Check in could have went faster and more smoothly
No frills airline. Excellent service. Very good leg room for passengers compared to other "full service" airlines. Crew was very friendly. No entertainment system other than flight information display which was surprising as I thought it would be another revenue stream for them. Overall a surprisingly excellent experience.
Great new carrier to Europe. Lots of leg space and friendly crew
The booking was for the new Icelandic budget airline Play, but Kayak keeps sending check-in information about India's Star Air.
Mi luggage is lost
Todo excelente y servicio de primera.
Distancia entre pasajeros muy buena con asientos libres entre cada dos. El entretenimiento a bordo nulo. Accesos wifi pero de pago. Toda la comida de pago.

Desventajas: "Our flight was cancelled with no notice. We were rebooked in economy class when we paid over $5,000 for business class tickets, and told we would "probably" receive a refund for the difference. after much prodding, asking and begging, we were finally rebooked in a flight on Lufthansa the same night. That airline was upset, though, because SAS did not call them or notify them that we had been switched to their airline."

Ventajas: "Boarding was easy, I'm a Star Alliance Gold member so was able to get on board first. There were significant delays leaving Dulles and our connection was tight, but SAS held the flight so I give them props for that."
Desventajas: "The crew was grumpy and unhelpful, but I can usually overlook that. What really got me was this: YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BEER & WINE ON THIS INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT! Never in my 25 years of international travel have I seen this from a mainstream carrier. For this fact alone, I will never fly this airline again. You also have to pay to pick your seats in advance."
Desventajas: "Lost my luggage when the other 3 people who I am traveling with got theirs. Not sure what went wrong there. No SAS personnel was available, actually there was no airline counter even. I filed a lost and found report at the airport. I will contact the airline , hope they will find my bags or at least provide vouchers for my one week vacation."

Desventajas: "My bag was soaked and my clothes inside - top layer and some second layer items were wet. Some colors bled into other garments and they are ruined. Really not happy my bag was left out in the rain in Germany."

Desventajas: "With a flight scheduled for around 11 hours, seat comfort is at the top of my list of importance. These big Airbus planes have the worst seats for long hauls. I had forgotten previous experiences when I made the reservation but won't in the future. If it is a big Airbus, I'll opt for a flight with a 767, 777, 747 or 787. And what's with one soda per flight? Overall, an acceptable flight but just barely."

Ventajas: "I'm pretty sure the seats have more space and lean back further than most American airlines so that helped me get some rest. I didn't eat the food because I was really trying to fall asleep but it smelled delicious! They offered iPads to everyone to use for entertainment during the flight. it was smooth and landed a bit early!"
Ventajas: "Thanks to the staff while checking in my luggage I was able to check my bags directly from Stockholm to Mexico City via preventing me to loose a lot of time in London where I was supposed to check in and out because I purchased my trilp in two different segments"
Ventajas: "Economy seats were roomy. Crew very nice and attentive."
