La comida estuvo muy mala
El vuelo estuvo excelente. La gente de JAL es muy especial. La próxima vez volveré a volar con ellos.
Ventajas: "The coach seats were larger than those on domestic flights. The window glass was dimmable for ideal lighting."
Desventajas: "The arm rests did not go up all the way. This made it difficult to maximize comfort with my wife."

Desventajas: "The boarding process was a joke. No seat assignments until the last second. The front desk personnel would not help us with a seat assignment and said they were “working on it”. I sat down with my wife in the waiting area and observed the front desk personnel joking around with each other for the next 45 minutes before the flight. Very unprofessional and not helpful. Not a good way to represent your airline."

Ventajas: "The majority of the crew had facials that made me feel like I shouldn't talk to them. The food wasn't the best but that was expected. There was movies and shows that kept me entertained for a while. Seats are normal couldn't walk or get up often because of turbulence."
Ventajas: "Japan Airline is a notch above the rest. The services was constant and consistent, the food was delicious and abundant, and the seats were comfortable. I was surprised at how often they would go up and down the aisles checking on passengers, picking up trash, and serving small food items. To top it off towards the end of the trip they put toothbrushes in the bathroom so you can leave fresh, awesome."

Overall experience is good. Except that the one of the assistant ground attendant during my check in is quite annoying when i asked her only one question, something regading the boardong pass. She should be more helpful and accommodating not arrogant.

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

They said I have to pick it up only at baggage claim..and I had to carry my baby with 2 hand luggages all the way through immigration until I reached baggage claim...very disappointed with this. ..Other airlines handed the baby stroller as soon as you got off from the flight.."

Desventajas: "If we could have been able to check-in 24 hrs in advance, it would have given us peace of mind. Since we were booked through AA, we couldn’t checkin on that flight either. Had to go to ticket counter. The signage is really poor at KOA airport, and it’s dirty. The food choices are really poor too."

Ventajas: "Crew was friendly and attentive. BIG airplane; lots of seats, maybe too many but I had an aisle seat in an aisle in the middle that only had 3 seats so there was extra space next to me. Really appreciated that I was able to charge up my phone in the seat in front of me"

Ventajas: "The Crew was great and I'm sure they were doing their best, but we left over 4 hours late because of mechanical problems with the plane, part of which we were stuck on the plane for. Then the entertainment system didn't work for me the whole flight. It was a loong day!"

Desventajas: "Plane showed up 2 1/2 hours late. Seats in terminal were very uncomfortable and staff had no clue what was going on. They had 3 flights trying to leave from same gate at same time. Plane seats were also very uncomfortable. Once plane was boarded and on way pilot came on and blamed the delay on maintenance issues and weather. Airline delay caused 2 hour delay getting our rental car. We didn't get to our lodging until midnight and should have been there by 7 pm."
Ventajas: "The crew was very friendly. The service we received was good and the flight was smooth. Boarding and I boarding were very easy, as was checking and claiming luggage."
Desventajas: "Is there a kid’s section? I left like my seat was surrounded by all of the screaming kids on the flight. I would go forward or back to use the restroom and not hear another kid crying or screaming. If there is a designated kid area, let it be known so others don’t have their flight ruined! It was so loud I couldn’t even hear the movie I paid for."
Ventajas: "LOved the Airbus plane with chargers and video screens at each seat! Super friendly crew and attentive continuous service!"
Ventajas: "The crew was very friendly and we were pleasantly surprised to be served a meal as this just doesn't happen anymore on domestic flights. It was pretty good, too."

Desventajas: "Audio interruptions to offer credit cards felt tacky. I understand the opportunity, but it's kind of a turn-off to be strapped into my seat and forced to listen to a canned commercial. Maybe announcing a free cocktail to all cardholders to get the buzz going, then pass out flyers to anyone who is interested after that"
