We ended up storing our bags under the sits in-front. The way it was done it was rude and with no consideration for our comfort."

Desventajas: "Porque el servicio mínimo de alimentación es tan malo? Dan medio vaso de agua, jugo o refresco. Ni siquiera dan la lata entera. En viajes incluso menores en otras aerolíneas dan mejores servicios de alimentación."

Desventajas: "WHY IS BASIC ECONOMY THE DEFAULT TICKET OPTION AND WHY IS IT EVEN A THING? It’s insanely inconvenient and WAY too expensive for offering you absolutely nothing - no carry on, no food, no seat selection, literally nothing. I paid upwards of $800 to fly round trip to IOWA - I can’t think of the last time I spent so much money to be so uncomfortable and have ZERO ability to upgrade or alter my experience."

Every time I take United I say it’s it’s the last time so it’s my fault for choosing United again. But they are happy to take my money and nickel and dime customers for every last thing."

Ventajas: "Da la impresión de avión mas amplio al tener los portamaletas tan altos y la puerta de entrada ."
Desventajas: "La forma de controlar el chorro de tu aire es muy complicada. El sistema de luces individuales al estar tan alto ilumina todo. Una luz general estaba estropeada en el vuelo y se quedo enendida ( era vuelo nocturnos). Era un vuelo de bastantes horas y podrían haber dado algo más consistente de comer. Los asientos no se reclinan tanto como en otros aviones. LO PEOR EL SISTENA QUE TIENE DE ENTRETENIMIENTO INDIVIDUAL. (Sin pantalla)"

Desventajas: "The entertainment system went down halfway through the journey and had to be rebooted. The hamburger was good and hot but didn't come with lettuce and tomato as advertised."
