Ventajas: Staff was very helpful. He upgraded my vehicle, since no one wanted to rent that vehicle (a truck).
Desventajas: Nothing. Easy process.

Ventajas: Staff all great. Pick up very convenient, drop off kind of far from the airport. Made flight tight, but overall experience was great. Car was great. Got a nice free upgrade and price was fantastic for a drop off in a different city.

Ventajas: Nothing - location hard to find, no cars available after making advanced registration, no warning to customers it would be 4 to 6 hours to get a car. This location was horrible.
Desventajas: The location could have ensured my car was not given to someone else, along with the 5 other people there they told the same thing, after advanced reservations were made. I had to Uber to the MIA airport to pick up a car - will Alamo cover those additional costs?

Ventajas: Friendly, helpful staff, correct information and payment, no deposite for the car, we got that car we choosed, very easy and fast drop off

Ventajas: The person checking us in told us that it would be at least a two hour wait to get our car. He was willing to just cancel our reservation.
Desventajas: When we arrived the location was packed with people and it was an over 2 hour wait to get our car.

Ventajas: Terrible experience
Desventajas: Our car wasn’t available despite the fact we prepaid. 6 hours after we planned to pick up car we got a call it was ready for us.

Inefficient service
Ventajas: Car was roomy.
Desventajas: Took 45 minutes to get my car, car was dirty inside, transmission was skipping on the freeway.

2 hour wait for reserved car
Ventajas: Free upgrade
Desventajas: Had a 10 am reservation and waited 2 hours to get car and it had less than a 1/4 tank of gas which they didn't tell me.
