Boarding on this last flight... Nov 2 from Zurich seemed a bit frenetic. Passports we checked once again and this seemed to be taking an extra long time. I do like the entertainment selections, but the seat TVs and remotes do not always work well."
Desventajas: "I do not like the cramped space that we are in. It was difficult for my husband and I to get in and out of our seats. The passenger in front of me pushed her seat back and it seemed as though she was righ in my face. She could not go upright as the person in front of her was pushed all the way back. This situation also makes eating difficult. The flight yesterday was extremely warm, which I had not experienced on my three former flights. I guess I will try your airlines once more and see how it is for a third trip."

Desventajas: "the boarding was poor, we waited in line to board and they did not announce to us that we need to have our ticket stamped before we got to the door, as a result we were sent out of line once the ticket was stamped we had to rejoin the line from the back. When i got through they then said something was wrong with my ticket in which they took it and I was pulled out of the line. they should try to the ticket check and the boarding line at the same time"

Desventajas: "Found my business class seat given away to a lady with a dog. Mine was window but with extra table next to aisle. She had aisle seat but with exactly the same configuration. Idea was she would place the dog on the table space next to her seat. It would be exactly the same for both seats. Do not know what they were thinking. There were other business class seats on the other side that had the table space ext to the window away from the aisle. That would make sense for the lady with dog. Business class was full and I was the last to get on, 45 minute connection in Zurich from terminal A to E, my seat was given. But as I objected, they moved the dog lady and gave me back my seat. But they never asked a person in the seat that would have made sense to give her to trade seats."

Ventajas: "Even though the flight was delayed, everything else about it was great! Newer, more comfortable seating than the plane from the US to Europe, excellent food and service, no complaints about the in-air experience."
Desventajas: "The flight was delayed most likely because of inefficiencies in the passport check / boarding process, some people got confused, waited in the boarding line, then had to go back in queue in the passport check line. Last person walked into the plane 10 min after the scheduled departure time, as a result the airport delayed our departure by 50 more minutes."

Desventajas: "I wish the dinner service flying from JFK to ZH could be made sooner in the trip to allow more lights out time to relax and try to sleep. I wish all the movies had subtitles so I could read rather than have to deal with the head phones and the bad quality sound they produce."

Ventajas: "The crew on Swiss Air is very welcoming. The food was pretty good and there was frequent beverage service, so you don't get dehydrated like on other airlines."
Desventajas: "The seats decline fairly far back into the next seat. As a result, some of the passengers got agitated if they do not go with the flow and decline like dominoes. Both legs of the flight we had the people seated behind us kicking and shoving our seats. One gentleman was kicking my seat for a couple hours and made a scene on the outgoing flight. The stewardess addressed the gentleman and explained that I had to decline my seat because the seat in front of me was declined. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me, so every time the gentleman kicked me, it not only hurt my back, but my knees. The couple behind us on the return flight jumped the line to get onto the flight, kept kicking our seats and then pretended they did not understand when we asked that they stop. I think the pilot should address the issue upfront so this toddler like behavior does not go on. I am not sure if it is common behavior, but not something I have experienced on an American carrier."

We ended up storing our bags under the sits in-front. The way it was done it was rude and with no consideration for our comfort."

Desventajas: "The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight."

Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Desventajas: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Desventajas: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

They were not well trained to locate my luggage, and help me finding an alternative solution, i.e. Renfe train to MAD to VLC."

Una valija que me compre siguiendo las normas del tamaño que las aerolíneas te imponen para poder llevarla conmigo en la cabina, y unas horas antes del vuelo me avisan que tengo que despacharla, y encima la rompen."

Nuevamente fui con British y se igual forma no sabían de mi reservación..tanto América Airlines como British aún que haya llegado tres horas antes de la salida. No me solucionaba ni una ni otra al punto que llegó el momento que se fue mi vuelo. Pero Dios es grande y una señora de British se compareció de mí y me ayudó.Salí a Roma el viernes 12. Al regreso la misma história sólo que en otro país otro idioma..La.gente de British me dijo que aparecía Cancelado mi vuelo cuando ninca lo cancele.. Al contrario estuve pendiente de hacer el chekpoin en linea pero nunca pude entrar a su página aparecia cómo "error". A mi salida fue un calvario me hicieron dormir en Roma para salir al siguiente día pero por América Airlines..Estuve a punto de no llegar a tiempo a la cobertura periodística en el Vaticano. Son un chiste esta Aerolínea no la recomiendo ya que ni tienen un Counter para soluciones al clientes en Roma."

Como fui varias veces a tratar de que me ayudaran una de las Counter le dijo a su companera que no me atendiera que yo tenia que pagar un boleto y ya. Pero gracias a Dios una de ellas me ayudo pero igual el vuelo ya no lo podía tomar pero también dijo que parecía una persona de beneficiencia cuándo mi boleto ya estaba pagado de ida y vuelta yo no fui a pedir limosnas sino mis derecho como Cliente."

They pushed my mother while plane was taxi in london so they could get off first. Staff did nothing. Payed more to take british airways Rather than easy jet. Complete waste of money."
