Clean, nice car. Had called Avis in advance to request GPS and was told no problem. Then when I arrived they said they didn’t have it. Didn’t try to help problem-solve or anything and I had a 6 hrs drive in unfamiliar territory ahead of me. I did not like being charged a per-day rate when I went through tolls. Some days I had to take a toll road that was only $.75 for the toll, but Avis charges something like $5/day to go through a toll at all. Please drop this charge. It’s b.s.Opinión del 2 ago. 2023

Drop off was easy....just drop off the keys. BUT the quote I was given is not what the final bill I got via email. So today I get to call customer service to woke that out...good luck right? Car was filthy...which we couldn't tell in the dark parking garage. Upholstry was stained...dashboard and inside windows dirty. I really don't think it was cleaned after it was used, YUCK!!! You shouldn’t need a credit card to hire out a car. The website was misleading and a false advertisement as it did not make it aware this was necessary. In other countries a debit card would sufficeOpinión del 5 ago. 2022

Avis rental pick up and drop off is at the terminal with a very easy process. The staff is courteous, friendly and very professional. The Avis desk serves both Avis and Budget. My car was clean and easy to get in and out. I recommend Avis car rental at Portland Jetport in Maine. ThanksOpinión del 7 oct. 2021
