Ventajas: "The new plane was amazing on my way back from Singapore to Chicago. The staff is extremely courteous. The food was good which included some traditional Korean food options and some western cuisine."
Desventajas: "On my way from Chicago to Singapore, they had an old plane and the business class was mediocre at best. The seats were uncomfortable. They were stacked side by side and did not have a "personal pod" formation which in my honest opinion is quite a waste of thousands of dollars you paid to travel. Additionally, the entertainment was just okay. There were not too many great options of movies and for the old plane, the screens were really bad."

They left a note saying I was sleeping when they gave out meals and offered it to me even though we were about to descend. I didn't eat the food, nor did I use the in-flight entertainment, so I can't attest to the quality in those regards."

This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."

I wish the chairs either didn't do this or the flight attendants would have said something. I didn't feel like I had the authority to do anything about it. Also it was so warm! Desventajas: "No me gusto que al llegar a lax. Te suban a un camión y te transportan del gate 6 hasta el 4 porque después de las 6.30 de la tarde no hay servicio de migración. En el 6 increíble en silla de ruedas con un friaso y con resfrío...volar primera clase y recibir un trato denigrante todo por culpa del servicio de migración , que no estaba presente en el gate 6...... No tiene precio.....nunca más tomare un vuelo internacional después de las 6.30 de la noche.desde Guadalajara."
Ventajas: "Una dama sobrecargo, hablaba espanol e ingles, antes no me habia tocado que se esforzaran por utilizar el idioma del pais"
Ventajas: "Todo. Desde el momento de la simple compra, el staff de abordo, el salon de espera de Alaska. Seguramente vuelva a comprar un boleto con Alaska"
Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."
Ventajas: "I really enjoyed the leg room being 6’4” and all! All my flights were con time, and without delay. I definitely we will recommend Alaska Airlines to family and friends."

Ventajas: "This is a flight that locals and contractors take. Frequently, many people on the flight know each other. In Bethel, you will always board with stairs. The crew is very professional (though they may strange errors describing the terminal in Bethel because many of them have never been there), but this is changing as more and more pilots and crew have lived or do live in Bethel."
Desventajas: "Many times this flight is a combi, so no first class. Generally, no entertainment, and wifi cuts off after about 20 minutes. From time to time visiting contractors or short-timers won't stop talking on the flight about how much they hate Bethel (but have no trouble making a living from it)."

Desventajas: "Overbooked flight, moved to isle seat instead of window seat which is incredibly uncomfortable for a person of my stature."

Ventajas: "We liked that we got the best price possible with Alaska from Kayak. It was a great staff aboard the flight!"
Desventajas: "Our landing was very rough both in Seattle and Portland. Also, our boarding took forever and there were a lot of rude people not letting seniors or mothers with young children go first. Some people also had horrible colds and were coughing loudly and very grossly all through the flight."

Ventajas: "I appreciatted that the captain came out and say good morning to everyone, I liked that they checked both my bags with no extra costs. I also was changed my seat to a better one at the last minute upon request for availability. In general all the crew was very nice,always with a smile and respect to the customer."
Desventajas: "It was not possible to issue all bording passes for the rest of my trip from Seattle to Cartagena. When I flew off from Cartagena, Copa Air did so, all the way to Seattle."
Ventajas: "For the most part everything was good"
Desventajas: "The plane was small and the guest in the seat next to me occupied his seat and made himself comfortable enough to extend himself into my space as well. I paid for my seat and didn't expect to have to share it with anyone else. It made the three hour flight a bit uncomfortable."
Desventajas: "Not sufficient time between flights - catching next leg to Atlanta. Had to literally run to another concourse to make flight even though the arrival from Anchorage was on time."

La persona que recibio nuestro equipaje nos hizo cambiar cosas de las maletas por un exceso de 0,5 kg"

Desventajas: "Fue un vuelo casi low cost, muy miserable los aperitivos, y ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de entregarme un auricular a pesar se haberlo pedido. Un vuelo de cuatro horas muy aburrido."

Desventajas: "Mal señalizado el abordaje en ezeiza, teniendo pantallas que todos podemos mirar, en lugar de anunciar por las mismas el orden de ingreso, no, andaban con cartelitos de carton que apenas se veían y una señora diciendo donde era cada fila, un desastre."

Desventajas: "No checan los asientos, cuando llegue a mi lugar asignado ya había dos personas sentadas y una de ellas estaba en mi lugar no comenté nada poe respeto ya que eran personas mayores a mi"
