Ventajas: "The flight attendants were very attentive, I just thought it was weird that they aren’t allowed to take pictures? That was the only strange thing. Overall one of the best experiences with an airline compared to most. Probably because of the unlimited tasty beverages ;)"

Desventajas: "The stewardess slammed a cart into my left knee while I was sleeping and woke me up real quick! At least she offered me a ice pack... Again how in the hell in today's worlds do you not offer Vegan choices on the menu?!"
Desventajas: "The flight was delayed by an hour but otherwise it was a good experience. The crew was great and the food was fine. I'm pleased with Korean Air."
Ventajas: "Once we were on board. the service was good"
Desventajas: "The flight was delayed 24hrs which is not the fault of Korean airlines however Boarding was so disorgainsed with no information on the process, almost no priority boarding. We were told that people with boarding passes of the original flight date had to wait for more recent passes. This led many to think that they would be kicked off the flight after waiting 24hrs. Once we did finally board we found that they had made a mistake and had to deboard a passenger resulting in an extra hour delay"

Ventajas: "Korean Air staff was great. I fly Korean when flight prices are reasonable. Stsff helped me as I need assistance as a disabled passenger. Plan to fly again to BKK and back next summer and will fly KA again if price is competitive."
Desventajas: "Flight to BKK was on 747s my favorite plane."

Ventajas: "Boarded on time and quickly. Smooth ride made me fall asleep for most of the flight almost the second I sat down (I had been out the night before so that probably also explains it). They left a note saying I was sleeping when they gave out meals and offered it to me even though we were about to descend. I didn't eat the food, nor did I use the in-flight entertainment, so I can't attest to the quality in those regards."
Desventajas: "Seats a little uncomfortable but this time around I got a window seat as well as two empty seats behind me so I was able to stretch out a bit more and be liberal with my space."
Ventajas: "The flight was only 1.5 hours and they still managed to feed us a full meal!"
Ventajas: "Korean Air staff friendly, accommodating. Meal choices were always chicken, beef or cream pasta."
Ventajas: "Food was excellent. Flight attendants are very courteous and helpful too. Plane was very spacious, I love flying with Korean air."
Ventajas: "Customer service - flight attendants were friendly & quite accommodating for all customers. Plane was quite clean, complimentary toothbrushes in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Food is hit or miss, but typically better than competitors. The personal TV has a number of new releases and is easy to use."
Desventajas: "It was a bit warm on the entire flight and as many other customers have mentioned, the seats were a tad uncomfortable; albeit nothing out of the normal for economy class."
Ventajas: "Food not too bad, plenty of beverages."

Ventajas: "There was enough leg space even though we were couch and the flight attendants were nice. They also fed us regularly and gave out snacks and drinks so this made the 15 hours plane ride more pleasant."
Desventajas: "It was HOT. We and other passengers told the flight attendants about the heat but nothing really changed. The air circulation was poor and people were sweating on the plane. Because of this, it was stale and smelly. I'm not sure why the circulation on their plane was so poor but it really made the flight more difficult than it should have been. I thought it was a one time issue but it was also hot on the flight back as well."
Ventajas: "I liked the spacious seating, up to date entertainment and snacks, plus food even though a short flight. I found the male stewards on this flight a lot more helpful I'm not saying the women weren't as well. Gender balance is good. Overall everytime I have flown Korean Air the service has been exceptionally pleasant and I feel confident and safe. Knock on wood I hope they keep striving for excellence and not lose it along the way like so many other airlines over the years."
Desventajas: "The constant interruptions of messages while watching movies. All the lights along the ceiling of the plane seem to be a lot brighter on day and night flights. Softer lighting be a little bit more comforting to the eyes, besides don't each seat have its own light source if extra lighting is needed!"

Ventajas: "First of all, you should not be charging a cancelation fee for unforeseen circumstance such as health problems. Second of all, I have not received a response yet from the emails I have been sending. It is extremely hard to call your hotline for foreigners."

Ventajas: "The size of the overhead storage was great. The crew was professional and pleasant The entertainment provided lots of movies, games and concerts. The skymap and outside camera provided a view that I was not use too."
Desventajas: "its a long flight so its difficult to know if it could have been more comfortable. There was always a line for the bathroom."
Ventajas: "Friendly crew and the airport in Incheon. Though our layover took 15 hours, I was able to rest in their lounge on second floor and able to took a nice shower too. I will fly Korwan Air again. Only one thing, please improve the quality of food, other than than that it was excellent experience!"
