Ventajas: The boarding process was smooth and we were updated accordingly.

Desventajas: Nothing that I can think of.

Ventajas: crew was ok. seats were very tight. climate was hot inside the plane for the whole trip. no entertainment the screens were not working. poor food. and finally we had to go in a bus not a direct gate.. very bad experiance

Desventajas: The attendants only came around 2 times to offer drinks/water on a 12 hour flight. They only offered tea/coffee once. It was not offered after the main meal even. The attendants need to come around with water every few hours on such a long flight.

Desventajas: 5 hours flight without entertainment, small airplane I. Addition to that my flight from Amman to jeddah was very bad, I will not book with jordanian airlines anymore

Ventajas: The crew was very nice and positive. The seats surprisingly reclined quite a bit. The dinner was actually good.

Desventajas: The offer of wine. The wifi options.

Ventajas: Staff was very friendly and loved the food.

Ventajas: We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight.

Desventajas: The snack sandwich was freezing cold...

Ventajas: Not even a bump ...seriously an amazing plane and pilot!

Desventajas: The afternoon snack was disgusting ....(not just my exclusive opinion)

Ventajas: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.

Desventajas: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.

Desventajas: The supervisor and some of his crew were rude because I had a problem and they were not helping

Desventajas: Swiss perfect as always, Barcelona ground worker disaster, as always....

Ventajas: The crew was amazing and helpful. The food was really good and the flight was timely if not early to my destination.

Ventajas: The crew is very nice.

Desventajas: Communicate with the other airports for delays....we got home 9 hours later and missed events which were planned because of a failed paperwork delay in Milano.

Ventajas: We got an upgrade to business class and the experience was extraordinary. The service in general, but the warmth smile and courtesy of the flight attendants made the experience fantastic

Desventajas: Food is not to the standard. Seats are very UNCOMFORTABLE. Below standard.

Ventajas: short lay over in Abudhabi. Flight was on time.

Desventajas: At Abu Dhabi airport my mother had to change her plane , where assistance for elderly and wheel chair was extremely limited . Also the food on the plane was not as good as the food service on most international flights.

Ventajas: My first meal offered a lamb and rice dish with carrots and currants that was most tasty, while the second meal included a nice vegetarian rice dish. They were both very good and a good introduction to the wonderful food of the Middle East.

Desventajas: I had an issue with the sound on my entertainment unit that caused it to stop every time I paused a viewing. I had to exit then return to the show, which restarted where I paused it, but it was annoying. It also would have been nice to have a solitaire card game to play online. Overall, though, the variety was well thought out.

Ventajas: La tripulación era genial. Se me perdió un artefacto y uno de los sobrecargos hizo lo imposible por ayudarme...y lo encontramos. Siempre estaré agradecida! Ofrecían botellas de agua a menudo. Muy bien

Desventajas: La comida (pasta) no tenía nada de sabor y mucha grasa. No fue nada agradable.
