Un gran servicio. Debes estar atento en todo momento porque no hay avisos pero de ahí en más todo increíble.

Desventajas: "I asked the Chinese flight attendant in economy to please ask the man in front of me to put his seat up since the captain and purser had already asked us to do so in three languages The man in front of me refused to do so. She said she was going to start at the front of the plane and let him leave his seat back making it difficult to see my tv monitor. I thought that she should’ve said that it was time to put your seat up. It was frustrating that she didn’t support me and the request of the captain. Your seats are very uncomfortable upright when the person in front of you has their seat back."

Aer Lingus hired another carrier to do this flight—plane, crew —no Aer Lingus personnel. Everyone was nice, but. Had made arrangement for early morning checkin. Got to the hotel SO late that they waved a fee and had our room ready. Was going to sightsee the first afternoon—basically lost a day of seeing Dublin."

Desventajas: "Dropped myself and my partner from our connecting flight from Heathrow to Boston cause of a plane switch. Provided no reason for why we were selected. Then was put on a flight to Dulles and then to Boston. Ended up arriving home about 5 and a half hours later than anticipated due to BA's incompetence. Awful day of travel. Also the plane's temperature was HOT! I've never experienced such discomfort on a flight."

They allowed people to relocate to seats allowing for more room and comfort once everyone boarded and empty seats were identified. The snacks and meals were tasty and generous. The entertainment options offered something for everyone - great music and movie choices. I would definitely fly Aer Lingus again."

They could have done something. I had to book another last minute on delta and they took cate if it because that flight was also less than an hour to takeoff too. I will NEVER fly aer lingus again"

Plane seats were significantly smaller than on other airlines' international flights. Can't see any reason to fly Aer Lingus again."

Desventajas: "We will not fly Icelandic Air again. The baggage fees were incredible - $95 per bag to go from Boston and $110 per bag to fly home. That is over $400 in bag fees. This with practically no service, no snacks - we did get water and soft drinks and a ground crew in Iceland that does not communicate about boarding. There was no system to get people on the plane and no communication You expect a baggage fee but it should be well communicated. We looked up the fee online and saw an economy bag listed. What they do not list is that there are different economy baggage fees. The lower price you pay the higher the fee. Again I don't mind a fee - I just should be able to find that fee before I commit. Very deceptive advertising. I could have booked a flight with an airline for the same price and gotten better service, a few snack and airline miles."

Ventajas: "The seats were comfortable and spacious enough. Also, the entertainment system was really responsive, which is a little thing, but makes it feel nicer and modern. It also had good selection."
Desventajas: "Being a rescheduled flight after a big storm, security seemed overwhelmed with the number of people. We arrive about two hours before scheduled departure and they were making last call by the time we got there. Not sure what can be done about this, but it was annoying. Maybe the airline could have requested that security open earlier."
Ventajas: "No food or snacks are given on flights even if they are overnight. Everything must be bought other than water and coffee/ tea. Other than that the crew and flight were nice."
Desventajas: "not being on the plane!"

Ventajas: "I really liked the fun facts about Iceland on seat heads, and the seats were quite comfy as well. Everyone was really friendly. As far as being trapped in a tiny space too high up in the air can be, it was quite enjoyable."

Ventajas: "On time, polite and helpful assistance at airport with seat assignmnent issue ( all seats on a four leg ticket had been unassigned after assignment three months prior), generous leg room, very good tea on flight. Slept in Reykjavik airport on long layover due to dreadful weather. More comfortable than most airports."

Ventajas: "They brilliantly board passengers with window seats first! The seats are roomy and the lighting above the storage bins is a nice touch."

Desventajas: "Was not notified of the cancellation until arriving at baggage check. Instead of putting us on another Iceland air flight, they put us on Virgin Atlantic connection to British Airways. The Virgin flight was 2 hours delayed so we missed the connection and then it was not clear who's responsibility it was to get us to Paris."
Ventajas: "The seats were comfortable and not as cramped as other airlines. I wasn't prepared for the exchange rate, the cost of food purchased on the plane showed up as dollars on my debit card account."

Desventajas: "Actual flights were fine. Connection in KEF was confusing due to poor signage (Gate C23), no staff, and no chairs at gate. "Am I really in the right place?""

Desventajas: "It was very uncomfortable for an international flight. I did not realize that food was not included. Also, I was not offered head phones either. I will not fly with them internationally again. The discomfort was not worth the cheaper price."

Desventajas: "It was too hot on both legs of the trip: boston to reykavik and reykavik to stockholm. Also, the airvents above the seats were ineffective."
Ventajas: "Overall another great travel experience. The ground and air staff make you feel welcome. They provide bottled water when you board and go around again towards the end of the flight. One of those little things that keeps me feeling comfortable."
Desventajas: "Very few issues. However the the in-flight entertainment system always starts at full blast sound and no control to turn it down. When I've used headphones without their own volume control I've had to take the out until the on-screen controls finally appeared. It was really really crowded at the baggage claim in Reykjavik. Took much longer to get my luggage and get out than in previous visits. I also wish there were better food options. More protein and less carbs."

