Ventajas: Both friendly and professional

Desventajas: All is perfect! They couldn’t be better

Ventajas: The crew was attentive

Ventajas: The food is delicious, for a short 3 hour flight, unlike other airlines which they only give u snacks like cheeze it or crackers

Desventajas: It would be better if there’s a mini screen for movie as well

Ventajas: The crew was spot on with there interacting with us passengers and very good doing there job

Desventajas: Food and drinks lol

Ventajas: The meals and the consistent drink service was great

Desventajas: The plane was delayed due to waiting for people to clear customs.

Ventajas: Really appreciated AC getting us on an earlier flight as our scheduled flight was delayed over 2 hours due to weather.

Ventajas: Extremely late-no specific reason-AC lounge closed at 9 so we were asked to leave-boarding area was so packed no where to sit so sat on “rails”. After 3 hrs delay u expect something like some peanuts to compensate-but no-they are as bad as any other NA airline if not worse-awful service, all they wanted cared after giving some soda or water is to Collect the garbage-plane was not cleaned properly. Dirty paper and cups in pockets. Wish i did not have to fly AC

Ventajas: The on-board crew were great. Super friendly and chatty. Almost a WestJet feel instead of the serious aloofness that AC is known for

Desventajas: The entire HUGE MESS from booking til sitting on our last airplane. The “new reservation” system is a horrible joke. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing so you get completely wrong info and they won’t do anything about it. I’m a wheelchair assist and had to call 6 times to remind them to put it on my ticket even though each time I was shown that it had been added. They kept seating on the back row of the plain and blamed me for not calling ahead to “let them know I was wheelchair assist so they could reseat me” BUT...they won’t answer you call unless it’s 24 before your flight and then to check at the airport who then tells us it’s out fault cause we didn’t call more then 36 hrs ahead...YOU CANT CALL THAT FAR AHEAD...and ...get this “they don’t have wheelchair assist on my ticket/file”. I about lost my mind over the hours on hold and every different answer as to what what to do and in the end blamed us. ASTONISHING TO ME. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE ON-BOARD TO ANNOUNCE THEY ARE THE BEST AIRLINE IN NORTH AMERICA 2019...HORSE PUCKY!!!

Ventajas: La puntualidad

Desventajas: Mostraron 5 minutos antes la puerta de embarque, este terminal es muy grande por lo que ponen a afnrse a la gente

Ventajas: Nothing, Air Portugal is the worst I have ever experienced. Never fly Air Portugal, you have been warned.

Ventajas: It was on time and everything went well

Desventajas: It was a 767 what was a good surprise at first but very old. Food was not worth eating, crew was fine. The seats like the airplane, old.

Ventajas: Food and beverage service was great, especially the the wine/beer and hot meals on the long flight.

Desventajas: Not enough leg room etc. for the long flight. Cushions and blanket were nice.

Ventajas: The meals and the consistent drink service was great

Ventajas: Flight was on time. Seats were comfortable. Plenty of food was included in the flight. And service was good.

Desventajas: Greater weight allowance for carry-on luggage.

Ventajas: Lufthansa is a great airline.

Desventajas: Food was so hot that it was difficult to remove the packaging to be able to eat the pasta.... Desert was ok, brownie was real hard and too sweet....

Ventajas: Comfortable

Ventajas: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.

Desventajas: Internet speed is weak.

Ventajas: Easy boarding process

Desventajas: Crew climbed over my seat multiple times in order to get their stuff from the overhead bins. Also loud when people were trying to sleep

Desventajas: Severe turbulence and many of the Egyptian passengers didn't understand the announcements and were getting up

Desventajas: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Ventajas: British airways is always a good choice for me, never had a bad flight with them.

Ventajas: Finnair is the best!

Ventajas: Very friendly and helpful cabin crew. Excellent boarding procedures. The food wasn't awful. Everyone seemed relaxed and upbeat...maybe because the holidays are approaching.

Desventajas: The rolls were ice cold, and the butter was not real butter. My husband found the seats cramped, and little foot room. I'm 5'2" and they were ok for me. The child behind me screamed and then projectile vomited for the last half hour of the flight, which can't be laid at BS's door. Many people were still on their cell phones and laptops during the whole takeoff, despite multiple announcements. I would have kicked them off.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: Incredibly poor customer service and their policy's are full of sneaky loop holes. Will NEVER fly with them again.

Desventajas: Too many delays

Ventajas: Food, seats pretty good , movies offered some good choices much better than US carriers

Desventajas: Heathrow airport at 4:30 AM not fun at all

Ventajas: Crew were intuitive - how about a little drink / you look as though you’d like another cup of coffee / come and have some chocolate / without me having to ask .

Desventajas: 27D has got those awful metal boxes under the seat in front .

Ventajas: Crew was very accommodating, seats were comfortable

Ventajas: Clean plane and excellent flight overall. The food was very good and the cabin crew were very nice.

Ventajas: Missed my connection. Been at airport 6 hrs to get to Milan

Desventajas: Boston crew not checking me in and missing my connection
