No tiene precio.....nunca más tomare un vuelo internacional después de las 6.30 de la noche.desde Guadalajara."

Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Desventajas: "flight delayed 3 times didn’t leave until 11pm 3 hours late last delay because pilot was late. didn’t get home until 3am."
Desventajas: "5 delays between for a 4:27PM flight that eventually took off at 3:15am. My biggest issue is the unrealistic delay that could have left us in the airport for 11+ hours. Very thankful that they did allow me to change departure locations to another airport at no charge. That flight went well, even arrived early."
Ventajas: "Quick and very smooth flight, amazing flight attendants."
Desventajas: "Wish at least one drink/soda was free. Boarding line was so slow."
Ventajas: "Even though the flight was delayed by more than 2 hours, we were able to make it home."
Desventajas: "Started with constant delays. Flight ended up leaving around 8:30 when the flight was supposed to leave at 5:59. Once boarded there were no snacks, no liquor and only a few options to drink. The flight attendant was mumbling and kept on messing up what he was supposed to say the entire flight."
Ventajas: "The pilot landed smooth."
Desventajas: "We were boarded and waiting on the stuffy hot plane with no air. The seats were so small and tight and then we had to get off the plane and take all of our belongings and waited another 3 hours to get back on the plane after they had told us something was wrong with the plane. It was a horrible experience. And we received nothing for the inconvenience when I had to cancel my work day so I had no compensation and lost clients because of cancelling last minute on them."
Ventajas: "Like the newer plane. The crew was nice."
Desventajas: "I purchased 2 bulk head seats for more leg room and because they changed the plane, my seats were no longer in the bulk head. We didn't have extra leg room and I would like a refund for the price I paid to upgrade my seats. It is impossible to get service on the phone, since even the customer service number the flight attentendant gave me, still put me on an unbearable hold time. Please refund my money for the seats that you did not provide me with."
Ventajas: "My kids and I had great experiences with Allegiant Air, thanks in large part to some excellent flight attendants. This was the first flight for both of my children (5, 7) and they had a blast. On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!"

Desventajas: "Everything about Aligiant is horrible. Service, attitude, even the pilots can’t land smoothly. As a diabetic, they don’t even give you water withiit paying for it. Had my wallet in my checked bag and almost had a health issue."

Ventajas: "I liked that the flight was fast but I was coming from Vegas so it’s not that far."
Desventajas: "They charged me $50 for a carry on even after I told them repeatedly that I tried to change it on my ticket days before I was leaving. It would not let me change it or even check in on the mobile app. It was very hot and we had to wait for awhile before any air conditioning started. No entertainment or complimentary drinks."

Desventajas: "I understand that Allegiant has a pricing structure to implement, but forcing passengers to keep personal items between their feet when most of the overhead compartments were empty was just insulting and ridiculous - not to mention dangerous. In the event of extreme turbulence (or worse), all those personal items would be flying around the cabin."
Desventajas: "Bought flight insurance. Had to cancel within one week due to mom's health issues. Could not get a refund without her Dr.'s signature, which was impossible for me to do. Therefore....lost 145.....down the drain....."

Ventajas: "First time flyer on this airline... I loved that it was a DIRECT flight halfway across the country."
Desventajas: "Where to start... i guess for starters EVERYTHING is an upcharge. I was suprissed the seatbelts were included! Less legroom than a Cesna 152 and surrounded by 159 of my closest friends. And i mean SURROUNDED. That cabin is SO tight! So tight in fact the seats are a blow mold plastic with roughly 1.5" of foam and fabric. Think go-cart bucket seat with some foam rubber and pleather. Then there's luggage... My carry on bag (that I've used for 15yrs) was too big for the jig at the counter so got to check it for an additional $10 (above the $30 i had to pay to bring it) and they charged me $40 for my original check bag. The hitch is that they only allow 40lbs ($1/lb) for that check bag when the rest of the industry says 50lbs is the norm. Oops, gotta pay for that too! And wait for it... sodas are $2 in flight!"
Ventajas: "Crew was great and handled the delay well. Definitely worth the 6 bucks each way to get the seats with additional leg room."
Desventajas: "This the 2nd time I've flown from Punta Gorda to Indy in the last month and both times the departures were delayed because of mechanical issues. No vouchers offered + no free anything offered = Bad customer service model. This airline also charges for carry-ons."

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed 2 hours. The plane was freezing the entire flight. Apparently, the crew tried to get the pilot to turn down the air, but it never happened. I hate how Allegiant nickel and dimes you. Not even a cup of water is free."
Desventajas: "They arrive to the airport over an hour early and went to the desk we're asking them to print my ticket they informed me that they cannot check me in at the desk I had to do it online I didn't have the ability to do that so therefore I miss my plane"
Ventajas: "The crew was awesome! They were friendly and very focused on their passengers. The plane was clean and the flight, itself was great. Worth flying from Oregon to So. Cal., will do again. Loved the flight times, and because of them, we were able to have half a day on departure day (Thursday 3:30 pm) to drop off dogs, pack and run errands and some work and arriving back home (Tuesday 9:46 am) gave us all day to work and get ready for the week."
Desventajas: "Plane did not board or leave on time, spent a lot of time waiting both on and off plane. I also did not like being hit with the taxes and fees at Alamo, after booking through Allegiant. Those should have been included in the initial payment, because I could have rented same vehicle for $40 less through Alamo website,(final payment w/ T&F's) That was a waste of your customer's money."
Ventajas: "It's like taking the public bus during rush hour. Organized chaos. But I guess you literally get what you pay for so, yeah. The crew was awesome though. No qualms there."
Desventajas: "Disorganized boarding. Even the extra room seats are cramped. Bathrooms are a step up from a porta potty. DO NOT SIT NEAR THEM unless you plan on holding your breath the while flight."
