Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.
La comida podría mejorar la calidad. El plato de pollo con arroz era algo picante y no nos avisaron.

Desventajas: "Was inadequately fed on the Houston to London leg. Got nothing but a nightcap. The following morning I received a cold, stale croissant as part of a lunch box for a preschooler, nothing warm, no protein after 8 hrs in flight. I could not check in online."

Ventajas: "British Airways has greatly improved their customer service, the flight attendants (usually a bit gruff) were instead very kind and helpful to myself and all the passengers I saw them interact with. It really makes the flight experience better."

Ridiculous. There is no place to sleep properly in the airport, I saw people laying down on the floor."

Often rolling their eye and making overt gestures to passenger questions - one crew member just threw the food tray down and it all spilled over another passenger - they also struggle with english and so is hard understanding both ways - abslote the worst food selection and quality in my experience. Better pack your own food from home"

Desventajas: "I have checked my baggage allowance for this trip when I first paid and it was 2 checked in bags. However, I had to pay additional 185 Euros for adding my second checked in bag."

Desventajas: "Even thiugh i paid for first class , i was made to wait for 30 minutes while economy passengers boarded. Many of them arrived after me. Other first class flights allow you to eat when you want. not this one. i slept through their mealtime - no food for me. the seats also do not recline fully. Since the treatment is not first class, might as well fly economy on this one."

Ventajas: "There was one crew member who was sympathetic to our plight, we appreciated her candor and whatever help she was able to give on this long flight."
Desventajas: "We were forced to sit on foul smelling seats for the 15 hour flight. The only option given to us was to deplane with barely 2 minutes of time to decide as the aircraft doors were being shut. Check-in took more than an hour and 15 minutes with a slow computer system."
Ventajas: "The crew was great although clearly tired. They timed meals and darkness/light well given the time zone jumping and were consistently friendly despite drab conditions of such a long flight."
Desventajas: "The crew members inside the flight were unfriendly and apparently rude!!!"
Ventajas: "I thought the food was awesome, and not just for airline food. The vegetarian that I had was excellent. Crew was very friendly and helpful, plane was clean, seats comfortable. On the long flight we were all supplied (even in economy!) earplugs, a neck pillow, blanket and earphones. Everyone has their own little screen and the TV and movie selections were good, like having cable TV in the air, but no commercials."
Desventajas: "The ear plugs looked pretty cheesy, but I had my own and never actually tried them. I could always use more legroom, but that is a standard complaint I have with all airlines."
Ventajas: "I thought that the crew working the flight from Abu Dhabi to Doha, was especially efficient, There is so little time to do all the things that they have to do, They however seem to do it well, and at the same time make it look easy."
Desventajas: "I do not like having to take a bus to and fro the terminal in Abu Dhabi. Especially when the connections are short."
Ventajas: "The only positive was that it followed the time and the crew was good."
Desventajas: "I paid 22 bucks for wifi services and it never worked one bit. The crew bluntly told me that they can't do much about it. I would definitely travel via a different airline primarily due to the fact that the wifi wasnt working and the leg space is terrible for an 18 hour flight."
