After research last Fall, I was confident of the companies history so we were able to save a few $$ using Sun Country on a non-stop direct flight from Phoenix to Minneapolis. Great crew both ways and consistent with their pleasant and positive approach to all passengers. Will use Sun Country again when the time avails itself/ Go USA . Winning the 41st Ryder Cup."

Desventajas: "I was blockaded from access to the bathroom(s). The first class dragon forbade access to anyone but 1st class and the rear bathrooms were blockaded bt workers handing out drinks. Very tough on us 75+ crowd.We don't get much time from urge to crisis."

The plane wasn't completely full, so there was an open seat in the middle of my section. That was really nice! I especially like Sun Country because the airports in both Phoenix and MPLS are smaller than the main terminals!!! I'll be back! :0)"

Desventajas: "Nos demoraron 40 min en asignar puerta para desembarcar, tuvimoa que caminar todo el aeropuerto de miami porque el equipaje salio por la gate asignada inicialmente al avion y mi valija se fue para un vuelo de conexion. Media hora de espera mas y termine perdiendo el transfer al hotel y tuve que esperar 3 horas mas al proximo. Un vuelo de 2 horas me llevo todo el dia"
Desventajas: "Nuestro vuelo tuvo un atraso que nos hizo perder la Conexión en Miami , el personal en Bogota muy descortés y no nos dieron soluciones. El supervisor Mauricio Velez fue desatento y grosero la única solución que nos dieron fue conectar en un vuelo de Delta que supuestamente salía 8:10 am y con sorpresa al llegar a Miami nos dimos cuenta que era 8:10 pm. Pésimo servicio"

La verdad no entiendo como se les puede pasar ese detalle!"

Desventajas: "Boarding process"
Desventajas: "parking my car 2 weeks in Asheville Long term was $96. I should have gone to Charlotte, parked at my friend's house and paid AA the same rate for a nicer seat and cabin leg room. a la carte pricing ran my bill up even with NO checked luggage. Asheville doesn't have a shuttle service for the long-term parking."
Ventajas: "Ease of getting on and off, direct flight home, free parking in Belleville."
Desventajas: "seats are ok for 2 hour flight"
Ventajas: "friendly helpful staff. on time. safe."
Desventajas: "my suitcase went to the WRONG destination. very inconvenient and expensive. also plane interior was pretty shabby which made me wonder about the engines, mechanical etc."
Desventajas: "I attempted to check in online and was unable to do so. Bad app."
Desventajas: "It was raining when we landed and we were told the guy didn't want to come out in the rain to open the door so we were stuck on the plane for a while. Being Florida, it rains. If it's your job to pen a plane door, I would think it's reasonable you do it in the rain sometimes. Then up to the passengers on board whether or not they want to get out of the plane when it's raining."
Ventajas: "Price!"
Desventajas: "Our engine seats at the rear of the plane were of course a little noisy at first. We got these seats on both our flights. Hoped that at least one-way we would have managed seats with a window."
Ventajas: "Great flight. On time. Easy on. Easy off. And amazing fares."
Desventajas: "Everything great"
Desventajas: "Flight cancelled on the way to the airport due to weather. Weather wasn't due to turn bad for 36 hours."
Ventajas: "We got the brand new AB 320 on both flights! Nice plane!"
Desventajas: "Lightning delayed boarding and departure for hours. Not Allegiant's fault but it happened."
Desventajas: "Did not purchase any food and there was no entertainment offered"
Ventajas: "Very efficient service... actually a good experience."
Desventajas: "The airline nickel and dimes for everything."
Ventajas: "It's convenient and inexpensive for one of my regular destinations. Though, over the years, I've experienced a few cranky employees at the Punta Gorda location. Just the opposite in Asheville, where friendly was apparently invented."
Ventajas: "We were supposed to have boarded for 5:00, flight was at 6pm. They were missing 1 crew member and could board the plane. She showed up, then they made a announcement that the Oakland flight will be delayed till 8:10 takeoff. I was able to get on a flight to Stockton Airport without problem. They wouldnt tell me what was wrong, and i didnt want to chance that it was the last dlight to Oakland and went with Stockton. The flight was good, you have to pay for your water."
Desventajas: "They would tell me the problem with the plane."
Ventajas: "The fare"
Desventajas: "Seats don't recline. There's NOTHING complimentary not even water"
Ventajas: "Fast flight. Good climate control"
Desventajas: "Flight attendants could smile or be a little more friendly. Overall good though. Could add wifi to flights."
