Good breakfast, staff let us get breakfast just after it should have timed out. friendly. Location is very good for the 1-2 day visit to Leuven, park by the station, walk 40 ft, you're at the hotel, and you have a range of good restaurants and bars to choose from.
It's across the street from a train station and it's in a happening college town. Some street noise is unavoidable.

“Very friendly staff, convenient location, good breakfast.”
“The hotel is situated in the area right next to the main train station. Plenty of parking available (underground city parking), but quite expensive if you were to stay a few days (€2 per hour). Hôtel is nice, with very comfortable bed and good quality duvet. Place is clean. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Staff nice and helpful.”
