La persona que recibio nuestro equipaje nos hizo cambiar cosas de las maletas por un exceso de 0,5 kg"

Ventajas: "La atención fue muy buena, los asientos son muy cómodos el servicio de entretenimiento, cuentan con una entrada de audífonos y salida usb para cargar tu teléfono mientras viajas.el wifi en la nave son un plus."
Desventajas: "Pague un upgrade a un mejor lugar y Mi asiento se regresaba a la posición original solo el cual tenía que que estar acomodándolo , a pesar de que el personal me comentó que era una nave nueva."

Desventajas: "Inconsistencies, on my way back to montreal from the philippines, i was informed that baggage would be claimed directly to final port of destination but didnt, when i arrived at toronto i had to take my bagage and drop it off again, although my next flight would be with west jet airlines, korean air was not able to communicate well with their airline partners as to bagage claim and changes in boarding gates."

Ventajas: "Boarding, flight, and deplaning great.our seats were pre booked by West Jet and were the window and aisle seat. My husband is 6’5” and needs an aisle seat. We prefer to book our own seats at no cost. Fortunately our seat mate wanted to change too."

Desventajas: "Of the four flights I took with WestJet this holiday, 3 were delayed. The flights were frigid. On this flight the agent at the gate was very rude when I asked about checking my bag, lecturing me about the size of the bag and insisting she would have to charge me if it was a full flight, which she said it wasn’t. It ended up fitting just fine in the overhead. Totally soured my experience. I will not use this airline again."

Desventajas: "theres a problem with the connecting flight so we had to run threw few terminals to board and almost missed the flight"

Ventajas: "American Airlines stated that a checked in bag would arrive at final destination however after leaving the customs area I confirmed this with a Wesjtet agent and this was not the case. Westjet helped to contact an AA representative and, have the bag passed through so as not to delay the tight connection. Very very impressed with this assistance and thankful. The bag arrived home when I did."
Desventajas: "Toronto Airport has an extremely slow and packed customs line.. Flight was almost missed due to this as well as long distance to gate."
