No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.
La comida podría mejorar la calidad. El plato de pollo con arroz era algo picante y no nos avisaron.

Puede mejorar la comida principal
En los dos vuelos que reserve los dos vuelos de conexión los perdí, por culpa del retraso de la aerolínea, solo en una me pagaron hospedaje y alimentación en el otro yo tuve que pagar mi hospedaje y alimentación que por cierto estaba terrible la comida del hotel. Además de que el personal de air Canadá en el aeropuerto de Toronto fue muy déspota y grosero. Mi experiencia es mala con esta aerolínea y en lo futuro evitaré viajar por ella. Gracias.

Desventajas: "El embarque muy lento y desorganizado, el personal para chequear tu vuelo en shanghai demasiado incompetente, es la tercera vez que voy a shanghai y a la hora de salir siempre les aparece a ellos un error en su sistema, todo eso despues de haber pasado la aduana... algo que deberian haber corregido, con mi visado y pasaporte en orden, yo comprendo que la temperatura del avion debe ser baja ...pero en estos vuelos se les va la mano hace muchisimo frio en esos aviones para un viaje de casi 14 horas, termino siempre enfermandome y con gripe a causa de esas largas horas de frio constante ...deberian mejorar y comprar nuevos aviones con mas espacio para esos viajes tan largos, porque los que he cogido hasta ahora estan un poco incómodos...ojalá mejoren, aunque se que estoy lejos de la realidad pero igual se los dejo dijo."

Desventajas: "Me correspondió asiento del medio los cuales son de menor espacio con respecto a los asuntos de las ventanas , más para viajes largos pero en cuanto a el viaje de 3 horas están aceptables Pero en si es una línea que tomaré para los próximos viajes a Dominicana, lástima que no me es favorable para e"
Ventajas: "Not much. The crew was nice but that’s about it"
Desventajas: "It was extremely hot. Very uncomfortable"
Ventajas: "Seats were cramped, we had a crazy woman in front of us who kept jolting her seat every 20 min. Or so. My wife was very upset and told the stewerdesses"

Ventajas: "Very tiny not enough space even for small people...very uncomfortable long haul..crew wasn’t much available"
Desventajas: "Food they could have spare a little of food on long haul flight and drinks water, hot drinks were sporadic...had to go and ask.srvice was slow and not so great...even free movies like most planes would have been nice"
Ventajas: "Not enough leg room for an international flight. Only a couple of the many flight attendants seemed very happy to help you or to even be there. As soon as the plane, the flight attendants started selling items and services ie: $11 codes to watch movies, cigarettes, etc. Cigarettes??"
Desventajas: "What happened to a complimentary drink with your meal, more than one kids movie as a choice for entertainment, friendly attendants and LEG ROOM? E"
Desventajas: "for a tall person the seat spacing is torture for a 10h flight. at the least offer affordable extra legroom. I'd be fine paying 10% more for 10% more space, but not hundreds of dollars"
Desventajas: "Left on the runway for hours"
Desventajas: "Condor asked me to check in my hand luggage due to lack of space. Then they lost it. That happens... But after losing my luggage Condor acts like it is not their problem and tells me I should work with some generic luggage tracker company."

Ventajas: "The flight attendants were very nice."
Desventajas: "1. There was no organization when boarding. It was chaotic. 2. For some reason, everyone appeared to have a difficult time finding overhead room for their luggage. 3. The attendants are used more as sale‘s people than attendants. The items they were selling included candy, spirits, and cartons of cigarettes. 4. They only offer two free movies, a few tv episodes, and music. 5. They serve you food twice. No snacks. No alcohol."
Desventajas: "Flight delayed for more than an hour but we were told we couldn’t check the luggage even though we had already checked in!!! Cleared immigration without being able to check our luggage and the flight still hadn’t landed to even refuel and go through it’s ground checks!Now we’re without clothes for a week!! Worst customer service ever with aggressive non chalant Condor agents worst travel experience ever"
Desventajas: "small uncomfortable seat,poor air circulation. Could not book my checked bag through final destination, impossible to collect and recheck in time, lost the bag finally got it two days later. Condor needs to coordinate with other airlines for bag flow. Very unimpressed with Condor will avoid in the future."
Desventajas: "Non existent customer service. No individual lighting in main cabin, no attempt to fix the problem. Bathrooms were falling apart and disgusting. Cattle car mentality."
Desventajas: "There were only two movies for free. You have to pay for all others."
Desventajas: "The boarding process was beyond terrible. Enough that I will never fly with Condor again."

Desventajas: "Perdieron mi maleta, en la conexión de Frankfurt a Cancun, y llego después de 5 días, toda golpeada y rota. Que clase de servicio es ese?"
Desventajas: "Very good experience"
Ventajas: "The crew let my wife and I move to the two outside exit row seats. I asked because it was open and mentioned that it was our honeymoon and they played some tetirs and made it work for us and a number of other people to move around and be more comfortable. Also, this particular flight crew was super friendly. I didn't enjoy my last condor flight and was considering not using them again but this team made me keep that door open."
Desventajas: "Rude crew members were the worst part. Mainly one guy. All the women were very sweet."
Ventajas: "crew spoke English well and was very friendly and helpful, good selection of new movies"
Desventajas: "middle seat and real tight, no climate control, so was really warm whole trip, and kept interrupting our movies with pointless annoucements"
Ventajas: "Ofrecieron un vuelo de reemplazo, 8 euros para la cafeteria y fueron muy atentos para solucionar el problema"
Desventajas: "El vuelo tenia overbooking y no pude embarcar. La propuesta de vuelo nueva supone el doble de tiempo viajando mas un retraso de 7h con respecto a la hora original, ademas de haber tenido que volver a comprar billetes de yren en el destino"
Ventajas: "Great crew."
Desventajas: "Vegan food wasn't actually vegan (yogurt is not vegan) and quality and taste were poor. Broken overhead compartment. Limited space to move about. More movies in economy (seriously ridiculous not to provide more entertainment to all classes on an overseas flight)."
Ventajas: "I don't speak English (my granddaughter is helping me with this survey), and the crew was more than helpful in helping me all the way from Frankfurt to MSP."
Desventajas: "There was nothing I didn't like."

