Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Todo estuvo mal. Cancelaron el vuelo a Puebla, cambiamos el vuelo a Cd de Mex y ya en el Avión nos bajaron por qué no había piloto, ademas ya para salir después de la demora no teníamos designado pista. Pedimos asientos buenos ya que teníamos plus y nos dieron los que no se inclinan!!!!
En ese vuelo no tenían para ver películas. Solo con los dispositivos y te cobran el WiFi. Si el vuelo dura casi 5 horas deben enviar aviones con pantallas para el entrenamiento. Esos aviones que no tienen pantallas debe ser para vuelos más cortos.

El retraso total fue de 4:10h."

I asked because it was open and mentioned that it was our honeymoon and they played some tetirs and made it work for us and a number of other people to move around and be more comfortable. Also, this particular flight crew was super friendly. I didn't enjoy my last condor flight and was considering not using them again but this team made me keep that door open."

Desventajas: "First the ground staff didn't allow people with disabilities to pre-board, Second, the seats were so crammed together, like I've never seen on an international flight, third the entertainment options were pathetic and alcohol wasn't free. I've paid less for tickets and gotten way more. But what was truly appalling was the fact that I asked the airport staff for a wheelchair and they wouldn't give it to me, I could barely walk and they ignored my request in Frankfurt."

Desventajas: "Our first leg of the trip was canceled by CONDOR. We had to frantically get help from a general ticket counter for our flight from Rome to Frankfurt. It was an epic ending to a horrible flight experience. Because our flight to Rome was beyond awful, we asked for a free seat upgrade and were told that they are unable to do that. They have zero customer service and don't seem to care about the customers at all."

Ventajas: "We flew Condor PDX/FRA outbound and I was not happy. Coach cabin was configured 3seats/aisle/3seats/aisle/3seats abreast and row spacing was way too close. I noted this in my review and was dreading the 10.5 hour return flight. I was pleasantly surprised to find a roomier seating arrangement with 2seats/aisle/3seats/aisle/2seats with larger seats and a bit more legroom. The service as before was attentive and efficient."
Desventajas: "Was this new cabin arrangement the new standard or did we just get lucky on that trip? I will only book with Condor again if I can be guaranteed the roomier cabin."

Desventajas: "Despite individual monitors at every seat, the offering of violent and sexual content is disturbing. Monitors can be seen from a few seats away, and I have witnessed children becoming rather disturbed at content "adults" are watching. I believe that real adults can survive an 8 hour flight without watching sex and violence."

Desventajas: "Tightest passenger seating I have experienced in over 60 years of flying and the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE seat. I am just 6' and my knees pressed agsinst the seatback in the upright position. Firmly. First time ever I couldn't sleep. Accoustics meant the talking of a passenger across the aisle and against the window sounded like he was in my lap! HORRIBLE design. A ceiling panel came loose and swung down in flight (lights attached). Nobody knew how to fix it so the entire wait crew just stood and stared at it for 10 minutes until one woman swung it back into place. AWFUL training."
