Note to hotel: when a guest emphasizes at the front desk how important a non-smoking room is to him, it feels like an f--- you that colors the whole experience to be given a room that smells like smoke and then be told, "it is listed as non-smoking in the computer." Also, the free internet is so slow as to be almost unusable.

The Hotel is new, clean and in the heart of Abu Dhabi next to a Al-wahda Mall. The rooms are big and clean.

The check in process took very long and I was at the counter for almost 30mins. I requested for late check out when booking and was agreed on the check in but next day they called and asked me to check out early. I couldn't connect to the internet and I called many times and still they couldn't fix it. Check out Also took a long time (more than 20mins).
