Ventajas: "As expected from JAL, the flight was amazing in every way. The food (the Japanese meal) was not typical airline food, it was actually very good. The courtesy packets had many useful items including eye refreshers, lip balm, and the bathrooms were kept very clean and stocked with both mouthwash and toothbrush/paste. All together as flawless and comfortable an experience as possible on a commercial carrier."
Desventajas: "There was nothing I didn't like, but if I could make a suggestion it would be to offer a larger selection of movies and shows on the long-haul flights. Also the cabin twmperature was a bit too warm but I understand that might vary from flight to flight."
Ventajas: "From start to finish, we were amazed by the customer service of Japan Airlines. Altogether we we had a 14-hour day or so of flying with two small children and it could have easily been a 20-hour-or-more day of flying had Japan Airlines not been so great at what they do. We can't say enough about how amazed and blessed we were by their customer service."
Desventajas: "Having to pay for wifi and not having access to power outlets. Everything else was amazing and honestly these minor things were very forgivable given the great entertainment choices that came along with the plan ride and and the amazing customer service."

This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.
Una aerolinea con estandares de calidad y de servicio insuperables. Nos trataron muy bien desde que llegamos al Counter.
El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Ventajas: "I flew from Bali to Doha and then Doha to Dulles after an 8 hour layover. Both flights operated a Boeing 777. The planes were spotlessly clean both flights. The menu choices were amazing and the wine selections were very good. What made the difference was the attentiveness of the cabin crew. I would particularly like to commend the purser and the flight attendants on flight 707 DOH-IAD for their assistance and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty"
Desventajas: "Flight 707 was supposed to have the new Qsuites in Business Class, so it was disappointing that without prior notice the airline switched to an aircraft with normal (but quite good) business class seating. Nevertheless, the purser and the flight attendants made the flight memorable in a very positive way."

Ventajas: "The food was good. The legroom was enjoyable."
Desventajas: "I checked two bags and had them marked 'fragile', as I had valuables in there that I packed securely. When I retrieved the bags on the carousel, the fragile sticker was mangled, and both items from both bags were broken. Pieces of art I can not replace. Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance."

Desventajas: "On O-Hare Airport, Qatar Air Line's staff is very rod, I never recommend to anyone. Now if anyone ask from me then i refuse to buy Qatar Aiway ticket then they buy Emirate or other air line tickets"

Desventajas: "Food wasn't as good as the other 3 legs of the trip (Houston-Doha, Doha-Kathmandu and Bengaluru-Doha) The hand rests on these planes didn't go all the way up making it less comfortable to be travelling on a 16 hour flight with a toddler."

Ventajas: "Qatar Airways was very cooperative and kind enough to switch my flight 4 hours earlier with alternative flight free when I asked them to change it if that possible. They did so with kind and smile within 10 minutes while it was very difficult due to boarding time and luggage switching Boarding was okay Crew also was kind, responsive, Food was great Entertsinment was the issue due to airplane size and airplane facilities like Internet and entertainment tv screen was not in your seat Thank you so much Qatar Airways"
Ventajas: "Couldn't get the seat we requested, Airlines still use dial up Credit card machine to process, unable to process C.C payment after using 3 different C.C Crew instead blamed me and ask me to use ATM to get Cash !"

Desventajas: "The aircraft was extremely dirty, also my seat was saturated with a spilled drink and it was all over the seat and the tray table and tv, there was old food crusted on the seat back. I didn’t want to touch a thing thank god it was only a two hour flight. Very very outdated."

Ventajas: "They just seem fake friendly. Be nice if they also were more lenient on carry on luggage. Very unreasonable making the start of vacation stressful moving stuff from our carry on to other luggage over 1 kg. It was obnoxious. They had another scale at the gate which was over the top obnoxious. I felt like we were a burden to the airline rather than a guest."
Desventajas: "They need to treat people as a guest rather than a hastle. Super annoying bag check and staff and crew in plane were just ok. Whatever happen to being a guest"
Ventajas: "Comfy 777. IFE screen is bigger than other planes. Facilities are newer. It seems to be quiter too."

Ventajas: "Flight landed on-time and was smooth. Staff was helpful and profession. My request for vegetarian meals failed (might have been my fault) and the staff really went out of their way to make sure I got vegetarian meals anyway. And the vegetarian meals were excellent. Good experience on a long flight."

Desventajas: "My seat table was broken and couldn't really eat my food without spilling and how people take forever to get off plane and staff doesn't regulate it should definitely make people who have multiple carry Ima wait until people leave to grab alll their stuff from cabin"

Desventajas: "Two hours late taking off. Sat at the gate on the plane waiting. We checked in two hours plus early and the agent made a flippant remark that that flight was always late and she was right!"
Ventajas: "Clean aircraft and polite personal. Long flight but it was as pleasant as 12 hours in a plane can be. It was 1 hour late which messed up the next flight connection but it was 1 hour late to Taipei so they didn't lose any time."

Desventajas: "Second meal was not up to par with the first meal. Movie selection needs improvement; only found one of many to watch."
Desventajas: "Airline somehow cancelled our spot on the flight without us knowing, only found out when we were doing the checkin at the airport. What followed was an hour and half of international phone calls to try to sort this mess out. Ended up with us having to go to an airport an hour away to catch another flight so we don't miss our trip. Terrible terrible experience and stressful."

Desventajas: "Waited more than 1 hr for wheelchair assist. Almost got left by the plane in sfo. In taiwan even they mark wheelchair assist in the ticket of my 73 year old dis abled mom they told us she is not in the list in taiwan we can wait for 1 or more hrs but they will close our gate in 30 min. So i haft to help my mom transfer to the gate. Very bad service especially to elderly and dis abled"

Ventajas: "Ground crew facilitated the flow of the very long line, making sure it's moving along. The flight crew were helpful in finding a spot for your carry on and were always there when I needed assistance. Food was good but the Taipei-Manila flight, there was only one choice of meal."
Ventajas: "Connection flight on the way back was a bit late but we still made the connection just fine. The airplane was new. Nice seats and nice video system. The flight crew were very nice, professional and quite beautiful"
Desventajas: "The food was typical airline food which is not very good."
Ventajas: "The staff immediately address we have kids on board. They gave my boys the drawing pad and stuff to play with. They manage to serve meal within a 2 hours flight and that was amazing."
Desventajas: "The plane is a bit outdated, the remote on the side needs hard pressing in order to work. Seats are tight for flight over 8 hours, need to consider changing plane size. The flight delayed for an hour. boo! We already experienced delay when flying from Honolulu to Taipei. Not sure why their flights keep delaying."

Ventajas: "I had a sudden swelling of my feet and ankles while flying to Asia.. China Airlines was very accommodating to me and had a wheel chair waiting for me at the gate... Never had this happen,,, So they were very helpful and considerate..."

Desventajas: "They make you stay in China overnight EVERY flight layover......even by saying the weather is bad......others on my cancelled flight told me they'd waited 2 days for a flight but keep being sent back to a hotel"
