Desventajas: "El avion no tenia entretenimiento ni posibilidad de cargar dispositivos electronicos. Tampoco tenia apoyacabezas. La inclinacoon del asiento minima."

Desventajas: "Pesimo servicio de cena y desayuno. Muy mala comida y los aeromozos no eran atentos. Al punto de que a mi fila no nos habian dado la bandeja de desayuno y nos dijeron que seggro era porque estabamos durmiendo, lo cual no fue asi."
Desventajas: "El vuelo estaba lleno y en vez de documentar a la gente que traía maletas grandes a la cabina, me quitaron la mía que era chica y solo tenía una una. El tema era que en el apuro dejé los documentos de migraciones en dicha maleta y fue un gran problema al aterrizar"
Ventajas: "El personal muy amable ... atento a los pasajeros ... observe que habiendo lugar cambiaron a más de una persona. Es un gran detalle!"
Desventajas: "Seguro hablo de algo que todos seguramente comentan .. el espacio es pequeño... Pagamos un extra por otros asientos que resultaron, me atrevo a decir igual que los otros q teníamos asignados.. Por esta oportunidad les doy las Gracias.."

Desventajas: "Deberían modernizar los equipos multimedia. El enchufe de corriente de mi puesto no funcionaba. Los auriculares que te dan se escuchan horrible. Las películas de los vuelos hacia o desde Latinoamérica deberían ser como mínimo Subtituladas al español. Hay muchísima gente que viaja y no sabe inglés. La verdad no entiendo como se les puede pasar ese detalle!"
Mal
Retraso de 3 horas y no tuvieron la cortesía de dar bebidas o comida gratis para los pasajeros después de tenernos 3 horas en Las Vegas. Teniendo que arribar a Bellingham a las 2:20 am

Ventajas: "For a “no frills” airline I like the modern aircraft, professional and friendly crew and on time departure and arrival. The flight is too short for entertainment or food service but the snacks and drinks for sale are varied and acceptably priced."
