We asked for an economy Nissan and we were "upgraded" to a ford fusion that was covered in stains old and junky. It was road worthy, and got us where we needed to go but it was not a pleasant car to drive. the person at the counter was great, just an crappy car, we will stick with Hertz next time.Opinión del 28 mar. 2023

The guy at the pickup counter was so helpful and efficient! The pick up and drop off were simple and quick. We just dropped the key into the return box at the counter:) The car was great…. No problems at all!Opinión del 1 nov. 2022

This was the worst experience with a car rental. The first Nissan Sentra had dents, faded paint, scratches, bad odor, cracked front windshield, and much more. I asked for a different car and they gave me a black Nissan Sentra. This looked half a star better. It was like driving a vehicle from 1996. When I returned the car, the person at ACE said they were surprised and thankful the car made it back. I will make sure I spread my experience with others.Opinión del 5 set. 2022

Had to wait 20 minutes for help when picking up car. There was no one at the desk and no one was answering any of the phone numbers listed. There was no official paperwork, just a photo copy of my license that I had to write my number, email and insurance policy number on. the rental process was very easy. the minivan, however, was a real disappointment. we were told when we got the keys that they were aware that the van had some dents, so don’t worry. well it did have many, many dents, window shield chips, things missing on the exterior. it was the only car of the size we needed so we drove around the coast looking like a wreck, literally. the van was a 2008, so 14 years old. low mileage, though. we didn’t know we were renting from rent a wreck.Opinión del 22 may. 2022

Might have mentioned that the vehicle was 2006 and had limited features that are pretty common in most cars in 2022. i.e. inputs, Bluetooth, GPS, back-up camera, etc.Opinión del 25 feb. 2022

Ventajas:Car was clean and in good conditionDesventajas:No sign about where to drop off keys and the number left at the desk went to voicemail from which we never heard back. Fortunately someone finally informed us the drop box was outside. The attendant from pickup may have told us but it would be helpful to have a sign at the desk.Opinión del 11 nov. 2020
