La comida estuvo muy mala
El vuelo estuvo excelente. La gente de JAL es muy especial. La próxima vez volveré a volar con ellos.
Ventajas: "Typical JAL, nearly everything was fantastic."
Desventajas: "I don't think it could be made better but legroom on this flight was cramped. Certain planes in the JAL fleet have really cramped legroom and uncomfortable seats."

Ventajas: "Best service and food among a few hundred flights I have taken so far. CAs were always courteous. They are smiling to each other and looked happy. It was really nice to see that."
Desventajas: "When booking the flights, I didn't know that I wasn't able to reserve a seat until check-in at the airport. Even usual online check-in was available for my ticket. I might have not purchased this ticket if I knew this limitation. It would be nice to know it at the time of booking."
Ventajas: "I wish all long haul flights were like this. Very clean and well maintained cabin space, good quality food, very attentive, helpful and polite cabin crew. Never thought I’d be able to say this, but the 14 hour flight with two young children in economy was a really enjoyable experience with JAL!"

Desventajas: "First time on a 787 so was a little disappointed the economy class seating was still a little cramped, the in-flight entertainment and service made up for it though."

Ventajas: "My wife and I made the rookie mistake of showing up to the wrong airport in Osaka but the JAL staff helped us by transferring our reservation to a later flight so that we were still able to make our connecting flight from Tokyo to San Francisco. We're grateful to the entire staff at JAL for saving us a lot of time and money!"
Ventajas: "The service is excellent and the quality of food is much better than most international airlines. Haven't used Japan Airlines in years but their service has been exceptionally consistent."
Desventajas: "Outdated entertainment system and the not-so-clean restrooms (perhaps due to a full flight or that passengers are just plain dirty)."

Ventajas: "The check-in was flawless and gave me accurate information about my luggage being checked all the way through. I had an overnight layover in Tokyo and they handled my luggage the way I expected."

Ventajas: "The crew member was excellent and his charisma really made up for any shortcomings this little "puddle jumper" had. He even helped my companion out with some advice for relieving his ear pressure."
Ventajas: "It was the best flight and airline I have flew so far. The crew was extremely professional and very helpful, the space between the sits was great and I didn't feel cramped into the sit like on any other airline. Food was excellent also!"

Ventajas: "El vuelo partió y llego según lo programado. Se puede usar wifi, lo cual ayuda mucho a tener un mejor entretenimiento a bordo, asi que pude hablar con mi familia y amigos, y usar mi spotify. Las horas se fueron volando ;)"

Desventajas: "I think my negative impression of this flight was more due to the extreme turbulence and extra hour spent on the ground at Narita, which is always a challenging airport. The meals were passable, but hardly anything to be proud of, seats were cramped and flight was pretty uncomfortable."
