The stewardess put me in a great seat when I was helpful to another passenger upon boarding. Also everyone seemed to be quite attentive and helpful during the covid situation, where people are a bit unnerved. I appreciated the effort to make everyone happy."
Desventajas: "The landing was a bit rough, but the rest of the flight was a dream. Definitely one of the better experiences Ive had in my 34 years of flying."

The attendant offered little to no help and I was displeased with his service."

Desventajas: "I was bumped off the flight due to weight restriction and moved to a flight 6 hours later, it only took me 4 hours to rent a car and drive home. I am a 210 lb 6ft tall male. I was not the reason for the plane being over weight, I was there before boarding took place they didn't ask and I didn't fly."

Ventajas: "The crew was great. The seat was adequate but NOT comfortable. The request/requirement for only the wheelie bags to be in the overhead and everything else to be under the seat was EXCELLENT. Thank you for organizing the amount of “stuff” people carry on to the plane."

Desventajas: "American needs to recognize that people in Miami are savage animals and don't have manners, which is relevant to getting off the plane. They come running up from the back and clog the aisles instead of letting people off row by row like the rest of the country does."