Llegamos con 5 horas de retraso respecto al horario previsto. Quiero poner una reclamación.
Viaje corto y sin problemas. El personal es atento y servicial.

Se perdió la conexión por el retraso en el aeropuerto. Apenas se está tomando hoy un vuelo con escala y cambio de aerolíneas. Doce horas en el aeropuerto de Londres para conseguir uno.
El vuelo se retrasó en casi 2 horas
Retraso y mal servicio
Nada. Por culpa de un retraso en un primer vuelo con vosotros perdí el segundo.
El embarque fue complicado por que estaban con poco personal y había una sola persona chequeando la documentación del control sanitario, lo cual terminó retrasando la salida del vuelo. El viaje en sí después fue aceptable.
Compre el vuelo con British para hacer Tirana a Londres y Londres a Madrid, y por separado Madrid a Montevideo. Al hacer 3l check in British no quizo mandarme la valija derecho a Montevideo acotando que la tenía que levantar en Madrid, aunque hubo un caso en que si lo hicieron. Ellos sólo me dieron el ticket a Londres, y no el otro a Madrid como hacen siempre, alegando que era por que era con ellos pero operado por Iberia, cosa que me ha pasado con anterioridad de volar con otra compañía asociada pero nunca no me dieron el ticket. Lo cual después me dificultó la pasada por control ya que yo no tenía prueba de que iba a hacer solo escala en Londres, tuve que hacer el check in online, y menos mal que me dejó. El personal no fue muy amable que digamos y el vuelo en sí un griterío de niños al unísono llorando y corriendo por los pasillos como salvajes. Además de que la mitad del personal y los pasajeros se sacaban el tapabocas y nadie les decía nada.

Ventajas: "Entretenimiento: Buen sistema de pantalla interactiva con mucha variedad de películas, nuevos estrenos y sobre todo valoro la disonibilidad de estas películas en español-castellano. Me gusto mucho el poder disponer de suficientes bebidas y refrescos durante el vuelo."
Desventajas: "Conexión perdido porqué falta tiempo par recoger la maleta como me dejaron en rio."
Desventajas: "Se demoró más de una hora no te piden ni disculpas todo lo que tenía planeado para ese día se derrumbó"
Ventajas: "Esta Aerolínea es pésima en sus servicios en general.. Por culpa de ellos he perdido el Avión del Jueves 11 por la razón que me informaron que mi vuelo era con América Airlines pero al dirigirme a América éstos me expresaron que no era con ellos sino con British. Nuevamente fui con British y se igual forma no sabían de mi reservación..tanto América Airlines como British aún que haya llegado tres horas antes de la salida. No me solucionaba ni una ni otra al punto que llegó el momento que se fue mi vuelo. Pero Dios es grande y una señora de British se compareció de mí y me ayudó.Salí a Roma el viernes 12. Al regreso la misma história sólo que en otro país otro idioma..La.gente de British me dijo que aparecía Cancelado mi vuelo cuando ninca lo cancele.. Al contrario estuve pendiente de hacer el chekpoin en linea pero nunca pude entrar a su página aparecia cómo "error". A mi salida fue un calvario me hicieron dormir en Roma para salir al siguiente día pero por América Airlines..Estuve a punto de no llegar a tiempo a la cobertura periodística en el Vaticano. Son un chiste esta Aerolínea no la recomiendo ya que ni tienen un Counter para soluciones al clientes en Roma."
Desventajas: "Todo el desorden, mala organización la forma de cómo me trataron parecía que era un Indigente ante ellos.. Como fui varias veces a tratar de que me ayudaran una de las Counter le dijo a su companera que no me atendiera que yo tenia que pagar un boleto y ya. Pero gracias a Dios una de ellas me ayudo pero igual el vuelo ya no lo podía tomar pero también dijo que parecía una persona de beneficiencia cuándo mi boleto ya estaba pagado de ida y vuelta yo no fui a pedir limosnas sino mis derecho como Cliente."

Desventajas: "Pésima comunicaicón de la AA ante la imposibilidad de aterrizar el LAS por viento. Nos desviaron a Ontario y tuvo que ser el personal de tierra el que nos explciara lo que estaba ocurriendo, 1 h en un avion cerrado y repostando en Ontario sin una gota de agua"
Ventajas: "La rapidez para hacer el check in del equipaje y la comodidoD del aeropuerto. El avión era confortable y el vuelo fue muy tranquilo."
Desventajas: "El vuelo se demoró, la tripulación llegó tarde. No dieron ni un vaso de agua sin tener que pagar aparte."

Ventajas: "Uno paga business y en función de la demanda mueven una cortina y piensan que ya està, mínimo espacio y de business class solo el precio, un sinsentido...."
