Not a good way to represent your airline."

Ventajas: "With Japan Airlines, there is never a doubt in my mind they are going to be the best airline of choice. I was running late to my flight into Haneda to fly out to Singapore. I literally arrived to the front desk 15 minutes before the plane departed. The ladies at the front desk were very aware of my urgency and walked me threw the crew line and got me to my gate without a missed flight. I cannot thank you enough for the kind and generous work you do."

Meal service was also very slow - took over 50 minutes to serve the economy cabin. There was no choice of main available.. Main was an array of fish cakes type street snacks. It was edible but not impressive."

The other had a sauce with seafood extract in the ingredients. I can read Japanese so didn't eat it, but there wasn't any English information on it."

There should be double the movies and music offered given that you can go through all of the offerings in one or two legs of a trip. I had four. BBC news didn't work on any leg of the trip and the Japanese news was in Japanese only, no English."

Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

Desventajas: "Los últimos asientos, los que están pegados del baño no pueden ser reclinados. Eso hace que todo sea incómodo. Además, cada vez que alguien entra al baño, todo el ruido allí se escucha."
Ventajas: "El entretenimiento, muy amables el staff . Mi vuelo fue con escala con la misma compañia y no tuve que recoger mi equipaje al hacer cambio de vuelo, ellos se encargaron de todo. Solo tuve que preocuparme por montarme y cambiar de avion."
