El personal de Delta del aeropuerto, en concreto una chica con trenzas de color y el personal de embarque fueron lo mejor. Gracias por toda la ayuda que nos prestaron
El personal de Delta nos atendió e excelentemente. En especial las auxiliares en los puestos de Delta en el aeropuerto.
No vuelvo a contratar con esa compañía, ni con vosotros. Desde mayo intentando ponerme en contacto para cambiar el billete y no ha sido posible. He perdido el dinero sin poder ni siquiera poner una reclamación. Lo está estudiando consumo europeo.
Ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he tenido a la hora de viajar. El trato que recibimos mi hija y yo Por parte del equipo de facturación fue humillante. No sentimos tratados con desprecio y la educación. No volveré a viajar con esta compañía.
Retraso de dos horas en salir el avion por problemas en el programa de navegación. ¿No lo tienen comprobado antes de embarcar a 300 personas?
Es increible que no pudiera hacer la facturación online -según el personal del Delta con el que hable porque no había comprado el vuelo directamente con ellos- y que ademas Virgin o Kayak no me avisaran de ello, por lo que tuve que perder un tiempo precioso intentándolo

Was not able to get more than one glass of wine, even though I missed the first beverage service, that is my fault though, but I don't recall it being an issue getting a drink between services. Entertainment systems had contrast issues and it seemed like a lot of people 8 - 10 had issues since they were using iPads instead of the built in monitors. A lot of wear showing on the entertainment systems remotes."

I had teriyaki chicken with rice and I left it. Big dislike - when I was checking in online I found some economy seats I couldn't allocate for my seating due to additional charge applies. I think this is very off putting as I have been a Virgin member for years and it is very disappointing."

Two days later I guess is an appropriate time to then put it on the next flight? What? My bag is 20 pounds, smaller than a standard sized Dachshund. And low and behold they said I can spend up to $50 on necessities. Too kind, virgin Australia, too kind."

Desventajas: "My meal had rice that was severely undercooked. The audio quality on the entertainment system was very bad and no English subtitles were available for the majority of the movies."

Ventajas: "It was interesting that the flight from Helsinki to Chicago served a Indian style dinner comprising of lentils, rice and chickpeas. I liked that too, though I prefer the meditarranean fare. My kids liked the macaroni and meat dinner. The plane was clean and comfortable"
Desventajas: "The flight attendants could have been a bit more cordial and smiling. The dessert was only a choclate. Would have liked something better. Entertainment needed more variety. Boarding was a bit of a mess as they did not let families board first and were not very accomodative of families with small children, though I had a 9 year old, but there was a family with two very small children and they were not very helpful to them."
Ventajas: "many choices of films to watch was great too! Like that you served Finnish food!"
Ventajas: "I made it home safe."
Desventajas: "Poor boarding, delay caused us to miss connecting flight, new flight plan did not have enough time to pass though customers, bag not delivered to final destination. In office now trying to locate."
Desventajas: "I don't live in Riga and had pick up scheduled in Rigas airport to take me home to Telsiai, Lithuania. Because flight was delayed and I had to fly to Talin and then to RigaI I arrived at 10pm plus took me another 30min to figure out what happened with my luggage. I am still in Riga waiting for the morning to schedule another ride home. Very long , inconvenient trip ;-("
Ventajas: "Finnair is great. I travel with a cello and they were terrific! 1. They understand and respect musicians and the anxiety involved in traveling with a large, fragile musical instrument. 2. The staff was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. 3. Finnair employees are a totally professional group of people and friendly, too. all the flights were smooth. I've flown a lot and for me Finnsir is always the best choice to Moscow."
Desventajas: "The experience going was great. Coming home, the plan was old, but it didn't bother me."

Ventajas: "Well this was a first for me. The flight was overbooked and some one wanted to go to New York. Finn Air asked me if I would give up my seat they would get me on the next Finn Air flight to Chicago. I did and they even up graded me to business class on the next flight. It was the best flight experience of my life. Great food, hosts, and service. It was very comfortable the entire way."
Ventajas: "Food was provided when the flight was delayed for 2 1/2 hours. I also really liked the text update from kayak about the delay. The airline did not keep me updated but kayak did."
Desventajas: "The delay when it was already a 6 hour flight. I also was not able to reserve a seat because I had booked through kayak and not with the airline. Finally of the most irritating of all annoyance was that there was no movie. This was an international flight and there was no entertainment. I will never fly American Airlines again."
Desventajas: "Problem with baggage"
Ventajas: "Plane was nice, new, every seat had an entertainment system. Crew was very nice and did their best to accommodate my needing a gluten free meal. *This was an Iberia plane, not an American Airlines plane."
Desventajas: "The Iberia web site, and web app were not functioning properly. I want able to save any of my personal information such as phone number or known traveler number. I was unable to select a gluten free meal prior to the flight since the web app and website were not working. I tried calleding Iberia customer support over 10 different times and was never able to speak with a representative. The customer support prior to the flight was non-existent."
Ventajas: "The flight was great...the staff are wonderful people...they are so sweet and kind...they work so hard...the service was great...I love their personalities..The Movie selection was awesome...Because of my broken leg, they were there to help me right away...amazing crew...will be flying with them again in October....looking forward to flying with British Airways again... My husband's entertainment screen was broken and flickering so much that all shows/films were completely unwatchable. My screen began flickering 1/2way through a film."
Desventajas: "Sat on runway for almost three hours. Delayed connection."

When I paid w euros they didn't have change, said they would bring if before I landed and never did. This happened both to and from EU. Additionally the internet didn't work AT ALL and none of the attendants had a Clyde as to how to set it up. Finally, the attitude at large was dismissive, the idea of customer service is clearly not one Aer Lingus has embraced."

Desventajas: "Slow crew service couldn't get coffee served beyond first 5-6 rows before landing. Crew just putting in time chatting with each other. Couldn't get boarding pass til morning of flight."

Desventajas: "No water or soda provided Unless you pay. Also we were told at gate to check hand carry since no more room but when we boarded there were lots of compartment spaces empty."

Desventajas: "My wifes seat kept reclining and would not lock in place. My seat would not recline and was locked in upright position which was not comfortable when trying to sleep plus seat in from was reclined in your face."

Desventajas: "Seats are uncomfortable and arm rest doesn't fully fold back. The airplane wasn't cleaned up after the previous flight so there was a few wads of tissue paper around our seats."
Ventajas: "I missed the flight, and was put on a scheduled one for the next day. Also, I love the fact that I can do customs before arriving stateside."
Desventajas: "The air conditioning on board was FREEZING. It took three tries to get a blanket."
Ventajas: "Flights were smooth and on time. Boarding was fine. I could walk around. Restrooms were clean. The egg breakfast dish on flight from LAX to Dublin was yummy."
Desventajas: "The seats are too small. I'm 5'11 and had to have my legs in the aisle even though there was nothing under the seat in front of me. The sound system for movies and pilots was hard to understand - not clear. Aisles too narrow."
Ventajas: "Staff is great, attractive, and polite. Seats are comfortable. Everything was great."
Desventajas: "I'm not sure if it is the fault of Aer Lingus but the gate is not know until the last minute. Flight takes of at 8:50 and they don't post the gate until 8:00"
Ventajas: "Ride was smooth from Dublin to New York"
Desventajas: "The food was horrible, and the prices were high.The seats that we got were small and had no space to move around. And the seat I was in had a broken headphone jack, so I had to ride the whole 6 hour plane ride looking at a tv screen with no sound!"
