't afford a seat with leg space."

Desventajas: "Only water or coffee/tea. Not even soda."

Ventajas: "Wonderful service! Flight attendants kind and thoughtful. Once in terminal 5 (from terminal 1) a Sas gate agent escorted us to flight since our previous United flight was so late"
