Our boarding process was delayed by almost an hour, and it felt like every 5-10 minutes we had an update as to what was going on and why, then passports were checked early, and service was top notch."

He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see"

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Desventajas: "Packed in like sardines on an overnight flight. Awful food. Cheap fair seemed like a bargain until you find out that you have to pay an extra charge for the dubious privilege of reserving a seat way back in the 34th row."

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed, as a result i missed the next flight to Washington DC. My whole schedule was messed up as i had to fly through Chicago. My luggage was lost and i only received it 2 days later. Will file the complaint."

Desventajas: "You have to pay for second piece of luggage flying from US to Asia. Most airlines allow two pieces for these destinations even for economy class."

Desventajas: "Once again, I paid extra to select my seats and once again they did not honor that. I paid extra for an aisle and a window seat and we were put in that horrid middle seat area. The video/television screens in our row were broken the entire flight. The attendants kept telling us they would be fixed soon and they never were. There was one attendant who was nice and the rest were rude and unhelpful. We arrived in Boston 2 1/2 hours late. Terrible experience."
Ventajas: "It was a very short flight. Thankfully very short."
Desventajas: "I paid extra for extra leg room and there seemed to be no difference in leg room between business class and economy class."

Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.
Desventajas: "Fue un viaje corto, entretenimiento y comida no fue indispensble pero todo bien!"

Ventajas: "El personal muy amable y a pesar de que se retraso el vuelo todos mantuvieron la calma y lo manejaron muy bien. El asiento no está mal, es cómodo."

Ventajas: "El vuelo fue de delta pero estaba operado por Aeroméxico. El personal de ambas líneas muy grosero. En especial una señorita de Aeroméxico llamada Yadira Díaz que tenía un distintivo de entrevistador literalmente me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera que ella no me iba a atender."
Desventajas: "Ambas aerolíneas (Delta y Aeroméxico) tienen que capacitar a su personal"

Ventajas: "El avión salió a la hora y llegamos 20 min antes de lo previsto"
Desventajas: "Pasaron laa azafatas 1 vez (vuelo de 2 horas), y aunque había wifi a bordo, era muy malo."

Desventajas: "No checan los asientos, cuando llegue a mi lugar asignado ya había dos personas sentadas y una de ellas estaba en mi lugar no comenté nada poe respeto ya que eran personas mayores a mi"
Ventajas: "La atención fue muy buena, los asientos son muy cómodos el servicio de entretenimiento, cuentan con una entrada de audífonos y salida usb para cargar tu teléfono mientras viajas.el wifi en la nave son un plus."
Desventajas: "Pague un upgrade a un mejor lugar y Mi asiento se regresaba a la posición original solo el cual tenía que que estar acomodándolo , a pesar de que el personal me comentó que era una nave nueva."

Ventajas: "Cortesía del personal, antes y durante el vuelo. Opciones de entretenimiento a bordo. Menú variado. Puntualidad. Me gusta mucho volar con Delta, y este vuelo (directo Málaga-NY) para mí es una opción muy buena; lástima que no esté disponible todo el año."
Desventajas: "Tristemente, este vuelo sólo opera algunos meses al año."
