Kayak booked me with the wrong Enterprise store. I came in to the airport and I was booked across town. They did give me a car, but it wasn't what I wanted. Other than that, it went well. Also my rental was more expensive than booked.Opinión del 11 oct. 2021

Ventajas:Car was very clean. This means a lot.Desventajas:was late to estimated pickup time by 1 hr. Switched me to a garbage car that handled poorly at highway speeds. Gas tank was left 1/2 full so had to snake an extra stop along the way, and it didn’t indicate how many approx gallons getting it back to 1/2 full would take so I gifted Enterpise $10-15 of gas on top of the exorbitant rental fee for the value.Opinión del 21 jun. 2021

Ventajas:Car was nice and staff helpful, Drop off easy as well.Desventajas:When I booked the car, I booked for Seattle Airport. However, when I arrived Enterprise at the airport told that the reservation was for Enterprise in Bellevue (although when I bookked, I specified airport) 40 minutes away. I was offered a car by Enterprise at the airport but instead of original fee of $24.00 I was charged $75.00. Is this a novel way of making money?Opinión del 18 oct. 2020

Ventajas:Car was fairly new with low miles.Desventajas:There were potato chips left half-eaten and spilled on the floor in the backseat from the previous renter. This makes it clear that the car was not cleaned well between customers - which is a serious concern due to COVID-19.Opinión del 17 oct. 2020

Ventajas:The garage manager at SeaTav Enterprise was wonderful to work with, all the staff there were lovely and helpful.Desventajas:I never rented in Bellevue, I rented at SeaTac, which you all promptly messed up. I put in my desired location, confirmed, and when I went to pick up the car, the location was completely different. I had to make a completely new rental arrangement at a higher rate. Also, the staff- however friendly- are not communicating interdepartmentally, and sending me emails and making charges on my account without advising me.
