Ventajas: Had a fantastic flight and the crew was nice.

Desventajas: The flight attendants were just awesome. First time flying with Aer Lingus and I must say they are my favorite airline henceforth

Ventajas: Flight was not full, so despite a sub-par Business Class product the flight was very pleasant with empty seats all around

Ventajas: Avión de última tecnología con buen internet de ida pero no pude usarlo de vuelta, con muy poco espacio para un viaje tan largo.

Desventajas: 1- el servicio de la tripulación pedimos agua y nada que la traían. 2- Pésimo espacio entre asientos en clase turista 3- mal sistema, no permitio hacer el check in, y cuando dimos a opción de pagar asiento lo permitió hacer 4- en un viaje Intercontinental únicamente dieron una comida, no dieron coffee, el agua casi tuvimos que rogarla pues querían vender únicamente

Desventajas: As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat.

Ventajas: Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seats, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Desventajas: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Ventajas: Tripulacion muy amable

Ventajas: Good enough.

Ventajas: The crew did a good job dealing with so many customers and in one instance was able to resolve a minor conflict with seat way backs.

Desventajas: The seats should be fixed to prevent them from going back as far as they do. With space so small as it is, it is unnecessary to have them go back so far if at all. The food was poor, especially the cold egg and pepper sandwich at the end. My guess is that they were suppose to be heated which would have made them much better but the crew decided to give them out cold.

Ventajas: crew attentive the plane is very clean

Ventajas: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.

Desventajas: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.

Desventajas: Nothing at all

Ventajas: Very comfortable & spacious seats. We were provided with blanket, pillow, mask, socks. Nice food and tea service.

Desventajas: No entertainment. New airport in Instanbul not efficient. 30 minutes everytime of taxi after landing and before take off. Flight as usual 40 minutes in delay.

Desventajas: Seat was terribl, space tiny, no legroom no air movement, hot the entire trip,

Desventajas: Flew SAS Plus. Extra seat width and leg room made all the difference versus SAS Go. Money well spent.

Ventajas: Crew was very pleasant.

Desventajas: There were no announcements at all about the delays! It was confusing and poor service.

Desventajas: The baggage fees has to be clearly informed, they have a different fees almost double if u checkin bag from 22hrs of departure, total ripoff. Bundle the baggage fees when you buy ticket.

Desventajas: Food was terrible. Paid for first class, expected something better than coach. Our food choice was a ham sandwich, there were better choices but the crew took them for themselves so nothing left for the 1st class passengers. Similar situation on our eastbound flight the week earlier. I doubt if Delta knows or cares that this occurs. After paying more than twice the coach fare, we expect something better than a ham sandwich on a coast to coast flight.

Ventajas: Nassau security line was quick. US Customs line was quick.

Desventajas: The Delta line to drop my bags was long and unorganized. The ticket agents were moving in slow motion. I waited over an hour to drop my bag. I thought I was going to miss my flight.

Ventajas: I always have a consistently good experience on Delta. Everything was great.

Ventajas: Everything was on time and ran smoothly. The seats seem to have more room than most airlines. They were generous with drinks and snacks

Ventajas: The food was great and the screw were nice and young .

Desventajas: The boarding process and charging 95 dollars for an extra bag is crazy.

Ventajas: I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again.

Desventajas: Train the staff to be nice and pleasant

Ventajas: El entretenimiento muy bien. Contaba con cascos antirruido que funcionaron perfectos y eran cómodos. Asiento y comida adecuados. El único punto extraño fue el contoneo seguridad que era cruzado sobre el hombro.

Ventajas: I really enjoyed the ease of boarding and how smooth the flight went. The airline crew was friendly and the food was great.

Desventajas: I wish that I was informed ahead of time that SAS GO LITE flights do not include check-in baggage. I ended up paying $109 instead of $60 because I was unaware that the fees change the day of departure. This upset me.

Desventajas: line to drop bag was so long!! but on the plus side, we were through it in an hour and didn't miss our flight!

Ventajas: the plane didn't crash.

Desventajas: honesty. 29 minute flight took 3 hours. first they blamed it on waiting for luggage, then they likely realized there were no connecting fllights, so that excuse didn't work, then they were 'closing the cargo doors' for 45 minutes, then they had to de-ice as the plane had now sat for 4 hours instead of 45 minutes, had it left on time.

Ventajas: SAS has what is missing in other airlines, the three P's - Pleasant, Polite, Professional.

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive.

Desventajas: The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family.