Desventajas: "Seats were so crowded. I am only 5 9 1/2 feet tall, but my knees touched the seat in front of me! Also - why not provide more movies? Other international flights always provide more entertainment. Plus, one shouldn't have to pay to choose vegetarian food."
Ventajas: "Great price for the flight, very nice plane with excellent service and amenities. You have to pay for many extras (Picking your seat, access to movies), but you can pay for ALL these things and still pay less than a typical flight, not to mention that the basic meals and check bag are included in the price tag."
Ventajas: "The crew was very nice. Meals were provided. the tablet set up so that we could watch movies, TV, our location during the flight or listen to music. Flight was on time."
Desventajas: "No leg room. The person in front of me reclined their seat and there was barely room for a coffee cup on the table. My husband, who is not a particularly tall person had his knees against the seat in the front. Frankfurt is an odd airport. I lost track of all the lines that we stood in. Had to pay for more selection on movies and TV."

Desventajas: "Pay for movies and entertainment"
Ventajas: "After finding Condor nickel and diming us, were were surprised to have positive impressions of the plane, flight, and crew. The crew dealt with our issues as best they could in as friendly a manner as could be hoped for."
Desventajas: "The weight allowed for carry-on luggage was confusing. I ordered a vegetarian meal for my wife when I made the reservations, but they ran not of these meals before getting to her. I also ordered their entertainment package for my wife; but when she tried to play a movie, it prompted her for a purchase code. I do not think I ever received such a code. Happily, the crew gave her access to the movies."
Ventajas: "The food was super! Seats were very comfortable with ample leg room, and I could hardly keep my eyes open throughout the flight. The crew was also attentive."
Desventajas: "Just that the only entertainment was a limited number of music radio channels with country and old school music. I mean no TV for premium economy?! Lufthansa's basic economy has got a TV and WiFi for long distance travels!"
Desventajas: "Boarding was late due to airport staff not being available. Not enough legroom to be comfortable on a long haul flight. Baggage was lost."
Ventajas: "The seats were surprisingly comfortable. The staff was pleasant."
Desventajas: "The food was 80's style pasta and everyone got the same. The entertainment system, even if you pay, is lacking in decent content."

Desventajas: "Food was not very good What I really did not Ike was that we got served soon after take off and then not again until 11/2 before we landed in Las Vegas and that Food was awful .The Movies are a Joke on such a long Flight come on Condor you can do better than that.Sorry Condor I took you before and that was the worst so far."
Desventajas: "Most uncomfortable and small chair I've ever had to sit in."

Desventajas: "Were not informed that their card readers don't read visa debit cards. So no movies or alcohol for 10 hours. Would have been nice to know beforehand. At the end of the trip, I was not carrying US cash nor was I in a country that used Euros."
Ventajas: "Thanks kayak for running updates!! Flights on time and crew friendly. Good meals!!!"
Desventajas: "When the plane broke and I missed a whole day with my husband that I haven't seen in 5 months"

Desventajas: "I think it is outrageous to cut down on services on a long haul flight like this - no blankets or pillows, and having to pay extra for entertainment has Ryan-air- style quality and is not what I would expect on long haul flights with condor. I understand trying to incentivise booking premium economy, but there is definitely a higher level of quality and service with other airlines in economy class at competitive prices."
Ventajas: "I love the fact that you can buy a one way ticket at a good price, without being double expensive like other airlines. Crew so friendly and plane really nice, clean and comfortable. I love Condor"
Desventajas: "Food is pretty basic."
Ventajas: "Traveled over 10 hours between Los Angeles and Manchester. Overall, a great experience. Plenty of leg room, a good selection of movies, TV shows and music to pass the time and friendly staff made this a very pleasant trip,"
Desventajas: "Carry on baggage is also weighed at check-in. They clearly state a 6 Kg limit on their web site and this is adhered to. I had a 10 Kg carry on and had to check it in, so make sure you are aware of this when packing."
Desventajas: "You have to pay for entertainment on an 8 hour flight? This is ridiculous. Also, getting on and off the planes in Frankfurt take FOREVER, with a 15 minute bus ride in between the plane and the gate!? Also ridiculous."
Desventajas: "The fact I told them way ahead of time that my girlfriend couldn't make the flight and there was no way to get my money back even though I had insurance on my flight .I figured that's the reason for purchasing the insurance to prevent getting screwed over . I was told just to change the flight date would have cost me 350 and that was the best they could do for me. Since my girlfriend didn't end up going I am now down 500 dollars for nothing .Thank you Condor for stealing my money"
